Dry Bar is my favorite dose of self care! The shop has a great atmosphere and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. I always walk out feeling refreshed. At my last visit I got some of the addon treatments and loved the extra volume and shine it added, definitely worth it!

Just had an amazing experience with Jada at Drybar! My hair is so flat and lifeless, I felt like a movie star when I left. Can't wait to go back again.

I honestly felt like this was a huge waste of money. It was my first blowout, and I was so disappointed. The woman who did my hair was super friendly, and we had a good conversation the entire time, but the job was not well done. My hair was more flat than if I had just blow dried it at home. Normally curls stay pretty well in my hair, but within an hour of leaving the salon, the curls were pretty much gone as you can see in the photo there is not much curl and it looks very sloppy. you can also tell that my bangs were not styled well at all. They were constantly in my eyes, which is unusual, and I could not for the life of me get them to swoop to the side like they normally do. My make up was really well done by Kassi C over at Louisville beauty and wellness salon, and obviously this was a really big event for me so the dress and the tiara helped the look, but I was super disappointed in my hair and will not be returning to dry bar and suggest you spend your money more wisely elsewhere. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I visited Drybar for my first time on Sunday. I was satisfied with my experience but when I left the salon I was very disappointed my "curls" didn't even last an hour. Save your money.

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair blown out and styled today! My stylist Christine listened when I expressed how I wanted my hair washed and styled. I am a hair extension specialist so I can be a bit particular, but she totally delivered! She took her time to care for and properly blow dry my hair which I really appreciate. This is my hair after packing around my baby all day and shopping/trying on clothes… it still looks fantastic! I’m also excited to have a reliable stylist to refer my clients to for all of their blowout needs🙌🏻

I've been a member almost two years. I visit often, probably every 2 or 3 weeks. I really appreciate their services, they leave me feeling beautiful and confident. Also, I contacted Lisa last week about an event our high school volleyball team hosts each year to raise funds for breast cancer research. I asked if she'd be interested in donating or just give a package at a discounted rate. Lisa quickly responded w a certificate for a free blowout. A wonderful donation and very much appreciated! This item was added to a themed basket in a silent auction. Thank you Lisa! Thank you Drybar for the great services you provide!

Will not be going here again .. or trying to at-least. Ruined my mom’s birthday because they can’t get their app under control. My mom and I booked an appointment for her birthday a week in advance. The app was having issues so she called and they walked her through how to do it on their website. We show up, go to check in, and we are told there was no appointment made. We drove 50 minutes to Louisville to get our hair done for dinner and we’re just told sorry. So here we are supposed to be going to dinner after we get our hair done unsure what to do because dry bar wouldn’t fix their mistake. OH and on top of that we paid for a membership to be able to get this done so they took 90$ from us and gave us no treatment. Will no be going back.

Love this Drybar and the whole experience! Kaycee, Kendra and Zoe are fabulous. So easy to schedule or reschedule also. And best products ever (no other dry shampoo compares). If your hair holds curl pretty easily, expect a blowout that lasts four or five days!

So grateful to have found Dry Bar! It’s one of my favorite ways to start the week or a weekend. A great way to pamper yourself while not breaking the bank. Their entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly and are great at communication. I love how simple it is to book and reschedule online. I will continue to use their services!

UPDATE: Do not believe the buisness response below. They never reached out to me, as they stated they would. Reviewed the style guide provided and requested the Southern Comfort, which is advertised as a bouncy blow out with a lot of volume. Instead, the stylist rough dried my hair and curled it with a thin wand. I left looking like Shirley Temple. What's the point of the style guide if the stylist isn't able to follow it? I spent my entire appointment listening to her tell anyone who would listen that tomorrow is her last day. How unfortunate my appointment wasn't two days from now. I wound up canceling my plans because I was not able to salvage the frizzy, curly mess I left with. I looked like a child pageant contestant. I would absolutely not recommend this buisness to anyone. A complete waste of money.

Loved my experience at this Drybar!! They were welcoming and got me right into my appointment. Zoe (my stylist) did a wonderful job with my hair. If you want your hair done for an occasion or just to get it done, definitely go to Zoe and she will get you looking fabulous!
