I’ve been going to Dr. Bowen for years. He always knows exactly what to do, and for a price that suits my needs. Carolyn runs the office perfectly, and I love going there bc it’s a very clean and pretty environment. They are knowledgeable and fun and considerate of each person. 5 stars!

I've been seeing Dr. Bowen for almost a year and I highly recommend his practice. He truly listens and empathizes with his patients. Additionally, his support team is fantastic and they do their utmost to go above and beyond making patients comfortable. Every part of each visit has been a great experience. I have been receiving Xeomin ( less expensive and just as effective as Botox) and fillers for awhile now. He's an expert at lip fillers not overdoing it but still making my lips look perfect. He's a joy to talk to especially about traveling. The rest of the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I absolutely love coming to see Dr. Bowen and his wonderful wife Carolyn. This was third my appointment and after months of hundreds of other patients Carolyn greeted me by name and made me feel at home as always. They make the whole experience so comfortable it feels like you are visiting old friends. Dr. Bowen listens when I tell him what I want and doesn’t try and “upsell” anything. He always explains everthing to me in a way I can understand. Carolyn, and Dr. Bowen look absolutely amazing themselves so I never get nervous about walking out of there looking “unnatural.” They are incredible, welcoming people and as long as they are doing what they do I will be a patient for life. I got a small amount of filler for the first time and I was extremely nervous. I do not want the “over the top” look that some people go for. I’m not judging, it’s just not for me. Dr. Bowen assured me I would look like myself just slightly refreshed and he was right, as usual. I will never go anywhere else. I am so grateful for them and the way I feel when I walk out of that office. Highly recommend.

Paid for my daughter to have laser hair removal about a year ago, she was unhappy w the results and her hair still grows the same. Every time we had an appointment, it was rescheduled due to maintenance on the equipment. After completing all of our treatments, it looks like they never did anything! And now a year later, I’m looking for another place to do the hair removal!

The skin on my chest looked much older than my face due to brown spots and freckling. The BBL treatment was amazing. The brown spots went away and the skin on my neck now matches my face. I am very happy with the results and would recommend this highly.

Dr Bowen and his staff are the best. They are professional, kind. understanding and will provide guidance when needed. In recent months I had to use another provider for Botox and I wasn’t happy. Dr Bowen does a fantastic job and he listens to you. I always feel great when I leave the office. I agree with another post that said … “visiting the office feels like seeing old Friends”. I had my first appointment with Dr Bowen. I was greeted by a very friendly staff as I came into the office. Dr Bowen was very nice. He explained my options and what can be done to achieve my goal. I felt very comfortable talking with him. I told my husband how great he is and he made an appointment to see him too. I am looking forward to my next visit. My husband and I have been going to Dr Bowan for a few years now. I would highly recommend him and his staff. Every one is so pleasant and informative. We always feel comfortable talking to all of them. We have never felt that we were pushed into a service we weren't interested in.

My mom and I have been going to Dr Bowen for about six months! The staff is so kind, caring, friendly and accommodating! Dr Bowen offers service not expected to be seen in a small town like Martinsburg! These are the type of services that you see in the city….they are reasonable compared to city rates! The red light Therapy has become one of our favorites And quite frankly has changed both my mom’s health and my life! The Improvement to our skin and overall health has drastically changed in just weeks and throughout the few months of service!! We both would recommend anyone to experience this Incredible professional practice! It’s one of the best things things we both have ever done for ourselves!!

I had lipo done on my back waist area. The results are just what I wanted. Plus, no down time. Dr. Bowens expertise in lipo is second to none. The staff are so caring and make you feel so comfortable.

I chose Dr. Bowen to help with my ED problems. He was very professional and took the time to review my health history thoroughly so he could create the best possible treatment recommendation, and explained the treatments and exactly what they do to improve my condition. The treatments were very effective. His expertise and experience is why I chose his office. I am very pleased with the treatments I received there and am very grateful to him because I feel he saved my relationship with the woman I love. I spent the better part of last year researching body contouring procedures; pros and cons, long term effects, patient health considerations, costs, etc. Once I decided on which procedure I felt was best suited for my particular situation, I set out to "interview" providers. I chose five different providers in Maryland and West Virginia. Dr. Bowen is one of those providers. He is also the one I chose to perform my procedure. From the first phone call, I was met with courtesy and professionalism. Carolyn, at the front desk, is amazing! You can always tell when someone loves their job and cares about their clients. She and Dr. Bowen make an excellent team! Upon meeting Dr. Bowen, I found him to be honest and caring. It is clear that the patient comes first and the goal is to ensure that each patient understands precisely what to expect before, during and after the procedure. My medical history was meticulously reviewed and discussed to ensure that I was a good candidate for the procedure. I have no doubt, had I NOT been a candidate for the procedure, I would have been kindly declined. Why did I choose Dr. B? * Experience, Knowledge, Technique, Reputation, Results! * My procedure went exactly as planned and expected! * All of my questions are/were answered directly (no sugar coating). * No pressure. No sales pitch. * Doctor and staff are accessible to me by phone or text any time I have questions or concerns * I am the "focus" during every appointment. Although I am not, I feel as though I am the only patient. Dr. Bowen and staff create a welcoming environment, making a visit feel inviting and less formal. * The small staff approach allows me to get to know, understand and trust my care team. * I felt a sense of inclusiveness in the decision making process. * I am always treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Bowen and his wife are the ultimate professional team. From the moment you walk in to their office, you are greeted with a warm welcome that makes you feel genuinely appreciated. Dr Bowen's office is very pleasant and relaxing. The office manager is professional, welcoming and a delight with whom to interact. Dr Bowen is experienced, gentle and has excellent "bedside manner". He is incredibly down to earth, he keeps it real, as well as respects your time during your visits. His staff members are courteous and genuinely there to support you. Dr. Bowen is one of the finest physicians I’ve ever met and I’ve been going to his office for about seven years now. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he genuinely cares about his patients. If I ever have any questions, not only does he thoroughly explain and address them, but he often takes the time to bring in medical articles to my next appointments so that I can really understand what is going on with my health. Dr.Bowen has been amazing! From consultation to treatment. He has been accurate on the process from beginning until now. They took the time to educate me on the procedure and how long it can take An individual. It’s been a couple of months now and I’m happy with my results. More importantly, I’m more satisfied with the honesty and full disclosure about all the details. But, let me not forget about the rest of the team in this review. Carolyn and the office staff have been excellent. From my initial phone conversation, she made me feel welcome and every time that I’ve visit the office. She has this smile that lights up the room and it’s a very comforting feeling, especially if you are someone that is feeling nervous before a procedure. Truly a great facility of professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Everything was top-notch. Bright clean inviting office. Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Bowen is an expert at what he does, but able to be hands-on and engaged with the patient at a personal level. I have multiple medical conditions, many specialists, biopsy, radiology, surgeries...I'm experienced in doctor's offices and procedures! Unfortunately most are over-loaded, non-responsive to calls, ignore you when you arrive, treat you like a nuisance, order more tests and send you away. When I finally decided to do something I wanted vs needed, wow how great it feels. And to see how warm and kind an office CAN be...it's awesome.. My 1st procedure was Pure Lipo, which I'm blown away by results so far. I'm going back for another area. In meantime I'm starting em Sculpt. I'm thankful for Dr. Bowen and his office, nice to see this type of service outside the big city areas.

First went here in 2020 for laser hair removal and my results were as I expected. Hair wasn’t completely gone, but I had to wax or pluck less often, which is what I wanted. Started going again in August due to hair growing more frequently. The first treatment they did caused blisters on my face(third degree burn?), and caused me to have a scar. Each time after that, they used a different laser, which was a little strange to me, but I trusted them and thought it would give the same result. At the end of my prepaid treatments, I expressed concern that my results were no where near the same results I received in 2020. The office manager gaslit me and tried to say it wasn’t the inconsistent use of different lasers, and it was my body’s fault. She acted like she was doing me a favor, by quoting me a higher price for more treatments since they finally got their laser situation fixed. She didn’t offer any type of refund, free treatments, or even to allow me to purchase more treatments at last years price (I wasn’t interested in giving them any more of my money anyway, though.) I basically wasted almost $500 dollars for nothing. I don’t recommend coming here, unless you like being gaslit and manipulated by their office manager(the Dr’s Wife).

I love Dr. Bowen and his staff! I've been going here for several years and have never had any problems whatsoever. I've had fillers, facials, BBL, and micro needling and each procedure has been smooth and easy, delivering the results I was looking for. Unlike most doctors' offices, it's actually fun to come here. Staring with Dr. Bowen, everyone has a sense of humor and aren't afraid to laugh about things, although they are extremely serious and professional and go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and take time to answer all their questions. Highly recommend and 5 stars without a doubt!
