The salon was nice and clean and all the stylists were very friendly. I had an appointment on my wedding day with my niece, mother in law and cousin. Service was fast and stylists were friendly. I chose the old fashioned and added a gloss treatment. I've had this style before at my Drybar in my hometown so I knew what to expect. My style came out more like the Manhattan. My hair normally holds style well and since I've had it before I can say it was the skill set of my stylist. It wasn't what I asked for, but it did look nice and bouncy so I was okay when I left. I didn't say anything because the manager came over and asked my stylist several times if she was almost finished. My style was completely flat and straight by the time my wedding ceremony started. My appt was at 1 and my wedding was at 6. It was smooth and shiny but honestly looked exactly the same and how I normally style my hair myself with my hot brush at home, so definitely not worth the $80. I've gotten better blow outs from a cosmetology school. That said, the styles on my family looked great and held up multiple days.

I scheduled a blow dry service for me and my friend. It was her birthday weekend and we wanted to get our hair done together so that we looked cute and put together for our dinner reservations. When we go in the host asked us if we wanted a drink I asked her if they had any soda because everywhere else you get a hair service it is complimentary and expected to get a soda for free. Instead I get a tab of $15 for 2 cans of Diet Coke. She didn’t even mentioned it costed any money. I just assumed it was complimentary. It was $6 a can plus a “service fee”. Not really sure why they would charge a service free for pouring Diet Coke into a cup of ice. I would prefer it in the can anyways. After waiting 7 minutes past our appointment time they take my friend in. Since we scheduled this appointment to get ready together I was hoping to be taken in soon. I ended up waiting 25 minutes more than my friend and about 30 minutes past my appointment. At this point my friend was already getting styled. It was very sad because my stylist was amazing and did such a good job. It was just the fact that there was a lack of transparency and so much waiting considering I had an appointment that killed my experience. Please do better about scheduling and honesty about pricing in drinks.

I went here before a wedding and was very happy by my hair. My stylist, Venus, was talented and sweet. It was a fun environment and they have a DJ and drinks.

Unfortunately, the hairstylist burned and permanently destroyed my hair. I’ll have to cut off 6 inches or so and I am absolutely devastated. I really don’t understand how a professional messes up so badly, but here we are. To make matters worse, for weeks I have tried calling, left messages, and sent a message online to have a manager contact me. I still can’t get a response. At this point, I’m fairly certain they’re intentionally ignoring me. Hopefully this review will get someone’s attention.

Martha gave me an amazing blowout for my short trip out here in Vegas!! Thankful she had an opening last minute. If you’re thinking about trying this place definitely book that appt and ask for her! You will be happy you did!!!

Soooooo. Do not book here if you need a 9am appointment because I just spent 20 minutes trying to get to the DryBar and all the Fashion Show doors are locked. The reception person could not give me any help getting in and was useless. Save your time and frustration and find someplace accessible. The absolute most disappointing location of all the Drybars and I have hit them across the country. Total and complete waste of time and a disaster.

Warm welcome and a pretty well stocked bar. Cocktails are a tad expensive for what you get but it’s Vegas. I had the lavender lemon drop and it was very good. Christine was excellent! She gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve had at a Drybar, ever. I always get the mai tai and it often falls flat the same day. Whatever Christine did, it’s day 2 and still looks fantastic. Thanks for the great service!

I do liked the place, but I felt that my hairstylist could have used some heat protection on my hair! That was the only bad thing. But the results were amazing 👏.

Last time they washed my hair and my light waves turned to frizz in just an hour. The second time this week I got 2 French braids. They charged 75$ ponytail 15$x2 for braids 105 for French braids that were loose didn’t hold up for the night. I won’t go here again

This is my second visit in about 6 weeks while here on business. They took me on time. I believe my stylist’s name was Luz. She was soooo nice. Did a great job blowing out my thick coarse curly hair. Highly recommend this location. Got compliments from strangers regarding my hair.

5 star experience! I was in Vegas for a girls trip, and my hair was in desperate need of some TLC. I had the pleasure of having Suleyma as my stylist. She was a total sweetheart and was working on her BIRTHDAY to make my hair dreams come true. I'm very particular with my hair, and Suleyma took her time and made sure I was 1000% satisfied with my hair before getting out of the salon chair. I never felt rushed, and she was super thorough in addressing my concerns. I had a wonderful experience with my first Drybar experience, and I hope to be back soon!

Disappointing Customer Service Experience My recent encounter with this establishment left me utterly disappointed. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out for assistance, I was met with a series of frustrating obstacles. After calling over 30 times, I finally left a message, only to receive a call back from a Vegas number, which left me puzzled as I'm not from Vegas. Furthermore, I was abruptly hung up on, followed by a call from a private number. Seeking resolution, I requested to speak with a manager but was redirected to a shift lead, who unfortunately couldn't provide adequate assistance. Despite my patience, I endured a lengthy 25-minute hold (after talking with her 3 time thoughthe day), only to be told that the person I was speaking to was not in a position to address my concerns. Three days later, and I'm still waiting for the promised email from the manager. The lack of professionalism and accountability in handling customer issues is truly disheartening. It's evident that there are significant gaps in communication and training within this establishment.

From canada never again , waited 15-20 min even longer past my appt time, they charge extra if you have hair extentions which in my opinion is fine but at least do them properly. The shampoo was mid, the girl doing my hair didnt even put any products on my hair before the blow dry and after but a tiny spray of i think heat protectant on her hand ? My extentions were still went and for the amount they charge for having extentions they dont even take the time to make sure the natural hair underneath is dried ! Why am i writing this review because when i left the next day my hair was greasy and my extentions were matted they need to hire actual skilled people instead of girls doing a half fast job waiting to go on their lunch break!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Showed up to our appointment on time, my friend and I. Appt was 3:15PM but did not start until 3:45PM. The front desk never communicated a delay to us, never said a word actually. Didn't try to offer us a free beverage or anything while waiting. The front desk woman actually avoided eye contact the whole time and didn't talk to us once about the delay. Didn't mention a delay upon check in either. There was no semblance of customer service here. My stylist (Bri) was kind and apologetic. The blowout was well done. However, the customer service overall from the front desk and management leaves much to be desired.

I made appointment at this location for my wedding foe what they call an up-tini , I took a picture of what I wanted and showed it to the lady , she preceeded to tell me that she could do some better for me so I decided to take a leap of faith and trust her, what she did looked nothing like the picture, then I told her that my hair did not feel secure as she only used a few Bobby pins and no rubber bands, I told her I needed my hair to last through my ceremony and reception, she kept insisting that it was secured, 10 minutes after I left the salon and after I paid $116 my hair came apart, I tried calling the salon several times and no answer I emailed as well to let them know what happened and that I had no time to go back because I had to get dressed for my wedding , they never answered the phone and when I emailed them the email came back undeliverable, I had to file a dispute with my bank for the charges because I ended up having having to fix my own hair, the biggest waste of my money and time

I saw Alika twice whilst I was on holiday from the UK at the beginning of April and both times I had the BEST experience! My first appointment was the day before my birthday and the second the day before my wedding day. She was kind, attentive and listened to what I needed...as well as being the friendliest person in Vegas who I learned so much from. Absolutely highly recommend her and will happily book in again if I am lucky enough to return to Vegas. My hair looked and felt amazing!

Literally the worst experience I have ever had. Unprofessional. Unclean. Untrained. My hair had to be rewashed since the girl didn’t even rinse the product out of it, no scrubbing involved in the shampoo, and I touched it and there was cream on my fingers and in my ears when she was saying she was done. Lol, no. She barely touched my hair and acted timid and unprofessional. Then she took over an hour to brow dry my hair, slowly brushing it to smooth it straight, with cold air. The only thing she was successful in doing was pulling my sewn in extensions out about 1.5 inches from my scalp. I was getting a double cleanse with a hydrating mask and a gloss shine rinse and then a loose waive style. Not one of those things was done. Her tools had someone else’s hair on them. When She turned the curling iron on and I put my hands in my hair since it felt cold and realized that it was still wet. 1.5 hours and I left angry and disappointed and wet.

Receptionist and stylist were kind and pleasant. I told the stylist I wanted a Cosmo or loose beach wave type vibe. She felt a round brush curl would look best. I didn’t really like how it turned out, as it wasn’t really curled and the back of my head had two visible creases where she didn’t comb my hair together but she completed the job nonetheless.

We have been waiting for over a half hour now for our scheduled appointments. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have been to this location over 10 times and have never experienced this before. No communication at all and now we are late for our show. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This was one of my favorite drybar experiences to date. There was a party vibe as there was a DJ playing early 2000s hits. The music was bumpin and the service was great. I highly recommend!
