I was looking for a new esthetician after my last one moved. Myra did such a great job. She was efficient, friendly and a great waxer. Looking forward to my next appointments with her!

Would avoid this place for iv hydration. I get iv therapy often when needed, just moved here and tried this spot. The girl working was nice enough but over all an Unprofessional environment, asked me to move my car after already starting the IV. Then when I came back in they couldn’t get the iv to flow. Wanted to stick me again. I chose to leave instead and were still going to charge me. I said I’m not paying for the whole bag and they tried to give me half off. I got less than a quarter of the bag. As a medical procedure you want to feel cared for and like you are in the best possible hands. This place is NOT that. Edit to add after the businesses response: The response actually directly speaks to the unprofessionalism I was talking about. And I appreciate the concern for me getting a ticket. Though the signage in the lot reads the lot is for patrons of the businesses in the building. Regardless thanks for the concern on that! The poor review isn’t a reflection of the parking situation. More that when I went out to move my car and my IV was unhooked I watched the end of the extension tubing be dropped on the floor. When I returned there was a puddle of a large portion of the bag spilled on the floor. The employee then went to reattach the IV with no gloves on and I’m sure had not replaced the tubing that touched the floor. She then could not get the IV to drip again and wanted to restick. After everything I had just seen I decided to leave instead.

Once again fast courteous service. Jenn answers all my questions. I never feel pressured. I feel confident with her. She is genuine and nice. Getting treatment is easy, and the convenient location is a plus. National Botox day went extremely smoothly thanks to planning by a great staff! Using the app to get the perks for the day was effortless. Thank you to all the staff!

We had our immune IV treatment at this location and found the staff to be kind and welcoming. The room was comfortable, featuring massage chairs for couples. However, you’ll need your own account to watch TV or Netflix. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Got lash lift and tint, the lady was super sweet and the room was super cute. She was very friendly and very we super easy to talk to definitely will come again and recommend trying them out. They have tons of different services for facials as well!

Easy parking, decent reception. Skilled venipuncture. Good therapy. Not a tremendous amount of pregaming, other than the forms. Maybe that's on the website and I missed it, but in the text notification reminders maybe add a link directly to pre appt suggestions. Clothing, what to bring, hydrate and bring a snack, earbuds etc. Maybe add eye masks as a perk. (branding idea). Also maybe pregame as a technician what's going in, why its beneficial could be a good conversation while starting the IV. All in alI, will doing this again, maybe trying a different location to see any differences. This location seems less spa like than the tiktok video (new bern office maybe). Glad I didn't opt for a hand stick and went with the bigger AC access. Personal preference.

I was full of sinus infection. When I left here I felt hydrated and my head pressure was completely relieved! 10-10 recommend!!

Came in for an IV Drip, but was unsure of which one I wanted to get yet. Olivia was so helpful on helping me choose which one to get the night before my wedding and I ended up choosing the Pregamer; adding Toradol for pain relief. I can’t thank her and Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa for assisting in keeping my energy and hydration up the night before and day of my wedding! I will definitely be going back for more!
