I went today for a dry style and I don’t love how my hair turned out. It still looks kind of frizzy. Also, I have bleached blonde hair, and I had to remind my girl to use heat protectant. She barely used. Afterwards my hair felt completely fried. I wish more people knew how to work on blonde hair. You have to be extremely careful. One time of high higher esp with no heat protectant can really damage bleached hair. It’s pretty disappointing. I just got a haircut and my hair has been feeling really healthy and now I have hair that I don’t like how it’s styled, feels and even smells very fried.

I’ve been a member almost for 2 years. Did blow dry twice a week. Very disappointed with service lately In this location. My last visit I was literally abused by stylist Angelika, she was very rude and pulling my hair like she was taking a revenge on me. Admin promised me call from manager, but nobody never called me. I am done with this location. Never again.

Blowdry was amazing, unfortunately the service recieved by your receptionist was the wirst customer service I have ever recieved. She was very aggressive and wanted an argument. I go internationally to blow bar and have never ever encountered a member of staff like this before. I would recommend no one to use this blo bar in Miami unless you want the worst service and to be attacked by the receptionist

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service. I had a 6:00 PM appointment and arrived on time, but by 6:30 PM, no one had even acknowledged me—not even the front desk coordinator. I eventually left because it was clear no one was going to assist me. A simple explanation or update, such as letting me know there was a delay or offering an alternative, would have gone a long way.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Drybar Brickell City Centre, but unfortunately, the service has become consistently disappointing. They are extremely strict with timing—if you're even 10 minutes late, they’ll cancel your appointment without hesitation. Yet, when they're running behind, customers are expected to wait. My most recent appointment was at 3:30 pm, but I wasn’t called back until 4 pm, even though I included in the notes I had a flight, with no explanation or apology for the delay. This isn’t an isolated incident. The scheduling is unreliable, and the lack of respect for customers' time is frustrating. Unfortunately, this is the only location in South Florida, and with too many credits on my membership, I feel stuck.

I’ve been coming to Drybar Brickell for over 3 years. I love the attention to detail and service here. Every stylist does an excellent job especially Bielka. I use the liquid glass products for extra shine. Thank you for the amazing experience Drybar Brickell ♥️

I visited Drybar in Miami for a blowout with a friend while vacationing, and my experience was underwhelming. I paid $20 extra because I have extensions, but my stylist seemed to be unaware how to style extensions. My hair was barely washed, I was hit on the head with the blow dryer multiple times, my hair was pulled multiple times with a round brush, and my scalp was burned during the process- I told her it was too hot and she said she was almost done. To make matters worse, I finished 15-20 minutes earlier than my friend, even though she has shoulder-length hair, which made me feel like my service was rushed. Not to mention, I was charged more for longer and fuller hair. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because my friend’s stylist was professional, kind, and provided a much better experience. He was a gem. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the same level of care, and I left feeling disappointed. I would not have tipped, but there is a required service charge, so beware.

I've been to Drybar twice and have loved every experience. I always feel so beautiful when I walk out of the salon. Sasha did a great job with my old Hollywood waves! Already booked my next service with them for the holiday season :)

Literally the worst blow out I’ve ever had. Walked in and the person who should have been working the front was busy putting away things, ok no big deal… but the problem was she didn’t even bother to greet me she continued doing what she was doing until another group walked in and then proceeded to help me. My stylist was nice but she literally drenched the front of my shirt. I don’t know if it’s how she angled the hose, but it literally went right in between my boobs and into my shirt. The front of my shirt was drenched. I told her I got wet and then she said she would dry me with the blow dryer. After the wash I reminded her my Shirt was wet and showed her and she said wow how did that happen? Umm yea you sprayed down my whole shirt. She also forgot to dry me so I left with a wet shirt. I noticed when she was blow drying my hair she was very timid and didn’t put any tension. I told her I just wanted pin curls so it can be loose curls at the end. Literally not even 10 minutes after I left my hair is frizzy and everything dropped! I literally came in with better hair than how I left. I’m appalled and pissed off because tonight I’m going to dinner for my anniversary and I still have to do my hair myself. My mood is shot for what’s supposed to be a special night. I will never come here again, and to be honest I am pissed about having to pay for this service. This wasn’t worth $70 at all. I’ve also attach pictures of my wet shirt and my flat frizzy hair.

Terrible management and front desk. Called to try and move my account to my new city. They were uncooperative, hung up on me, and cancelled my account with 6 month worth of blowouts on it. $450 down the drain. Never get the membership!

Very disappointed. Came in wanting to have my hair beautifully styled by a professional. I had my hair washed and I started to notice the hairdresser add dry shampoo while she was styling it, at first I wasn’t concerned because I thought she was spraying it to add volume. Then when she was finishing up I noticed my hair felt heavy and greasy. When I looked at myself in the mirror I saw a grease ball on my hair. My hair was greasier than how I came in. Very sad and don’t recommend :(

Do not go here. Paid 35$ for a dry stying I didn’t even go to Instead of the cancellation fee because the manager of front desk women Bilanka??? Was so rude and unprofessional Paid 69$ for a blow out I could have done better at home I asked for a blow out with volume There was no volume and she like crimped my hair ???? For what reason I don’t know and she was pulling my hair felt like she was trying to pull my hair out. Will never be coming to this drybar again she was going so hard and so fast. I wanted to enjoy my time there but I couldn’t. Waste of time. Waste of money.

I visit dry bar all over the US and it’s usually always a great experience… I have blonde hair and asked for the blown out look with a a hair dryer and rollers… 15 minutes into the blow dry and she is STILL blowing out my bangs with no rollers in yet. My curtain bangs are completely straight and look absolutely fried. I tell her how she needs to blow dry my bangs and she continues to damage my hair… she must have gone over the same piece at least 100 times. I had to ask to see a different stylist. They then demanded a tip and added a “service charge” which came to $70 instead of $59. I should be given the opportunity to add tip if I want. I don’t even know why they would expect a tip considering they were frying my hair and she didn’t know how to do the blown out look. Never have I had this experience happen before. A lady at the front desk ended up finishing my hair and another stylist. But it should have been done right the first time.

I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to Miami 3 years ago (get the membership, it’s worth it) and the staff has always been super welcoming and efficient, from Daniela onwards to my fave stylists Diane and Lana. I don’t even necessarily have to book a particular stylist because I feel like all of them do a great job. I have even used them to style my hair for special occasions like engagement party and photo shoots. I’ll be coming back as long as they keep my membership going.
