I was visiting from Arizona and stopped in for a blow out. Zoey did absolutely amazing, probably the best blow out I’ve had. She was so sweet too. Thanks!

The person who helped with my hair was very sweet and apparently the manager. My frustration was that I went in asking for a simple French twist. After 25 minutes of attempting to place my hair, I offered two other alternative styles. One being a low romantic bun, and the other just asking for any romantic updo style. After another 10 minutes, the stylist said that we may just have to do down and curls. I asked that if I put my hair in place, would she pin it. She agreed, and I was out in 10 minutes. I feel very frustrated that I paid the full price of $65 after coming in with clean dry hair to essentially style my own hair and have someone else prep and then pin it in place and curl the extra face framing pieces. I would have really appreciated at least a slight discount for styling my own hair in place. Especially because unfortunately a lot of the pins she placed are already coming out 30 minutes after the service. Again she was very very sweet, but I likely will not come back.

First time and the best service. I had Shania and loved her. She was experienced in natural textured curly hair. She explained every product that went into my hair and did an amazing job. My hair had never felt this amazing and looked so bomb! Thank you SHANIA!!!

It was my mothers first time at this location worst experience she's never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with how her hair came out her stylist didn't greet her and brougt her straight to the back to get her hair washed I'm pretty sure ur supposed to ask what someone wants done with their hair. She was rude and didn't seem like she even wanted to be there. The style came out frizzy and lasted about 30 minutes after she left it all felt so rushed if you want a good experience do not go to shenaia. I've seen good styles at this location but this was not it.

I had the best experience at Dry Bar with Essence! She did an amazing job styling my hair for my engagement photoshoot. Everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend their services!

Waste of time & money. I thought they would wash & dry/style my hair. All they did was my add on braid (which only looked slightly like the picture I showed them) and used a straightener on my already straight hair. ETA: Drybar reached out after this review and gave me a free appointment. The second appointment went much better and they did in fact wash/dry style my hair for an event. Increasing from 1 star to 3 stars.

I cannot say enough great things about this Drybar location. I had absentmindedly made an appointment at another location, in a different STATE, but they managed to work me in for my 30th birthday blowout. Brenda, the manager, and Margaux, one of the stylists, both did an incredible job. I will be back!

My aunt and I got a blowout done at the DryBar for the first time and we had a great experience! The salon smelt so refreshing as soon as we walked in. We requested them for a female stylist that could assist us towards the back, and they were very accommodating about it. I informed my stylist to please be gentle with the blowout since I had a bad headache with my last experience (at a different salon) and I tend to get headaches from certain fragrances and she was really cooperative and careful. During the service, she kept me informed which products she is using and why. We loved our hairstyling, but my blowout and curls did get loose by the time my event started in the evening (this happened prior as well - not sure if this is because of my hair texture). One thing I would suggest is to send an appointment confirmation at least one or two days prior. They did take my phone number and I was expecting to receive a text, but I did not.

My last appointment here on 12/18 was a DISASTER. I made an appointment for my daughter to be seen at 10:45. We arrived at 10:43 to check in and Cameron at the front desk told us they were running 20 mins behind and we’d need to wait to be see. Okay, no problem. 30 minutes later, Cameron shared that we would need to reschedule our appointment to another day because the person scheduled before us had thicker / longer hair and they did not schedule the right amount of time to get her hair done. I asked if we could do same day versus scheduling for another day. She told us no and the only option would be to book another day. I then asked why WE were being rescheduled to another day versus people that were not yet present for their appointments and she had no answer. We were literally watching people that were scheduled for appointments AFTER 10:45AM be serviced before us. I asked to speak to the manager - she was not there. So I demanded that she be called. The manager was called and I explained to her the above. Why would you cancel my appointment for today and ask me to be rescheduled when there are other people being serviced. They then decided that I was right and proceeded to call other clients. After not being able to get those clients on the phone - the manager agreed to come in at 12:15 to service my daughter. I am more than embarrassed and this has been the worst experience for my 8 year old. If there is an issue with scheduling / scheduling system based on length of hair or hair texture - wouldn’t it make sense to require these questions to be answered when scheduling an appointment? That’s my suggestion. I appreciate the manager coming in but we had to wait for 1.5 hours to be serviced and have an event to attend which we will not be late for. This is unacceptable. And there should NOT have been anyone else serviced until they took care of their 10:45 customer first. Checked in at 10:41 and left at 1:00PM. Still asked to pay full price for their mistake. Did not get Mimosa I asked for. This place does not know customer service.
