I just got my hair done by Samantha, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She was quick, professional, and truly knew exactly what she was doing. She brightened my hair beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Samantha’s expertise and attention to detail really stood out, and the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. My girlfriend and I came in and We had a fabulous time with Kobi!! She was very professional and so kind and had the best personality. We were laughing the entire time and had the best time!!

Had an incredible experience here! I went for a very sleek look with the Manhattan, which turned out beautiful. My stylist gave me the BEST wash experience, told me about the products, was really fast, and friendly. The shop is beautiful, you get free valet and a glass of champagne.

Not sure if all Drybars or employees are the same but I went to get a blowout this past Saturday at the NorthPark location and was not impressed. The blow dryer air was so hot, curling iron that was used was so hot it was burning my hair bc I could smell it and then I had to go home and wash my hair because the stylist used so much product it felt heavy and sticky. All tools and products just seemed cheap and not healthy for hair. I arrived on time but didn’t get seen until 20 mins after my appointment. Went to the bathroom and saw all stylist chilling in the break room and curling their own hair.

A friend had booked me an appointment as a birthday gift. This was my first time at a dry bar and as soon as I walked in the manager Neomi gave me bad vibes, the whole experience besides the manager was good I loved my hair stylist and I loved my hair but the manager was the total opposite I tried making conversation with her but she was extremely dismissive!! it left me with a bad taste, in my opinion managers should lead as a great example of how to interact with customers which she did not do!!

Drybar is my favorite place for blowouts. Love their products (liquid glass is my favorite). Easy to book appointments online. Nayeli, Lexi and Quincy are my favorites stylists.

The front desk lady is racist. She offered a drink to the lady in front of me (she was white) then she checked me in and didn’t offer anything, I thought maybe she forgot, but then then nxt lady was a white lady and she offered her a drink!!! Then after that another latino and an African American came in and she did NOT offered them a drink, not to mention she is not even white!!! Small details like this ruins the experience of a place where you are supposed to feel pretty. This is not the first review like this one so please do something.

Worst blow out ever. My hair was flat and I had to come home and try to restyle my bangs. I asked the stylist to allow me to dry them when I saw how awful they were looking and was told customers could not do that. My daughters hair was also horrible and her stylist tried to correct it by using a flat iron instead of a curling iron to correct it. She also reeked of cigarettes.

I was visiting Dallas for a wedding and got a walk in appointment with the best hairstylist there, hands down! She did an amazing blowout and also was so friendly, she addressed all my concerns. Definitely book an appt with Wes if she’s available, she’s awesome!

Nothing special, asked for curls after a blowout and did not receive what I asked for. I even showed photo of what I’d like and my hair was still straight with slight volume at the top. Wouldn’t spend money here.

I've visited many drybars, but this is my first visit to this one. We had a group of 4 and had shockingly different experiences. Your experience is very dependent on your stylist. Everyone's hair in the end looked pretty good, but the customer service was wildly different. In our group we had great, mediocre, and terrible experiences. Pros: -Lots of spots and you can book pretty last minute -Easy online booking especially for those who have drybar accounts -Relatively affordable way to do your hair for a special event or just a nice treat -Valet parking is covered and right outside their entrance -You will likely leave looking fabulous -There's a space in the back for 4 people if you have a group of 4 that can be fun to be together in -Convenient location (in North Park right off 75) Cons: -Feels like a gamble. Unpredictable and varied service (best thing is to find the person you like and become a regular here). -Front desk greeter is not very welcoming and your first impression -Limited space and seating in waiting area (if there's a lot of people waiting to be called back) -They ask what you want to drink at check in but never provide it to you (you can ask your stylist again and she might oblige). Only 1 of us got a drink because she asked again/reminded them. I totally understand why this place has both 1 star and 4 star reviews. You might leave with the best experience ever, both feeling and looking good, or you might leave feeling terrible because they were rude and rushed.l and you spent a good money on a poor experience.

Front desk staff had a very snobby attitude towards me and treated me differently than the other clients. I shared my experience with them a week ago and never heard back, so it must not be important to them. I loved my hair but it's not worth being treated less than.

I asked for a rounded brush blow out! I paid and started walking out since I was in a rush, before I left the establishment I ran my fingers through my hair and all of my roots were still wet. I immediately turned around to speak to the person in front desk, she even touched my hair. I got a refund immediately but is unacceptable ! I’m still in shock for such disappointment.

Don’t go here for updos, my totals was $143, they can’t even do a messy bun right… I even showed a detailed video of how to do it step by step. What ever my stylist did, the bun was so tight on me I looked like a ballerina. The hair bangs she curled went straight right after I left. I would give a 0 star if possible

Drybar Northpark gives excellent service from front desk to stylist. I request Thanya as my stylist. I consistently love how she treats and styles my hair. It comes out perfectly every time. Thanya is the best!

I asked for a slick black ponytail with curls, was told it will be $55. It was not what i asked for and told me it was 75 at the register. Will not be back!

I got to the mall right at 7 PM which was my appt time and spent about 25 minutes trying to call and driving around the mall trying to figure out where the location was. I finally made it in by asking multiple strangers how to find the dry bar since nobody would answer the phone. No one even called me to ask if I was still coming in which would’ve helped me get there sooner. Once I came in I found by the receptionist who said there was no one available to help me and that i was charged a cancellation fee. As I’m crying and explaining to her thar i simply could not find it, she says yeah it’s hard to find. I let her know that I’ve been trying to call about 10 times and she said the call center closes at 7 and this was out of her control. I was told no one was available even though someone would have been working on my hair for my appt time but now no one’s free? Who was going to do my hair then???? Worst first experience and now I won’t be able to go to my event tomorrow morning the way I had hoped. No compassion and didn’t even care!! One of the employees heard the whole thing and said “I’m sorry” as I left crying. I could tell she really cared. As for the receptionist it’s almost as if she enjoyed seeing me that way.
