My friend and I were headed on a cruise and stopped in right away at 9am. They were very accommodating, laughed with us, and we had a great experience! They were very precise and detail oriented so plan a little extra time. Thank you for the great treatment for our manis and pedis! And I’m sorry my feet were ticklish.

Overcharges Repeat customers scams you never going back again. These are all the things that are so very bad about this hair salon: - they don’t list their prices, and then arbitrarily raised their prices a lot every time I visited. - they grossly overcharge - they messed up my hair color so bad during the last time I visited that I had to come back a second day to get it fixed. - they were very rough when it came to handling my hair and actually ripped out one of my earrings. - the owner is very pushy and tries to sell you product even after saying no repeatedly. Even if all the other hair salons in Miami went out of business and this was the only one left, I would still never, ever, ever go back to this salon. Here is a breakdown of how I’ve been cheated and charged at this salon 1st: highlights toner haircut blow dry $300 2nd : Highlights toner haircut blow dry keratin $750. (They said keratin was $300, $150? Extra) 3rd: Highlight toner, haircut blow dry, keratin, manicure pedicure $900 ($300 mani pedi????) 4th: Highlight toner hair haircut blow dry $650 ($350???? More than the 1st time and if I were to get keratin it would have been $950 without getting mani pedi) I’ve been coming to this salon specifically for Leo who is usually excellent. But after this latest experience, I’ve had it with this salon being over charged and Leo being so rough with my hair that I lost a diamond piercing that’s a screwback. Leo moved to a neighboring salon for short amount of time I went to go find him at that salon only to find out that he had gone back to the salon that overcharged me. Leo specifically told me that the owner overcharges people and he doesn’t like it and that’s one of the reasons he left! so it was straight from the horses mouth the owner Wendy overcharges because there are no set prices displayed and she could just make up whatever she wants as the price. Since Leo went back to his old scammer salon, I had gone back to this salon, and I let Wendy know that last time they charged me a lot of money when I only paid $300 For highlights, toner, haircut, and blow dry the very first time I came and the owner said that I was charged $900 the last time was for Highlights, toner, haircut, blow dry and keratin, and a manicure pedicure. She said it was because I got a manicure and a pedicure that I was charged $300 dollars more. Yeah sure lady. I need to state that I have a long hair, but I’ve come in with long hair every single time I’ve come to this salon so that’s not a factor. The first time I went I got charged $300 for my hair without getting keratin treatment. The second time I went I got charged $750 for Highlight toner haircut blow dry and keratin treatment. I should’ve noticed there was something wrong because it was $300 For 1st time for highlights and toner Haircut and blow dry and then I got charged $750 for adding keratin when I specifically asked how much the keratin was and they told me it was $300 so the total should’ve been $600., The third time I went I got charged $900! For Highlights toner haircut blow dry and keratin, And manicure pedicure I did get my hands and feet done, Wendy the owner told me that’s why I was charged so much like I’m an idiot and this last time she told me we’re giving you a special price for being a repeat customer bc I brought up how much she had charge me last time and then she tells me the price $650!!! I was so pissed off but I had to return because Leo had actually messed up my hair left it purple from the toner. They both were like wow wait until you see your hair your going to love the color and when he turned me around I was in shock it was purple, top of all this Leo isn’t very gentle when washing hair, He actually ripped off an earring that was screwed into my ear!!!! . So I lost a very expensive diamond earring because of his roughness and I can’t use that piercing anymore that was in cartilage because he damaged the piercing as well. they don’t have any of their prices listed and they clearly rip you off, knowing that you would pay regardless

I had a terrible experience at this salon. A man from Chile, who falsely claimed to be a barber, ruined my hair despite saying he knew how to cut men's hair. His attitude was disrespectful, and it was so bad that a female staff member had to step in and remind him that the customer is always right and that he isn't actually a qualified barber. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I do NOT recommend this place at all."

The best place to get your nails done in Downtown! Ask for Sonia you can’t ask for a better service. If I could give them 10 stars I would do it.

Elena gave me an excellent haircut! I really appreciated that she respected that I had a limited amount of time to get it done and go back to work after my lunch break. Very friendly, timely and welcoming salon, would recommend.

Excelente servicio me encantó el lugar adecuado limpio profesionales. Me encantó mi cabello el secado y corte de puntas mis manos y pies preciosas. Me realicé un masaje relajante en todo mi cuerpo me realicé mi depilación de cejas y mi lifting de pestañas. Recomendado 1000% volveré

My favorite place in Miami - not only for their service but also for the amazing hospitality! I feel so welcome there. I always ask for Laura to do my manicure and never once have I regretted that decision. She is the best.

WARNING! Employees working here are unlicensed and absolutely unskilled. People working here are just collected from an immigration shelter and they all memorized the same story: "In my country I owned a salon for 20 years". If you love your hair and yourself, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere better if you're trying to experiment.

A friend of mine recommended me to go here and since then, this is my place. (5 years ago). Jorge is great, his hands are fresh and he cuts your hair perfect and always on point. Hilda is awesome as well. Fresh hands and perfection is all about her. Dowtown Hair Designer is all About Great price, clean space, good service.
