On Christmas Eve, my mom and I got blow outs. The salon was busy and well staffed. We were greeted and serviced almost immediately. We had different stylists, and we both loved our hair. Great experience.

Avoid at all costs. Made me wait 30 mins past my appt time without explanation or apology. Waste of time. The hairdressers are rude and have no regard for anyone.

This place has awful customer service! They signed me up for a membership and very clearly stated that the membership roles over every month. When I went in to get a blowout after a few months of pausing my membership, they said I’m not able to use the role over amount!!! They said that the manger (Geri) would be the person to speak to, but it’s extremely difficult to get a hold of her as she does not respond! Please train your staff to communicate correct info with customers so they are not ripped off!

This was my first time and definitely not my last. I was so impressed with the hospitality Coko gave me. She was very thorough with my wash and I let her know about my seborrheic dermatitis so I felt that she gave my scalp extra care. This was my first time getting a blowout and she did some nice curls and it came out so soft and flowing and bouncy. I was very skeptical, having textured hair what type of experience I would have because I’m used to getting a silk press. But I left amazed and I got so many compliments and it lasted for a very a few weeks. Although I was a little sad, I didn’t get to have any wine or champagne because they were out, but I was still very impressed with the overall experience.

Worst DryBar ever - stay away. Unprofessional and incompetent. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment time - no one explained or apologized. Then after 40 minutes they take another customer and tell me to keep waiting - no explanation or timeframe. Never ever coming to this location again - great work…..

I have came to this shop many times until last year and expirence with a hairstylist had me furious. Not only did they have me waiting in the lobby more than 15 minutes past my appointment. I get in the chair an she immediately starts complaining about the build up in my hair, and how long it was going to take. First off it states that you appointment "may" take up to 45 minutes depending on the circumstances. I felt horrible , this is why I am here to get it washed and tamed for my braiding appointment. Not for you to complain about my hair. I was furious, I walked out very upset. Which I feel bad about out , I should of just asked for a different stylist. I would have just appreciated if she would have told me truthfully, I can't do your hair, I don't have the energy, whatever besides the rant the stylist went on. Drybar lost a faithful customer at this location for the most part.

Customer Service by Evette was rude, I was trying to bring to her attention the item I was purchasing was all dusty on the top and was looking for a different one. Instead of helping the person in front of her, she took a phone call and continued to speak to the person on the phone instead of putting them on hold, when I was talking to her first.

Worst service ever couldn’t keep their appointment. Overbooked and waited 45 minutes and they couldn’t take me… they were rude and disrespectful and told me too bad the appointment wasn’t with me so not my problem…

I had an excellent blowout before the Daytime Emmys. The stylist really made sure to do a style that would last. It lasted an entire week. I am super happy with the service and will return.

The first time I went in it was okay...this time it was a guy did my hair and straightened it, and it didn't even last 5 hours! I am going to call in the morning because I want them to fix it. Very disappointed.

Coco is the best! Not only is she a super- skilled stylist but she is so joyful, positive and kind-hearted. I went in for my appointment today with very low expectations since I made an appointment for the previous night and ended up having to leave 40 mins past when my appointment time was because the 2 stylists were running extremely late. I’m recently had surgery that prevents me from physically being able to do my own hair - which I shared with Coco. She treated me like a queen - which I suspect she would’ve done even if I hadn’t shared my current physical restrictions with her. She provided me with the uplifting and pampering that my soul needed.

Hard to find as it’s tucked away in the back of a mall. I just had an ok styling experience. Didn’t walk out of there feeling like a million bucks by any means. The price was twice what I had been quoted.

I had an appointment and came in 40 minutes early to see if they could see me earlier. There were no one with appointments and they took walk-ins ahead of me and saw me 30 minutes after my appointment. Terrible customer service

I had one of the best experiences I've had at a salon at this DryBar, and it's thanks to my stylist Yvette! From the beginning to the end of the appoint, she did a phenomenal job. My hair came out looking AMAZING -- so much volume and super glamorous. Beyond that, my hair lasted for more than a week without needing any additional styling (I didn't have to flat-iron or curl my hair AT ALL for over a week, all I have to do was wake up and brush it -- how amazing is that?) I have 3C curls, and my hair was not damaged during the process. I also have a scalp condition and medicated shampoo, Yvette knew all about how to support clients with scalp conditions and ensured my wash left my scalp feeling relieved and refreshed rather than inflamed.

Horrible experience. Asked for a mai tai look and a horrible blow dry was delivered. Staff are non experienced and facility is unclean. They also pull on your hair like they are doing a blow dry on a mannequin.

You must book online on their website for a wash. They provide you with a look book which makes it easier for customers to decide how to style their hair.

I am so impressed with Maggie and Jeri - this is the first dry bar that sold me on their customer service as well as the overall experience they provided. I happened to have walked in when the area manager Jasz was paying a visit to this location. Wow! Dry bars across the city needs more staff like this for a loyal clientele. They have just turned me in a new weekly client! Customer service is everything and this location goes above and beyond!

I booked an appointment same-day. I had a great stylist who understood my ultimate goal was to run my hands through my hair without getting stuck in any knots- I just wanted *softness*. I was happy with the results.

I have had horrible service at the DTLA location. My appointment was at 8 am. I arrived promptly at 8. Mind you I called ahead and was told that the earliest appointment was 8 because that was when the store opened. Imagine my surprise when I see that there is already someone there. No one checks me in and there is only one stylist who is already working on someone else’s hair. When I asked him when I would be helped when it was ten minutes after he said I had to wait because he was the only one available. It’s now fifteen minutes after and there has been no apology. It appeared it was going to take another fifteen minutes at least since he’s just stared curling her hair. I have a meeting to get to and a photoshoot and now my hair won’t be done- there’s no way I’ll be able to leave in time. This is wildly unacceptable- I booked this appointment weeks ago and was told I would be the first seen. I needed my hair done for a photo shoot for a major moment in my career, something I’ve been working on for two years. Save your money and go elsewhere or do your own hair.

I was charged $59 for a cancelled appointment and when I called the receptionist rudely told me “I like don’t know what to say about that” and then at my complete silence she said “well I’ll let my manager know”. I will not go here ever and will tell my friends not to as well.
