I always get the 30min deep tissue back massage and it's honestly amazing. 10/10 Great massage, but communication can be better as not everyone speaks English. Some advice I would like to give is for the staff to avoid chatting around customers as it comes off as rude and disturbing.

Did a couples massage yesterday, and it was the coldest night of the year in chicago, -9. The session was for 7pm. When we arrived to the front door there was no 1 at the front desk and no bell to inform someone we were outside. We had to knock on the door and wait about 2mins which in this weather felt like a 30 min wait. They let us on the the temperature was the same inside as out. They explained the heat was broken..unbelievable. They put us in the front room directly by the front door turned on a portable heater and said get undressed, absolutely tf not!! The floors the walls n even the bathroom was cold. The staff was walking around in their coats. We requested a room in the back it was slightly warmer maybe by 5 degrees but overall we couldn't enjoy at all due to damn near hyperthermia. Our session was cut short due to us waiting for the portable heaters to try to defrost the room a tad bit. Oh did I mention their hands were cold as well. There was no compensation all they did was apologize, my guy still tipped them tho. Worst spa ever

While the massage itself was good, the cashier completely ruined the experience, and I won’t be returning. I booked a 60-minute couples’ sculpt treatment, but an hour before the appointment, the owner left a voice message saying they could only accommodate one. We didn’t hear the message until we arrived. As a compromise, my husband switched to a different massage. At checkout, the cashier refused to apply a promo code, claiming unfamiliarity with the system. After some negotiation, we were given a 10% discount—much less than the promo’s value. Despite the unpleasant experience, we left a 15% tip, but the cashier rudely insisted it should be 20% and refused to discuss further, citing my pregnancy as a reason! So rude!

I love the variety of services that DQ Luxury offers. I have been a client since pre-Covid. The environment is very relaxing and the staff is compassionate towards their clients. I highly recommend DQ Luxury in the South Loop.

It was very clear my masseuse had no idea what she was doing. She talked the entire time, rushed through the service, and left my hair wet to then send me outside into the cold.

This is probably one of the most comprehensive massages I’ve gotten. I did a couples massage and they literally go from head to toe. The masseuses were not too fluent in English so there wasn’t any small talks but they were both nice and friendly. They were very earnest with their massages and not once did they “slack off” or loosen up on their pressures. I felt so relaxed afterwards (and sore, in a good way). Would definitely go again. Highly recommend!

Before visiting I had immense pain in both of my feet. I got the 60min foot massage and I kid you not, almost 70-80% of my pain is gone. It’s a very relaxing but also rewarding experience going to DQ. I would highly recommend.

Had a 60 min massage. Was soo good. Foot, head, neck and back! So relaxing and quiet. Would recommend if looking for misuse with strong hands. Felt so good.

The paying process was a little hectic and their printer screwed up and tried to have us pay again when my bank had already processed our payment. But their English isn’t the best so we helped them reprint receipt so we could sign it ( that’s all they needed, was a reprint bc it jammed). The service its self was good. The pressure is a little intense and hard. But they ask if it’s too much and you can say little less and they listen. I was sore for 4 days after. But it’s def a different experience if you’ve never been there before or if you’ve never had more than an “American massage”. I recommend it.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I came for the couples massage and we were both satisfied with their service. It was enough pressure from the masseur and masseuse, really relaxing. I added aromatherapy as well.

The attitude here is very bad. You need to make an appointment, and then you are told that you can't do it after making the appointment. The Chinese here are too bad. Please don't come here to relax.

The best head spa and massage in Chicago! My skin and hair felt so much better when i walked out. They massaged my head and face. So much better than therapy! Came back to get a neck and shoulder massage. They are better than the chiropractor i’ve been going to. They got rid of my pain after 30 deep tissue massage! Easy to make appointment Highly recommended

I went there with my mom a few weeks ago and I will definitely be going back. The massage was so relaxing, the ladies working there were so sweet. We both got scalp massages and I felt they were very generous with massages my shoulders and neck. Definitely recommend!!

did not have the best experience and the other reviews were right, they do come off as kind of racist. I came in for a 90 minute combo massage and my massage was less than 90 minutes. I also could not even fully relax during my massage because they were not playing any relaxation music and they were talking SO loud in the hallways and at the front desk. I could literally hear their conversations up front, that’s how loud they are. I also tried to tell the manager up front but completely dismissed my concern and said “ I will talk to the therapist next time”. If I was another race then I feel like more action would’ve been taken. But because I’m a woman of color I guess my concerns are not important enough. They are completely rude and disgusting at this location and I highly do not recommend.

I recently had the most disappointing massage experience of my life, and this is coming from someone who has had numerous excellent massages in the past. From the moment I stepped through the door, I should have realized something was off. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed disorganized and unsure of where to seat us or how to guide us, which made the entire situation feel very uncomfortable. My partner and I were led into a room where we were left waiting for five minutes without any instructions. It was a very confusing and awkward experience. Eventually, two women entered with buckets of water for our feet which felt very random and instructed us to undress. I requested a modesty towel numerous times and she finally grabbed a blanket and held it up beside me. To make matters worse, she watched as I undressed, which was highly inappropriate and uncomfortable. The massage itself was the most painful experience I have ever endured. It felt more like I was being beat up than receiving a therapeutic treatment. I repeatedly asked the masseuse to use lighter pressure, she would only comply for a second before returning to excessive force. As a result, I ended up with bruises all over my body. My partner and I felt violated. It was VIOLENT. I looked over at my boyfriend and the woman was banging on his back like a maniac, I had never seen anything like that before. I can only blame myself for not getting up and telling her to stop the service. I knew from the moment she put her hands on me she was not a professional. I don’t know who these people are at this establishment but they are NOT LICENSED. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and distressing experience. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a relaxing and respectful massage. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU WALK IN TO THIS PLACE!!!

I wish I had read some of these reviews before coming. The pressure applied was too rough; my boyfriend's back and mine are both still hurting 3 days after the massage. Also despite not being very satisfied with the massage, we still tipped cash for the employees to split; however, they were not satisfied with our tipping so they forced us to tip more. Tipping was not the issue it was that I only had gave them my remaining cash and wasn’t aware that you were able to give a tip from your card, so I did so. Regardless of me providing the tip, it should not be discussed with the customers as so aggressively because despite what you feel is a good enough tip, I didn’t 100% enjoy the service and I didn’t have to tip at all, but I did.

Heavenly! The deep sleep experience was the perfect ending to a work week. Will definitely be back!
