Yanaa did a nice job on my hair and she was very professional and friendly. My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of the salon. A few small changes, like removing the dirty seat covers, cleaning hot tools, and a thorough deep clean would improve the overall experience.

The night before my appointment I reached out to Kenisha for and asked her if there was any opening for that night instead as I was anxious to get my lashes done. She told me it would be a VIP charge as you see in the messages I posted. I decided that I would just wait for tomorrow and as her message said, I would just keep my appointment. Fast forward to Thursday, September 9 I arrive at the salon around 6:00 PM. Mind you my appointment was scheduled for 6:25pm. I message her on Instagram multiple times with no response. I also text her number that she posted on her website with no response. Eventually 30 minutes later I knock on the door and another coworker’s inside. I ask where my lash technician is and she has to go call and let her know that I was here. Eventually she gets here and immediately she tries to tell me that she canceled the appointment. Yet I never got any cancellation notification. I asked if she could still do the lashes and she said yes and after going back-and-forth with what she calls miscommunication she proceeds to tell me that now it’s going to cost extra because she didn’t plan on doing lashes tonight. Please be very careful when you book her this is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional.
