I’ve always struggled with acne, especially around my chin, but thanks to their amazing treatments and expert care, my breakouts have significantly reduced. My skin has never looked this good! Brit and Alyssa are truly wonderful to deal with—they are kind, knowledgeable, and always brighten my day whenever I visit. Their professionalism and warm personalities make every appointment a pleasure. I can’t recommend Dream Spa Medical enough! WOW - I am seriously impressed with the level of comfortability, honesty and integrity the staff offers - I went to the Brookline location and had the honor of having Courtney work on me. I felt so comfortable, safe and actually enjoyed myself LOL! Courtney answered all my questions, educated me and was completely honest when it came to expectations VS $$$ since we're all different, and I really appreciated that. I walked in there with a smile, had a great time while I was there, and walked out knowing that I'll definitely come back to see Courtney! Highly recommended!! Thanks so much!!

Another great experience today! Return visit for twice a year Botox. My provider was so lovely and kind. Took her time asking me what I wanted, suggested lower doses in areas. Only 24hrs out and very pleased.

Love this place. I’ve had Botox here and I love the results. They have a great array of services and frequent promotions. I really recommend the Dream Club membership. It’s a really good value if you have interest in multiple services. I’ve also been getting the HydraGlow facial every month and I’m obsessed. It’s so relaxing and my skin has been so happy.

My laser sessions with Lindsey are SO worth the time and money. I drive from the Cape just to work with her, because she makes me feel so comfortable. She gets the job done quickly and the laser treatment is showing significant improvement. I highly recommend this spa for their cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere and lovely staff.

Dream spa medical is the only place I’d trust with my skin! They truly know what they’re doing both with facials and injectables! With Botox I was really wanting to go somewhere that would keep me looking like me and not only did they but they really listened to everything I wanted / didn’t want! For facials I really think this is the best my skin has been in my life! Hailey is such a great facialist and not only have I noticed but all of my friends and family have noticed a difference in my skin as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

I love the Brookline Dream Spa Medical location and its staff. I have had several treatments, and Lindsay is my girl! Checking in and out, my girl is Alyssa! Not only do they take excellent care of my spa needs with spot-on recommendations, but they are my buddies in Coolidge Corner. 5 stars mean I highly recommend Dream Spa to those new to spa treatments and those who like to reinvigorate a prior experience.

Lovely location with very friendly staff. A lot of options without any sales pressure at all. I’ve been getting Hydroglow facials consistently for a few years and haven’t had another day of teenager-skin since, which, given that I’m past 50, I’m thrilled to finally leave in the past.

The best by far and I have gone to skincare centers for 20years ! The girls working there clearly care about the patient achieving highest benefits without ever pushing on any product or procedure. I have done many types of facials and laser hair removal and it is always extreamly efficient and pleasant experience with large improvements on my skin !

I joined Dream Spa in Jan 2024 to prep my skin for my wedding in August and they did a phenomenal job! Everyone there is super nice, knowledgeable and my skin cleared up with their suggested routine and services. My skin looked never better and I'm so glad I went there. I've loved my experience here and the staff is very friendly and always greets their customers with enthusiasm! I continue to go for services there even though I've moved out of state!

I recently had to cancel my membership as I got transferred to Spain for work unexpectedly. I tried canceling my membership before being charged for another month hoping they would understand my situation. They canceled it but still charged me. I was told, “next time you visit Boston, you can use your points ”. After being a member for months, I expected better consideration from them. Terrible customer service.
