Hidden gem, surprisingly spacious and upscale once you go inside. A lot of different treatments at reasonable prices. Would like to come back to try more like the back trampling

Bad service. We checked in and after waiting 40 minutes past our appointment time we had to just leave without a massage. Morning wasted. Do not recommend. We called ahead to confirm our appointment time. Employee checked us in at the counter when we arrived and then disappeared. 30 minutes later someone else came and said it would be a few more minutes but 10 minutes later, still nothing so we had to leave. Very disappointing especially since the appointment time was agreed to and verified by the business ahead of time.

First experience was great with a male masseurs. He did excellent massage and i felt great after the session. Thats the only reason for 3 stars. The second time, a female masseuse was unprofessional. Chatted with me and disrupted the session, stopped massage mid-session to go outside (counted 2 times), and she was sick?? Like blowing her nose on tissue papers multiple times 🤮 and went back on doing her job.. her massage was not great, and i had to point multiple times the spots that were bothering me??? After the session ended, i tipped her 5$ (out of 70$ bill) and she insisted that 20% tip is mandatory. There was a man (i assumed the owner) on the counter and he did not say anything. I gave her 15$ and a final goodbye to this place as I will not come back.. i went straight home to take a shower immediately.. tip for a service should be earned, it is not a birthright.. To reply to the business owner, It was indeed dragon spa. Located near reading terminal market. It was not today. It was about less than a month ago. I threw away the loyalty card that was given to me on my first visit. The card has the previous masseur name, King. And the 20% gratuity issue also happened to a different customer review below.. so its not just me..

I've gotten a lot of massages, and that was BY FAR the best massage I've ever gotten. I asked Frank how long he's been a masseuse, and he said 30 years. He knew exactly where to press and how much pressure to use. He checked in multiple times to ensure I felt comfortable and wasn't in any pain. I will only be going to Frank for massages from now on. I can't recommend him enough. He is incredibly talented!

Good cupping. The massage was ok. She B only did 15 minutes even though I paid for 30. The woman charged me more than they said at the start. Nice place but make sure to agree on price before

I don’t understand the good reviews here. I feel like I just experienced a human massage chair. She went through the motions, but rubbed my bones as hard as my muscles. She didn’t find any of my knots and I had to point them out. Her phone went off and she answered it. Later she stopped the massage to send a text. I tipped $10 on a $70 massage and she said I should tip more. Why? I thought 20% tips are for bartenders who make $2 an hour. Not when you’ve just paid $70 for an hour. It was a bad experience and I will never come back.

The owner gives an AMAZING massage, very comfortable, firm and pressed and cracked all my problem areas. Cracked my neck, back. Will definitely recommend a visit if you're in PA. :)

毫不夸张的说，这次的按摩体验太好了，我腰疼颈椎疼，经过吕师傅的拔罐刮痧，身体明显好了很多。吕师傅很专业，真正的能做到让我缓解放松身体。环境也不错，也比较干净。强烈推荐这个地方。

Frank is great, been coming here to get my lower back adjusted from time to time since I’ve always had problems with my lower back. Every time I come back to get my back adjusted by Frank I leave refresh!

I had an awesome experience at Dragon Spa! I recently moved to Philadelphia and had not found a reliable massage/spa location. My back was feeling extra tight, and my neck was extremely stiff. I did a massage, along with the back cupping treatment with Frank, and almost instantly felt better (and in the next week or so, my back tightness and neck were basically gone) - it was amazing. Frank is very thorough, and is great about understanding the specific issues you're having, and how to resolve them. I'll definitely be back, and highly recommend this spa!!

I was referred by my friend Yuki to try this place for massage when I go to Philadelphia and I did try . The staff are very professional . All my back aches from driving was gone just like magic. Definitely, when I go back to Philadelphia I will definitely come back again.
