Do you call this a manicure? The lady that did my nail did not understand what i wanted. She didn’t file them well and the nail polish job was horrible.

Dreamality is an experience to say the least. The entire salon is clean and is always a pleasant place to be. Karen has been doing my lashes for a few months now and she never disappoints! She has given me the best lash extension experience. Overall Dreamality is a true experience 10/10 recommend

I came out with less lash than I went in. An inexperienced esthetician named Hannah did my lashes. I repeatedly had asked for natural look and even showed her pictures of what I wanted but she made look like a drag queen. I had her taken them out immediately. In the process my natural lashes were damaged. Moreover Several times during removal glue went into my eyes and I was in pain. Hannah wasted Almost 4 hrs of my time for nothing. I had a flight to catch and all I could do was curse myself for making the biggest mistake for coming here. I followed the glowing reviews trusting someone experienced will take care of me. But I should have read online that there were no reviews for Hannah and she is not listed on website. She does manicure pedicure and they had a manicure pedicure person so my lashes. Just terrible! I could see I clearly have less volume now. Hannah couldn’t talk in English and I am certain she had no certification to do lashes as she did it so bad. I am appalled how can the owner Delena out source her work to her. While I lay there Someone was giving her instructions on the phone on how to her job as Hannah’s couldn’t speak English. Pls get someone who can at least talk clearly to their clients. They apologized several times but that doesn’t make it right. You wasted 4 hrs of my time when i am pressed for time and have a flight to catch. You made me go through pain and anxiety. And on top of that my natural lashes look thinner than before. Stay away from Hannah and this place. P.s: They also moved my appointment last minute by 1/2 hr. Appointment was at 1:30 and and 1:29 I get a text saying there is no room so pls come at 2 pm. May be that was a sign and I should have cancelled my appointment.

I started going to Dalena for eyelash extensions in 2018, and am still going strong 4+ years later! (Both Dalena and Karen are AMAZING, and also like my therapists, lol.) Even though I moved to San Francisco, I gladly make the trek down to San Jose because I don't believe you can get the same sort of outstanding service anywhere else. I cannot recommend Dreamality Co. enough - they are so kind, GENUINE, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and are EXTREMELY talented at what they do. I know that I am always in good hands when I walk in - whether that be with my lashes, brow waxes, manicures, or pedicures. After all these years, I have never walked away dissatisfied, and that only goes to show how much they care about their clients. If you're looking for a new lash artist, look no further! I am so so glad that I stumbled upon their page all those years ago. :)

I've been coming to Karen for well over a year and she never disappoints! She is super punctual and makes you feel super relaxed and comfortable. Her technique is amazing too!

I followed their Instagram very early on and was very interested in getting my lashes done there. I finally made an appointment to go in and Dalena is just amazing. She was able to help me decide on what would look best for me and her salon was just beautiful and extremely clean. I have returned another time to get a gel manicure as well and I love the fact that you can just get everything done in one spot. Lashes, facials, waxing, manicures, and pedicures. If you were thinking about making an appointment, take this as your sign to do so today. The staff here are all amazing and extremely professional. I can’t recommend her enough!

I usually never do reviews but with what they blessed me with, I had to! I wanted to do something nice for my mother before the holidays so I decided to take her here to get her nails done and a pedicure. While she was getting a pedicure, the workers asked if I wanted to get a pedicure too but I was afraid because I have an ingrown toenail. I have been struggling with this for years but they promised me that they could fix the issue with no pain at all. I was skeptical at first but decided to just go for it. It was the BEST decision of my life. I can run and walk normal now without any problems! I am so blessed for the work that they did on me. Not to mention the beautiful acrylic nails they did for my mother. She loved them and said it was the best gift I have ever given her! The environment was also so clean and relaxing too. We are definitely going back and they just gained 2 new clients!

I’ve been getting lash extensions from Dalena since 2017, and I have seen how much this business has grown in the last 6 years. Dalena always keeps the integrity of my lashes, and makes sure I have a great and positive experience. The shop is always clean and staff is accommodating and friendly! The lash extensions last me four weeks, even after crying on my flight for 4 hours straight, they still stayed on and looked good!! Totally recommend if you’re looking to get lash extensions services :)

Sandy did a great job cutting my ingrown nail. So hard to find someone to cut it correctly without it hurting. Highly recommend for pedicures. Everyone was very nice.
