Jessica is AMAZING. literally the best. I asked- showed her my vision and I received exactly that ❤️ so many other places have done it all wrong with my super curly hair but I'm so glad I've found this place! 10/10 recommend. Been going to Jessica for a while now for 7 years, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She actually listens to what you want and makes sure you walk out feeling so confident. Her salon has the best vibe welcoming and chill. You know you're in great hands. She puts in the time and effort to make sure everything is on point. Every time I leave, I feel amazing if you're looking for someone who knows their craft and actually cares about their clients this is the place.

I absolutely love Mackenzie. I’ve been so afraid to visit a salon in so long because I would pay for services I was never happy with. I had resorted to coloring/bleaching my hair at home. I found this salon on facebook. Loved the colors that they had posted and made my first appointment for a hair cut first. I loved it. Made my next appointment for a bleach and tone. I was so happy I of course rescheduled with Mackenzie for my next root touch up and cut. I love her and Jess. They are both sweet awesome people who know what they are doing and listen. MacKinzey will forever be my stylist now. I highly recommend this salon to everyone that asks me. The shop is such a cute safe space to get amazing hair!!

I've been coming to Jessica for vivid hair coloring and haircuts for probably 6 months now, and since day 1, she felt like a friend. I always feel comfortable with her, I know she knows what she's doing, and I absolutely love her. She's got a ton of experience and she's phenomenal at hair color, hair styling, and haircuts. I don't know a lot of people, so I'm making this review online to tell people to come see her!! She's good at what she does and she's a wonderful person!! Her shop with her business partner Kenzie is spooky and gothy and I absolutely love it!!!

I've come to Jess with so many obscure haircut requests over the years and she never fails to decipher what I want and then nail it! She absolutely has saved my hair more than once from my impulsive nature! I brought my mom in as well to see Mackenzie and she did a phenomenal job! She made sure to take the time to walk my mom through everything she was doing, as my mom is a bit nervous about hair changes, as well as show her some tips for styling it. We were both finished in a timely manner and left feeling great. Definitely can recommend either of them!

Jess is the BEST! I dig Kenzie bunches too. They are my go to’s for hair and makeup!! You won’t find me anywhere else. I’ve got my whole family going to see these drop dead gorgeous ladies now too. From my experience, they have great prices, I have A LOT of hair. But I don’t leave broke. My husband and son get their dreads done here and they are both also very happy with the service and value. Plus, they are just fun ladies! Don’t wait, book now!

I cannot speak highly enough of Mackenzie and Jess! They are both phenomenal hair ARTISTS. I've never been in a salon where I felt so comfortable and accepted. It's a rad space that you can feel safe in and be yourself! I have never had a bad experience, and always look forward to going back. I went to Mackenzie with a reference photo and she transformed me into a goddess. I've continued to upkeep that same haircut because I'm in love with it so much! I don't want to take my business anywhere else! You can book an appointment online, and Mackenzie always has early evening appointments, so it's so easy for me to stop by after work when I get off at 6:00!

I am so happy with my hair since I have been going to Jess. I like that the way she cuts my hair is not influenced by any trends or society's expectations. She understands my hair goals and helps me achieve them. I find the price very affordable to have my hair cut and colored regularly.

5 stars doesn’t even give these ladies any justice! Mackenzie was the first person I ever went to when I moved to Knoxville (2 years ago) and I’ve never ONCE been disappointed with her services. My daughters had a great first haircut experience! Both stylists were really sweet. Jessica made an envelope for little pieces of their hair for me to save. They are also donating my older daughter’s hair which is amazing. Great salon!

I walked out of this salon feeling beautiful and rejuvenated. My hair looks and feels amazing. Jessica has been my go to for the last 5 plus years. Jess colors and cuts my hair and it always looks exactly how I want it. She uncovers really well during our consultation and is straight forward about if something is realistic or not and how to get it to be. The shop it’s self is super gothic and mellow vibe. And I’m pretty sure it’s all lgbt owned and operated which is a big plus to me personally
