Mia is absolutely amazing! She is now my go girl every week. She can curl my long thick hair and it can stay for an entire week. Everything she recommends has proven right. Love dry bar and Mia!

Today was my first visit to a DRYBAR. I was in town for a conference and needed by hair done before heading back home. I have a lot of coily hair. I wasn’t confident that a stylist would be able to manage my hair the way I was accustomed to but I just needed my hair done! I was very pleased with my wash and style. Rachel, my stylist, was very gentle and delivered awesome results. If I lived locally, I would be a return customer. I highly recommend.

I had a blowout for an evening party & the next day it was put up in a bun. My stylist, Autumn, was great!! I loved the results, as did my family & friends. My hair has fine texture and the blowout gave it much needed body for a few days.

This a minute from walking out! I told her to do a light curl and the back is so bad hair is freezy and some of them don’t even have curls! The short hair lady was so rude! Very disappointed! This is the reply to the owners response!! First of all I’ve done so many dry styling is not like it was my first time, and the only thing that she could’ve manage was to control the hair being freezy and she didn’t even manage that. My hair was clean cause I took a shower 2 hours before my appointment and Mather fact I had no products on my hair. So please don’t bring excuses. I asked for a simple light curl and most of my hair was straight and so uneven Secondly I love the fact that you called it a quicky when you charge 35 and you make tips mandatory! My friend was with me and she the “wet style” and she was very disappointed as well! So next time when your clients are unhappy try to be nicer instead of criticizing them and justifying your rude behaviors!

The stylists were nice and the shop was nice. But unfortunately our hair went flat within an hour without touching it. Super bummed because my sister needed to take graduation pictures. I know my hair doesn't hold a curl so I wasnt surprised, but hers usually does. That being said... we'll probably go back, for a very straight hair style.

I wanted to like this place, but the experience I encountered today is why I hesitated to sign up to be a “barfly” I came in late on a busy day I get it, but not one ounce of accommodation or effort to try to work with me. All I wanted was a dry style, if that takes an hour you need better stylists.. on that topic the last few blowouts that I spent over $100 after tip came out wet and frizzy on top and my curls didn’t last. You lost a customer, but with the way you treat your customers I’m not sure you care.. Happy Mother’s Day to me I get to pay for a service I didn’t receive..

Beware this place - they have a draconian cancellation policy and poor/no customer service. I made an accidental booking for 90 minutes later rather than the next day as I intended. I communicated with customer service to try to get them to waive the cancellation fee since it was an accident. The person I communicated with was not responsive to the situation. I have never encountered a business unwilling to make a one-time exception for an accident. Nor does their explanation (that a stylist was waiting just for me) make any sense, as I accidentally booked a 7:30am appointment at 6:00am that day. Basically, they sent me a form response that was completely unresponsive and unreasonable. Super disappointing as their stylists are so nice and great.

Scratched my scalp while washing my hair, nice lady tho. I told the woman how I needed a lot of hair spray or else my hair would go flat… by the time I got home there were no curls/volume left.
