Went and got a blowout yesterday afternoon with stylist Amy and it was the best!! Amy was incredible, she was very professional and made me feel comfortable and helped pick a style for my blowout. She does great work and finishes in a timely manner. I will be booking with her again!

I was so excited for my appointment cause I never get my hair done and I always do blowouts myself, I just wanted to treat myself but worst blowout I’ve ever gotten! Im usually very easy to please when it comes to things like this so I very disappointed at the end of my appointment. All I asked for was a voluminous curly blowout. I didn’t even care if the curls were bad I just wanted a lot of volume at the roots. I have a lot of hair and it’s long down to my lower back so I knew it was doable especially since I do blowouts on myself all the time and they turn out great. I left with the flattest hair. No volume and the curls fell out 10 mins after I left. A complete waste of my money and time.

This is to do with the products and not the services. The staff are all wonderfully nice in the shop. I have been a proponent of Detox Dry Bar Dry Shampoo for years but they’ve clearly changed their formula for their product because it doesn’t spray properly out of their cans anymore. I thought I just had a defective can but I’ve replaced a couple and tried buying them online and from Amazon and it’s the same now across the board. So disappointed. This used to be the best dry shampoo I could find and it’s ruined

I’m upset I left a note on there for someone who is experienced on working with extensions to do my hair. The girl who I got was clearly not at all because my hair is now fried. Whenever you are working with extensions, you have to be careful For so many reasons also that you do not burn the hair properly rough dry it and actually get all of the moisture out. Not only did she not properly rough dry, she also round brushed my hair while soaking wet. She was about to start using the curling iron. I asked her to dry it again because it was not fully dry, and even after that, she Get it all the dry And she curled my hair with a hot curling iron, burning it more. My hair smelled so fried. There’s really nothing you can do about it whenever this happens to you… I hope dry bar takes this and trains. Their staff more to accommodate clients like this as in Dallas. There are several clients like me with extensions. $100 to dry my hair and have curls that fall. Oh and get a dirty look from another stylist Because I asked about the ad that I booked and I did not receive it either. Icing on the cake. I Used to be a hairstylist I would never do that to a client because it’s such bad luck to do that As a stylist, you need to learn how to regulate your emotions

I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday at the Highland Park location. I have had a membership there for years. I loved my two most recent hairdressers, Bri and McKenzie, but when one moved and the other left to have her baby, I started over with two new hairdressers. I only saw one a couple of times, but I requested the other multiple times. I’m not in town all the time, but in the last month everytime I would request “P” I would get bumped. One time I got an immediate text saying “P”was not available at the time, and the next time I requested her, I got to the shop and they placed me with someone else. I assumed central reservations was making the mistake. When I showed up for my appointment yesterday, I was informed that neither stylist wanted to do my hair anymore. They had both talked to each other that I was not pleased with the way they did my hair. If that were the case I would not request either of them and asked reservations not to place me with them in the future. I have never been treated so rudely in a place where I was a loyal and regular customer. I left without getting a blowout. I wish there was an option of zero stars to reflect the bad experience I had there. I’ve dropped my membership. The regional manager at first in an email was apologetic, but upon telling her how unwarranted this treatment was she informed me that I had already been talking for twelve minutes and dropped my membership. What an amazing reaction to losing a long term customer who has patronized your store for years!

They did my hair so perfectly for prom! It looked exactly like the pictures I showed them for reference, and even better, it held all night. Thank you! (Ignore my face in the pic, just look at my hair)

Had a great experience at DryBar for my blowout! I had it done the Friday before my wedding and needed it to last a couple days through all the events. It looked beautiful and voluminous for 2 days!

Haven’t been to Drybar in over a decade. I came here literally last minute. I had booked an appointment at BAM and they did me dirty saying I never booked. This was on a Saturday at 5pm! Luckily for me I called Drybar and got an appointment at 5:30! They literally saved me. I was already nervous since I have had a blow out/straight hair in years. (I have naturally curly hair). The professionalism and quality of service was top-notch. I am so satisfied with how my ho hair turned out. I asked for a classic old Hollywood, Marilyn Monroe style and the stylist nailed it. I felt so beautiful. It’s been six days and my hair still looks amazing.

I was going to an event and wanted to get my hair styled, I requested the cosmo-thai. As she was curling my hair she asked me if my hair typically holds curl, I said yes, with enough product it does.Well.she did not use near enough products, after leaving my hair fell flat less than one hour. I didn't even touch it, I just walked out side... Huge disappointment and a waste of $55

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The African American lady that did my hair did a terrible job! she burned my scalp when drying my hair, was in a hurry washing my hair and style was absolutely awful! She put so much hair spar when drying my hair she totally fried my hair. I will get lawyer and sue them! She damaged my scalp so much!

Love blowouts and a good location with lots of parking. The front desk employee was very cold and unwelcoming last time but in general I've had very positive experiences with the blowouts themselves.

My hair turned out fine, but it was what happened in the beginning that really set my mood for this experience. I was telling the girl doing my hair, “Min” that last time I did a blowout it didn’t really stay nor did the volume and I wanted to do rollers but she kept insisting on pin curls, but that’s what the last girl did and it had no hold. We just kept going back and forth until she let me do what I wanted to do with my hair, which I kind of found ridiculous. Then as we she was washing my hair I got waterboarded and it felt personal bc it was way more than just a few seconds to the point my mom even noticed what happened and water and soap got all in my eye. I could tell it was personal because there’s a difference when they get a little bit on you which isn’t a big deal but she just let it go all down my whole face for what felt like a while and it didn’t stop until I grabbed the towel under my neck to dry my self. I came to get my hair done for my 24th bday, not to get water boarded!

She was very very nice but it’s not a brushing. My hair was only « straightened » with a hair dryer. I got long and curly hair. That’s mean they need more works on.

Girl did a fantastic job on my hair she said she was visiting from another shop. Why I’m giving a bad review is because the manager had some evil looks at the workers. I don’t like when people treat the help poorly especially ones wit green ugly hair. I mean if you’re going to have the color have the style too ma’am. I wish I had gotten the location of the shop the other girl works at.

While my stylist was nice, she was way to rough with my hair. When I returned home I looked in the mirror and was horrified with how much breakage she had caused in 45 minutes. DO NOT book if you have thin/fine hair.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Best customer service and always so flexible with my schedule! The staff treats my two little girls (who love the Shirley Temple blowout) like princesses. I leave every time feeling special and beautiful. Shout out to Anna for accommodating clients even during the ice storms! Thank you for giving me something to look forward to each and every time. Love the membership!!
