Dr. Yates is a very personable doctor with a great staff. Robin, who runs the office, is always very helpful and accommodating. Anna, who has done by filler and botox, is very talented and such a pleasure to be around. She takes the time to listen to what I want and makes suggestions that always come out looking amazing. The office is beautiful and clean, and it's a plus there is street parking right out front. My go-to for all cosmetic needs!

I love Dr. Yates MediSpa! I have had several procedures done here and let me tell you, this is the best MediSpa in the country! Dr. Maja is a total gem. Anna, Morgan and Dr. Maja are the best at what they offer there! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, or if you’re not in the area, they are worth the travel. Everytime I leave there, I see results instantly, no matter what I’m doing there! 5 out of 5 Stars, no doubt. If I could rate them higher, I would!

I really enjoyed my experience at Dr. Yates lifestyle Med with Dr. Maja. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with a comprehensive skin care plan. We first started with a VI precision plus chemical peel in which I received great results. The following month I did a micro needling treatment which has my skin glowing/defined. I’m so excited to see the skin improvements as I continue with my skin care plan.

I’ve been going to Dr Yates since 2019 and they are extremely caring, kind hearted and the results I had from my laser appointments have been phenomenal! Their waiting area is so peaceful and from the beginning of my sessions to the end I always felt comfortable and I genuinely looked forward to every session as a part of my self care routine. I loved working with Nikelle and would recommend everyone to go to Dr Yates for their laser hair care needs!

My experience at Dr. Yates was amazing. The whole staff was wonderful, especially Maya who did my treatment. I got an IV chemical peel and it was so relaxing & quick! In and out in less than an hour. My skin feels AMAZING post peel. I can’t wait to go back and get another treatment!

Reposting since it appears my other review was removed. I wish I didn't have to assign a star but I had tattoo removal done by this place and the individual did not seem to know what she was doing. She went over the areas multiple times in a single session. I was left with permanent scarring on both wrists. When I went back for a consultation I was told, "that's aren't scars, the tissue is just regenerating." Months later, still scarred. I was then told to, "come back when I feel like I am ready for another treatment." Not sound advice in my opinion for individuals that should be experts in tattoo removal. When I consulted with the staff I was told, "that's not a scar..." and told by someone who was not in the room that, "she didn't go over it multiple times." When I asked for a refund, I was asked to essentially sign an NDA waiving liability with the caveat that I remove negative reviews. It is not surprising that they have all positive reviews as they require individuals to sign NDAs when things go wrong. I requested my medical records from them repeatedly as well as any documents I signed and have not received anything from them. I continue to reach out. I have now gotten a tattoo to cover up the scars which has now only made the excised skin in that area more noticeable (you can see in the attached image where the skin has been excised or cut out by the laser)

Amazing does not even begin to explain how great the team at Yates MedSpa is and their EmSculpt treatment. I recently finished the EmSculpt Neo treatment on my abs and butt. What a difference those treatments have already made (and the full results won’t even show for a few more months). I always had a flabby midsection that wouldn’t tone up no matter how hard I worked out. After the treatments, my midsection is slimmer, my pants are loose in the waist, and I don’t have a muffin top anymore. Then there was the butt lift using with the EmSculpt. The difference after my treatments are day and night. My friends even commented on how great it looks to have a cute plump bottom rather than just my flat backside. The other benefit is because it’s building muscles I can run farther and am able to accomplish more in my workouts. Overall, the treatments made me healthier, happier and gave me a renewed sense of confidence.

Total waste of money. I paid 3500 for no results. I was told I could get my money back multiple times throughout the sessions and then after everything was completed they told me that best they could offer me was another 6 sessions and free microneedling of stretch marks. I originally came in for a stretch mark consult and was talked into emsculpt because they said it would improve stretch marks by pulling the skin tighter - totally false. But I did another 6 sessions of emsculpt with again no results and no refund. now they are saying that the microneedling will not be free either. I wasted thousands of dollars for no results and no refund like they promised. They are just going to take your money and send you in circles trying to get results. Stay away.

I am completely blown away by this team. I was there for a consultation six years ago and decided at that time to wait. Fast forward a few years and I decided to call them back. I just had a procedure done there 10 days ago. Let me tell you a few things about my experience. 1. Dr. Yates is a top shelf guy. Smart, patient, hip, personable. I am a fan. He is a super achiever and a leader in his field. Mad respect for the guy. 2. The team says so much about his character too. The staff members that took care of me were Cynthia and Marie. Cynthia has been there more than 20 years. Marie 17. So, that speaks volumes in my mind. Typically qualified professionals like Cynthia and Marie wouldn't stick unless they respected their boss - and they do. They were wonderful, professional women that made my time there wonderful. 3. Scott Jones and Devin were my reps, Scott helped me back in 2015. Devin took over in 2021 when I called back to book the procedure.. Both amazingly helpful, cheerful, professional, and responsive. (Scott is a poster for what Dr. Yates can do for a man. Scott looks amazing. Part of it is genetics. The other part is Dr. Yates!) 4. The office is right behind the Hyatt on Wacker. Totally convenient to stay there if you are coming from out of town. You can leave your car in the garage for 24 hours for $53 (at the time of this post.) ** I will update this review in about 6-9 months to report back on the effectiveness. With several of the procedures there are no guarantees. If the procedure I had doesn't work, it wasn't because the team didn't try their hardest - because they did. I had the FUE procedure done. There was some discomfort in the days that followed but nothing major. Plus they prescribed some meds and sent me home with a well thought out care package. Plus called a few days in to check on my progress. Thanks guys!! Fingers crossed for some great results. I will do exactly what I am supposed to do on my side. Here we go...

I have always had the best experience with Nikelle. She is so knowledgeable and explains everything she’s doing from start to finish. The laser hair removal I have gotten here is better than any other MedSpa I’ve been too (I’ve been to a lot). Nikelle works quickly and efficiently but also takes the time to answer all your questions or concerns about treatments you are receiving. Overall, I love coming to Yates MedSpa and I highly recommend coming here if your interested in laser hair removal!!

I’ve always wanted laser hair removal but it’s always seemed so difficult and overly expensive at other Med-Spa’s. I finally gave Nikelle a chance, and I’m so glad I did! The laser they use is state of the art and has almost no pain related to the procedure. I loved it so much that the next week I bought another package! Now I trust Nikelle to tell me the truth and tell me what I need not what she wants to sell me. I’m so excited for my skin journey to begin with her!!

I’ve gotten two Vi Peels for old acne scarring and two Keralese laser treatments for my thinning hair from Nikelle and she is so thorough, explains the process in a way I can understand and is good at mapping out my treatment plans. My skin literally has never looked better in my whole life, I’m so much more confident not wearing makeup, I don’t hide my face when I see someone I know when I don’t have a full face of makeup on and for the first time in my whole life, I feel pretty. After dealing with cystic acne for 15 years and being on acutane I felt happy I wasn’t breaking out anymore but I was left with a face full of pitted, uneven colored, textured skin and now I have hope that I won’t be embarrassed of my face the rest of my life. She does several of my clients as well who adore her, I just can’t recommend her enough!

Nice staff and clean spa, however I had a consultation and purchased small laser area package for underarms and it didn’t work.. They had said you’d only need 6 and on my 6th session it grew back 3 weeks later. Excited because I thought it would work but I’m afraid not!

Nikelle is absolutely amazing! I came to her the beginning of this year because I had some skin concerns and some pretty bad acne scarring from when I had been on accutane. My skin just keeps getting better and better. She is so personable and really took the time to explain all the different things we would be doing for my skin. If I have any questions or concerns at all I can always reach out to her. She has been incredible and I completely trust her with my skin!

She is such a sweet and talented esthetician who made my procedure super comfortable. Would highly recommend visiting Nikelle for any facial or laser treatment !!!!
