The last salon I went to they were extremely rude. I figured I'd try Dream Nails & Spa because I planned a girl's day for my best friend and me. I had a small idea on what I wanted, the ladies I had were awesome! My friend and I had the luxury pedicures, and I also got a gel x soak off and new set. I knew I wanted something for the holidays, my nails look amazing. The lady that did my gel x set asked me if I had a picture for inspiration or if I wanted her to do a free style. I am very pleased she did her own free style. This is the best set I've ever had. Spent a good amount, but it definitely was worth it! I have definitely found my go to salon.

Don’t review things often but I couldn’t not for this. Beware of you go here. They do not honor appointment times, my best friend and I had to wait 30 minutes and my husband had to wait an hour after our appointment times. We were there about 5-10 minutes before the appointment time to choose color to be ready at the specified time. And yes we all had appointments that were made multiple days before. They did an ok pedicure but the manicure was horrid. They nicked me, my husband, and my best friend multiple times. I told them I rarely a manicure and was getting them done for my wedding. All of our fingers hurt so bad, and a few toes as well. My best friend who does get her nails done often even had a bad experience. I asked for French tips, and said what I wanted several times, and they painted the entire nail. Didn’t even look good. They didn’t even go all the way back to the nail bed. They also made me pay before they even did the manicure which I found to be weird and didn’t like (I base tip on the service and certainly would not have tipped with what I got). I didn’t know what to do after they finished and sat there, clearly distraught, whispering to my husband who didn’t know what to do either. We left and they told my best friend 10 minutes AFTER I left, to come back if I didn’t like it the next day, which I couldn’t do because I had to attend my wedding. None of us were happy. I ended up going to target and getting nail polish and remover and took it off before my wedding because it looked that bad and made me that upset. Manicure was very poor. Water temperature of pedicure was lukewarm at best. Do not recommend this place at all.

Exceptional nail and pedicure services. Staff are always friendly and helpful. There may be a decent wait at times, but they acknowledge you and get to you as soon as they can. Great place!

If you all don't do acrylic full sets, you should take it off your services. I went in and sat down for at least 5 minutes with no one to be seen, to then be told no one does them here. I have had all types of nails and acrylic with gel on top lasts the longest for what I do. Kind of disappointed.

Danny Huynh has been doing mine and my daughter's nails for over 3 years now. When I first started coming to him I was using acrylic and my nails were being destroyed. Thanks to Danny and his magnificent art work I get multiple compliments and my nails underneath are not brittle. Want perfect nails and an artist that cares go see Danny!

So unfriendly! I came in just to get my gel polish off and get a simple manicure. Before even asking me if I had gel on, the nail tech uses a pair of clippers and cuts my pinky nail almost by half…then proceeds to say, oh, I didn’t realize you had gel on. Then she removes the gel and my nails have never been thinner or more sensitive. Biggest waste of $35. They seemed completely put out that I came in there they even rolled their eyes when I walked in.

I’m a constant skin picker so wanted to clean up my fingers and nails! The tech took great care of cleaning up my cuticles and the gel manicure is perfect.

horrible customer service. only care about getting as many people in the chair. rush services with subpar work and HORRIBLE attitude. would only go if you want to waste hours of your day

Usually I have a pretty decent experience here, but this past time it was definitely not great. I had gone in and requested a color change on my acrylics that they had done. I got a plain nude color with no designs or anything special. I was charged $35 for a color change, which was pretty pricey in my opinion compared to other salons. Not even 2 days later, all the color peeled off and it seemed like it was still wet underneath. I messaged them and expressed my issues and nothing was resolved. I had originally just asked for a refund or gift certificate for next time and nothing ever came of it. Considering my fill is usually only $50, $35 for a color change that came off within 2 days was a little crazy. I won’t be returning.

Very quick service, which I love!! My nails turned out perfect, all the ladies were really nice and welcoming unlike alot of other nail salons I've been in!! Will go back!

Do not do not go here!! Got my nails filled on Sunday. Had 2 break on Monday picking up laundry and 2 others have chipped paint already. They were closed Monday so came after work on Tuesday for them to tell me to come back the next day because the lady there wasn’t able to do it. Bad experience and rude staff while getting my nails done. (The lady told me to look at my phone so I wouldn’t tense when she was twisting my thumb around, took a phone call during, and got mad when I would accidentally hit the different times on drying light even though she was holding my hand over the machine.) Had to go to another place for them to completely take off nails and put a fresh set on.

Don’t let the name fool you! 2nd bad experience here. This one takes the cake. I called in and asked when they could get me in for a pedicure they said 1:15 I said great! It’s now 3:12 and I’m just now leaving 2 hours for a pedicure. I got the luxury which includes mid mask she put one strip of the mask on my shins and and hurry up and wipe it off. I sat a chair waiting for an hr for them to start the pedicure. I know it was my choice to stay and wait but I stayed for 2 reasons I wanted them to see how the gel polish I got here last time turned neon yellow and I figured I would be waiting anywhere else! Horrible customer service! Will never come back here again.

I got a brand new full set of stiletto nails with flame designs on 2 nails. The tech argued me on which way to place the design, my design was not at all what I wanted (which I wasn’t mad about she did her best) & the shape was more almond then stiletto, but I had to go to another salon and get them fixed. I’d like to note she charged me $100 for this set. In less than a week I had a nail pop off on my right hand which I had to get replaced, a little over a week after getting them done and I’ve had another nail just completely pop-off. I don’t care about the price Ive been getting my nails done for 9years so price is nothing to me but this has been the worst experience of my life, I will never come here again and definitely do NOT recommend them.

I had a great experience at this nail salon. They were able to accommodate a last minute mani/pedi for me on a Friday evening and Lilly threaded my eyebrows to perfection! I highly recommend this salon. Clean, friendly, professional and experienced staff. 5 stars

I just visited this place for the first time and I loved it! Very clean, very calm, and the staff was so nice. Thankfully, they take walk-in appointments because I went on a whim. I got acrylics with gel color, as well as an eyebrow waxing. I had Lily as my technician, and she was so sweet! Very good at what she does, and a very calming personality. I've been unimpressed by some of the other nail places in town, but this salon knocked it out of the park. Absolutely planning to return here!

My first experience was great and I will be returning. Four of us girls who were part of a wedding party had an appointment and they got to us in a reasonable amount of time. My nail tech Lilly was so personable and did exactly what I asked for. Offered her opinion about matching my toes to my fingers. Was quick but very precise at the same time. Prices are very fair for the awesome work they do! Very clean salon. Thank you for making this a pleasurable experience!

My friend and I went to dream nail on 1/4/24. Both got full sets, hers were beautiful… mine not so much I asked for long square black French tip. Length is great and shape it’s the French tip that’s the problem. I have black around my nails, under the nails, and there was only one coat of black. You can see right through the color. I wouldn’t be complaining if they weren’t my birthday nail set, and are really important. I asked over and over for the black to be taken off my skin and nail. Very disappointed… to top it all off I was charged $90 for these nails.

Poor service. Poorly staffed. I had an appointment and Connie could not finish my mani and pedi, because she filled up all the chairs. Beware, you will sit in a chair for a hour waiting to be served. They sit clients with no intention of servicing them. They start a service, so you can’t leave. Connie left me soaking in acetone for 30 minutes. They usually have 3 nail techs will sit 9 clients and work on all at the same time. It takes 3 hours for a mani and pedi. Manicure was lumpy and I had to file the gel and glue off the sides and underneath my nail. She used GelX nails that were too wide….

They did a great job on my young daughter’s nails and my teen daughter’s nails. Mine are pretty but not what I asked for. I had scheduled for dip powder. When we got there I loved the gel polish color my 6 year old daughter was using so I asked to just have gel polish and be done. The man doing her nails said mine were too short for gel polish and since I said I wanted dip powder to wait my turn with the lady doing my older daughter’s acrylics. I’m pretty sure that was because he didn’t want to make his coworker angry by working on my nails and taking her tip, which I understand. So when it was my turn I told my nail tech I wanted the color similar to my daughter’s, thinking they’d find a similar color in powder dip. Rather she put on acrylics, which I don’t like to use. Getting her to understand I want my nails very short, or as short as possible, was hard for her to understand, I’m assuming because most people want longer nails. Due to my work I prefer short nails, and this has been a problem in every salon I’ve ever gone to- getting my nails short enough- so I am starting my fresh nails out much longer than I prefer. The place was silent when we came in and the nail tech that did my nails put on some music. The first few songs were fine, but then hip hop music with foul language came on. I don’t like my daughter hearing that, and I’m pretty sure the other woman with her young daughter there felt the same by the looks we exchanged every time the N word or the B word was thrown out in a song. When it came time to pay I was made to use an ATM, which charged me $1 per transaction and I had to do two because we had to exceed the max allowable amount to leave a tip. I wasn’t expecting to have to use an ATM. Wasn’t told I needed cash when I made the booking. The experience was just a weird sort of vibe. Maybe it was due to it being an hour before closing. Not sure I’ll go back unless I can’t find another salon available when I need my next appointment.

Worse place. They always rush even when no one is in the salon. Kim who sits in the 3rd chair deliberately skips steps. I've tried to give chances but every single time the service is poor, I'm dissatisfied with the quality and my nails end up chipping 2-3 days after I leave.

First time here with two of my fiancé family members as I was out of town visiting the two members who live Morgantown. They got gel Manicures which were great. I wanted all dip no I got dip base but not all dip for my French look instead they did the dip clear coat than painted with gel which doesn’t hold over dip. I asked for them thick but no they are thin. I’m not happy about my nails and they never put lotion or message no warm towel for 150 for three people who got designs on ring finger for all three of us on both hands. Was definitely over charged on my fiancé card and highly disappointed. Yes they did a great job but will see if mine holds up.

I called the 20th of December for and appointment. Made the appointment for 1:00pm the 21st. When I get there they say that the only person that can preform my service which was an acrylic fill was out. Which happens but if you run a nail salon you have one person that can preform acrylic service. They could have at least called to reschedule or let me know so I could make other arrangements

Walked in for a simple $35.00 pedi. Did not have my color. Charged $65.00 for nothing more than the basic service. Will not return.
