I had Noel today and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to use products based on my hair type, pattern and desired look. She even took the time to pin up my hair in curls so they would better keep. It was an awesome experience. Noel is the best!

Robin Gibson did an amazing job with my hair. She read the notes I shared in advance, handled my hair in a delicate manner, styled it to perfection, and I really appreciate her professionalism throughout the appointment. I had an appointment at 6 pm and i wasn’t even acknowledged until 6:30. My friend also had a terrible experience with the blow out itself. We won’t be back and it’s unfortunate considering the location convenience. I paid $80 for a 3 min scalp massage and a blow dry. Not worth it, go elsewhere or just do it yourself. Trust me.

BRIDES!!! Please do not go to this location for your wedding or use them for your bridal party!! The services they provided, and lack there of, resulted in a 2 hour delay on my wedding day that caused me to be unable to take bridal pictures and made me late for getting ready pictures. While those things alone would cause me to caution against this location, it is largely because of the way they were utterly unprofessional, lacked customer service in every capacity, and did not provide a refund for services they did not provide due to lack of staff experience and time. Myself (the bride), my mom, my flower girl, and four of my bridesmaids were scheduled to have our hair done either in an up do or a blow out. Due to the number of us we had to sign a contract. Upon arrival, the stylists made comments about us being their first bridal party and that they hadn’t done up dos before. While the staff was kind, the lack of professionalism on behalf of the business to staff individuals who lacked experience for someone’s wedding was appalling. My hair was supposed to take an hour and took two and a half almost three. I came into the appointment with pictures and a clear description of the simple updo I wanted. All my bridal party members were the same. I left with a hair style that wasn’t at all what I asked for and an hour and a half late to kick off my wedding day. My hair had to be completely redone as did several of the bridesmaids. My sister’s blow out was the opposite of what she asked for in every way. They couldn’t figure out how to place a clip in my mom’s thick, easily styled hair. My niece was supposed to have an up do and they only had time to curl it and put it in a pony tail but still charged us the $99 up do fee for an up do we had to do ourselves when we got to the venue. I could go on, but hopefully by this point you’ve canceled your appointment or at least changed locations. After my wedding we tried to get a refund, or at a minimum, a refund for the services we were not provided. They have been rude, lacked understanding, refused to take ownership, and banned my sister in law from coming back. She gets her hair done at dry bar, specifically this location, for a blow out every other week and because she asked for them to make the situation right in some way, she is banned. Never would I want any bride to go through the mess, stress, expense, and disappointment that I experienced. My friend was supposed to have herself, her mom and future mother in law, and all 11 of her bridesmaids get their hair done there. After seeing my hair, my bridesmaids hair, etc, she immediately canceled.

Love this location!! I shouldn't be letting you all in on this secret, but if you can book with Rionna - do it!! She works MIRACLES on my hair! I come in looking like an absolute rat and by the time she has worked her magic, I leave looking and feeling like a million bucks!! ✨

Service took about an hour Wash + Blowout (style: Dirty Martini) + scalp massage. I wanted one less thing to think about before my presentation. Stressed and depressed and the thought of washing and styling my hair myself was too much today. I enjoyed the service and am happy with my hair, tho the final product looks a bit more structured and less effortless than I was going for. Would come back for styling for an event, big days, presentations etc.

The bestie and I came in for a little treat and Liv was so sweet! She did an amazing job on my style & even was sweet enough to help pin my extension up that was coming undone. Definitely would recommend her to anyone and will visit her again the next time I’m in Charlotte! :)

Update: hi local owner! I suggest you familiarize yourself with the franchise you bought. This gc was part of a holiday promotion. Ie why it may not look like your typical gc. Furthermore, as a “locally” owned business you would assume you would want to acquire more customers as your employees would have received a tip and future bookings. :) I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday to get my hair blown out for a special occasion unfortunately that won’t be happening anymore. I happened to be in the area and stopped in to ensure my gift certificate would work. I was told by management they would not accept it. No where on the gift certificate does it say specific location, expiration date, etc. This is extremely disheartening. Dry bar is not honoring a gift certificate that THEIR company has issued out for customers to buy. *barcode blacked out so it does not get used.

As an avid user over the years of DryBar & their products, it is always absolute quality. In & out with your hair feeling brand new. I popped in today for a blow out and had the pleasure of getting taking care of by Yolanda, who is absolutely fabulous! Her energy is contagious and it was such a relaxing and fulfilling experience on all levels. I will be coming back to this location specifically because of her.

I’m new to the Charlotte area and desperately needed to get my hair done before vaycay, so I went ahead and booked this location for my first Drybar experience. I’m super pleased with the results and how quick the service was without feeling rushed - on top of that my stylist was absolutely wonderful, and very attentive ensuring that I was satisfied with the results throughout the process. 100% would come back again!
