Ronny was incredibly professional and welcoming. From the moment I walked into her studio she made sure I felt comfortable. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She even made recommendations for other services that would benefit my skin and was able to really explain why she thought those would be best. I will definitely be going to see Ronny from now on. First time getting my lashes done and couldn’t be happier! I’m a new mom in the throws of the newborn phase and these lashes make me feel put together again. Ronny was so professional, and timely and was a great communicator. Lashes look great and natural. Highly recommend

I wanted to share my recent experience with Dream Lashes by Ronny White. I had an appointment for eyelash extensions and a facial treatment last week in preparation for a trip to celebrate my son’s birthday. I was hoping for a relaxing day and to look my best for the trip. Rhonny started with the eyelash extensions, which I found a bit surprising since I thought the facial, which includes steaming to open pores, should have come first. But I trusted her process. While she was working on my lashes, some of the glue got into my eyes, causing a lot of stinging. She used a fan to ease the discomfort, but this was odd, as I’ve had lash extensions done before and never experienced that. Additionally, she kept dropping her tools, which made me fell uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the process. Once the lashes were done, she moved on to the facial, but there was no steaming involved (likely because of the fresh lashes). Instead, she used a warm towel to wipe my face, which didn’t feel as effective. Throughout the facial, she kept adjusting the suction settings, and I got the impression she was still getting used to the equipment. I told her my skin felt so dry, then she put cooling mask and asked me "how about now?" I said I guess because she put a cooling mask so it felt good. The overall experience felt rushed and unprofessional. In total, I spent nearly $200, including a tip, but unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the service. I provided her with feedback regarding all the services I received. First, my eyelash extensions started falling out, and she suggested I return to her home for a fill. I agreed. I also mentioned that my face felt smooth the next morning, likely because to the cooling mask she applied, which my skin absorbed overnight. However, later that day, my face became itchy and red, which I assumed was normal after a facial. I updated her about this, but then my eyes began to itch, and I noticed swelling around them. With my trip coming, I was so stressed. The next day, I developed a headache and had trouble breathing, possibly due to emotional stress. My husband went out to get me allergy medication and a painkiller, but the swelling worsened. I asked her to remove the eyelash extensions sooner, as she said I might be allergic to the glue. However, she couldn’t meet me right away because of other clients, so I had to remove them myself. It took me nearly 3 hours to do so using face oil, as she suggested, and I lost many of my natural lashes in the process. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed. I requested a refund, but she refused to provide a full refund, saying it only applied to the eyelash extensions and not the facial. After being sick for five days and dealing with the stress and expense, I asked again for a full refund, explaining that I didn’t want to leave a bad review and wanted to give her a chance to make it right. She just refunded me $40, which didn’t even cover half the cost of the medicine I had to purchase. **we had to reschedule our trip that means (my in-laws flight, hotel expenses, and wasted my husband's vacation time) ** I really wanted to support small business so bad as I am also a small business owner. She told me she has all certificate license and insurance. So I trusted her. **I hate to do a bad review with a small business owner but I to give a fair warning to everyone. **Definitely need a lot of knowledge for her to improve on her business.

I’ve been lucky enough to visit Ronny’s spa twice now, conveniently located in Lorson Ranch. All three services (brow wax, leg wax & lash lift + tint) have been exceptional!! Ronny is very detail oriented and cares deeply about ensuring you receive top notch service, on top of that she’s extremely professional, kind and caring! If you’re thinking about it, book it!

Recently moved to the area and I am so happy I found Ronny. She does an amazing job and is the only person I’ll be going to for waxing moving forward- my eyebrows look amazing! Every time I go see Ronny it’s a pleasant experience. She is kind, respectful, and does a great job. On top of that, her spa is very clean and relaxing and she does a great job making you feel comfortable. I’m excited to try some of her other services!
