I been coming to Dreamz salon for years. Courtney is best stylist. I have always got good service and she makes sure you are beyond satisfied before you leave her chair.

Unfortunately, they have a stylist named Shanika that did my friend VERY wrong. Burned her natural hair, overheated to the point she had a bald spot in her head. It was devastating. No accountability. No apology. Definitely no refund. Even spoke with the owner who claimed that she (my friend) was a liar and that she didn’t pay the stylist (despite showing her proof that she paid $70). Wow. Complete denial and lies from stylist AND owner. If you have natural hair, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They could’ve had a few more clients…but not now. Disappointed.

I found this place on IG. I was intrigued by the haicuts and hair color. So, I booked an appointment through an app called Booksy to see what the hype was about. The app allows you to not only book but to also to see how much you would be paying ahead of time depending on the cut. The first time I booked, I knew how much I was going to pay. I loved the cut I had received and I was satisfied. So, I decided to return again. The second time around, I booked through the app and they gave me my price to pay. But when I got there and received the cut I booked, I was charged more than what the app said to pay. Which was not right. I took it as a lost. I guess she really needed the money. Who knows🤷🏾‍♀️. I won't be returning.
