The lady who owns this place now is amazing super nice an super understanding she gives you exactly what you ask for she cut my daughters hair an while she did she was very kind an patient to walk me threw on how to style it or trim she was super amazing and alot of what she did she clearly didn't have to but again she is amazing and the prices are FANTASTIC! My other daughter needs her hair cut and downtowne hair salon is definitely my number one go to!

Got us in a timely fashion. Recommend making an appointment or getting there early, very busy. Ladies did an excellent job on both my friend and my nails. Will go back!

Went to this salon to get my hair thinned out, little did I know my hair would be DESTROYED! MY hair is now short in some areas long in others split ends all over as well as frizzy even after straightening now.. I will not go back.

Horrible experience. My daughter left in tears. Very choppy cut. Wanted angled bangs to frame face and long layers. Got 1 layer I think? And bangs cut straight across except a chunk on each side. Now to find a place to fix this mess!
