If I could give zero stars I would. This is a complete scam. My nephew came 12/1/24 for a starter retwist. My sister sent her pictures and asked if she has experience with the type of hair and the style that was requested. She said yes. She came to the “shop” (a divorce lawyer office) late when the appointment was supposed to be at 9:30 AM. She was rough while parting his hair and did a poor job retwisting them. The whole appointment last less than 30 minutes! When I came to pick them up, she had already taken off (probably because she knows she did an awful job). I was horrified when I saw my nephew. She made his hair worse than what it started. When my sister texted her about the dissatisfaction, the lady had the nerve to blame my nephew for why it looked bad. Very unprofessional. She lied about guaranteeing satisfaction with her work. She stole $100 from my sister and nephew (did not provide the services she advertised). Would not recommend her for anything. Please see the pictures (one before picture prior to the service and the after pictures are when I picked him up)

I came in wanting a style and got overcharged for what I didn’t want. I got started on 30 minutes late, and when she suggested interlocking over a retwist i thought it’d be inclusive to a style, and when i spoke up she said it’s not beneficial for my hair for the style i wanted and told me to pay. $130 to be rushed out the chair and she didn’t even put product in my hair i’m really disappointed

I drove over an hour to come to this shop. Needless to say I will most definitely be coming back. Neshia will have a lifetime client. It’s been hard to find someone that knows 3a/b type hair for my locs where I live.She was quick but meticulous, ( I loved not having to sit for hours for a retwist) an informed me what I needed to do to properly maintain my hair. She also listened to how I wanted my locs to form and followed exactly what I asked for, but with her expertise to ensure they stay healthy, I chose this shop due to her years of experience, professionalism,an innovation with the current trends.

Not sure if the other reviews are fake or if she was just having a bad day but this lady is unprofessional and overpriced. She showed up 30 mins late, claiming she got a call that we rescheduled but the online appt was kept. She rushed through a re-twist (less than 30 mins) and skipped the hair washing which was supposed to be included (but still charging the same price). Stating she didn’t have time and had to go on vacation. Definitely not worth the price, much better places in town to go.

Run here if you looking for fast and quality service...this is the place! Mrs. Neshia is such a sweetheart and a professional. She was so sweet to my 10yr old and very about business. I'm so glad I found her!!! This was our first visit and she will definitely become my son loctian going forward!!! So glad I found her!!!

Overall great service, great quality, and even better person. Neisha’s on time and will work with your schedule if needed as I’ve been late and she still was able to do my dreads. I’ve been going to Neisha now for 5 years since moving to FL and we locked in. If you looking for somebody solid book with Neisha.

What can I say Neshia always delivers. I have never had a stylist that is punctual, friendly, and can communicate with her clients and not let that delay her services. If you're booked for 30 mins, then she got you so glad I found her when I moved here. She's about HER BUSINESS!!!

I'm so happy I found Neshia & 'Dreads On Loc'- in Tampa. Neshia and her team did an amazing job with washing, deep conditioning and interlocking my shoulder- length locks. Neisha was my first experience with a loctician that performed interlocking on my 14 year old locs. I am generally not a fan of going to hair salons because of impatience with my past experience of excessive waiting. Neisha was on time and QUICK! She is very personable and able to engage and work efficiently at the same (a rare quality in hairdressers). The shop was clean, bright and lacking unpleasant odors. She is also helpful and resourceful as I have recently relocated to Florida. I didn't even realize that my appointment was completed! I will definitely return. If you are looking for a professional, efficient, fun-loving loctician, look no more, you've found Neisha!

Very prompt and professional. Knows her craft. I have had dreadlocks for 16 years and have never had anyone twist my hair so quickly! I’m in and out and on with my day!
