This place is Great or it’s just ok. It’s hit or miss. I’ve had good styles and I have had bad ones that have fallen right out. I have had others who make me want to buy Drybar products to try and do what they do with it! Good experience always tho.

Love this Dry Bar! Manager Q was so nice to work with! She runs a great shop with a talented fantastic team! My stylist, Tamirra was sooo good! She gave me a perfect blowout and she was so personable, genuine, efficient and she went above and beyond to make sure my style looked exactly like I wanted! My daughter-in-law had Tye and she also did a perfect job! I’m visiting from Arizona AND I will always be sure to book at the Dry Bar when I come to Atlanta!!

This was my first time ever going to Dry Bar and it was good. The online booking was a nightmare, but after trying multiple times one finally took.

Don’t bother booking an appointment. These guys are super unaccommodating if you get stuck in ATL traffic. Dry style was something I could have done better in my bathroom in 10min. Only lightly misted with texture spray and then used a flat iron to put in tight curls. Ended up looking like Shirley temple. I mentioned that the curls were too tight for the style I asked for, he said he did it tight cause they’d fall…. They didn’t. Completely not worth the money.

I got the "Uptini" done. I had picked from the lookbook, nothing special or complicated requested. Initially, she did a wonderful job and it looked beautiful, but it started to fall out as soon i got out of my car driving home from Drybar. I tried to fix it but during the event I went to, I had to keep going to the bathroom to re-adjust bobby pins because it was falling out. I got an up-do because I did not want to have to deal with my hair so that was upsetting I had to touch it up so much.

I’ve been to Drybars across the country (I travel often for work, have a Drybar membership, and refuse to do my own blowouts🙋🏻‍♀️), and this is one of my favorite locations! I’m genuinely not sure where any of the complaints are coming from because I’ve had a positive experience each and every time; the stylists are always great and give me exactly what I asked for, the receptionists/manager are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is modern and clean! I highly recommend this location and all its stylists!

When I first arrived there was a scheduling error that said my appointment was several days beforehand and I was a no show. Enter the angel that is Sabrina. She was able to squeeze me in and she crushed it. My hair isn’t the easiest to work and she washed and styled it in time for me to catch the bus to the wedding I was in town for. If you can ask for Sabrina you won’t be disappointed.

I was panicking last minute, but nowI feel blessed. nobody was taking me in Sat morning.. last chance I called DB Midtown at 930am, booked an appointment for 11:15am, arrived at Dry Bar Midtown like a "soldier" at 10:40am, the stylist was ready at 10:50am. Got EXACTLY the hair style I requested, was warmly greeted and sent off to my event. Thank you SO much! Will return I promise.

I’ve gone to Drybar for years. Ever since Alli Webb sold her business and made it a franchise, the service has gone dramatically downhill. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone to this Drybar location in the past few months and both times I’ve been sorely disappointed, even with different stylists. I bring a photo to show exactly how I want my long fine-but-thick hair styled (messy beach waves). And I am careful to specify that I don’t want my hair too flat to my head. Both times I walked out of the salon with perfectly coiled ringlets and a helmet of greasy/flat hair up top. Literally the opposite of what I asked for. Oh - and the stylist FRIED the baby fine hairs on my temple with the hairdryer today. I am convinced the stylists here are only qualified to style thick, coarse hair which is great if that’s you, but not great if you have fine delicate hair.

I’ve gone here plenty of times before and gotten my hair done but my most recent visit the girl at the counter flat out lied to me about their availability. She essentially looked at me and saw my thick hair and was like we don’t have any availability today for you but you could come back tomorrow. I pulled up the appointments online and showed her that it showed that they still had 3 time slots available. She then changes her story to say oh well only dry style spots available as the slots were 45 min slots. I understand the business model and if “thick, curly hair” needs extra time and extra money, put that on the site and say it straight up when you see me.

My first time going here, and I will not be going back for sure. This was the waste of money They put me with a new stylist named Kwantis whom Did not know what she was doing at all. She didn’t even know how to use a rolling brush, and blow dryer at the same time like a real stylists do. There were other stylist that I saw they knew what they were doing because I have been blow drying my hair for the past seven years so I know how you’re supposed to blow dry. On top of that she burned four different areas of my head and she kept saying she’s sorry

Amazing service and even more amazing Hair stylists. They are friendly and fast and get you glam and under an hour! I love coming here almost every week to decompress over a coffee or mimosas while getting my hair done.

As a natural hair girl, its always pretty interesting letting multiple people play in your hair, however I feel most comfortable with any of the stylist at this location. I'm a barfly double member that comes in between my routine hair appointments at another hair salon or when the heat has gotten to me too bad. I'm always greeted with quality customer service from the bartenders Hermean has been dynamic each time I enter I'm greeted with a smile. I've also worked with Deja, Nikki, Keke and so many others who help during my quick drop ins. Keke & Nikki are extremely knowledgable about hair its been the two of them for stylist that I normally use and I never have an issue with my service.

Ashley was lovely. Very friendly and kind. Her and her assistant at the desk allowed me come to my hair appointment even after I was 20 minutes late. I am not from Atlanta and didn’t realize how far I was from the drybar which is why I had difficulty getting there on time. I apologize again. Thank you for being easy and pleasant people. Not many people would be ok with someone being so late. I expected them to be upset (and it would’ve been absolutely warranted) but they were extremely friendly. Thank you for great service.

I previously visited Drybar in other states so was excited as usual. Upon arrival I was unimpressed with the dull atmosphere but that was fine. I purchased a scalp massage 15 mins and blow out. The stylist did not give me a scalp massage. When she asked about the style I asked for a simple blow out with a brush with NO volume. Well when I left I looked like a clown - they stylist gave me a ton of volume similar to her hair despite me not wanting it and again no scalp massage. When I contacted drybar about being over charged they ignored me. 3 weeks and no response. I'll never return to this location.

I regret having to provide such a negative review, but the team at this establishment put the inexperienced stylist in a difficult position. With my long and extremely thick hair, it wasn't suitable for a new stylist to take on my appointment. Unfortunately, the stylist struggled to manage my hair and used excessive heat. The flat iron was set to a staggering 450 degrees, a level of heat I've never encountered for flat ironing. I've frequented this location multiple times, always requesting Joya in my notes. However, Joya wasn't available upon my arrival, though she did arrive 30 minutes later. It would have been appreciated if the front desk had informed me of her expected arrival time and asked if I wanted to wait. I would have gladly waited because I know Joya would have ensured a satisfactory result. My overall experience left me disheartened and disappointed, to the point where I decided to cancel my membership.

My appointment time was 3:45pm. I checked in an hour early and was told they had a busy day so I would have to wait until my scheduled time to be seen. This was no issue I was planning to grab a bite to eat before anyway. When I came back at 3:30ish I could tell they were running behind. I was taken back to the shampoo bowl around 4pm. Ebony (I hope that was her name) was the shift lead she thanked me for my patience and quickly got to work. Other guests began checking in and it was obvious the salon was overbooked and understaffed that day. Ebony encouraged the new receptionist to explain that they were running behind so appointment start times may be delayed. Long story short, Ebony did an AMAZING job on my naturally curly hair. She showed the utmost professionalism. She kept the salon calm during a chaotic situation and still gave me a peaceful experience.

Need to update policy online that they do not do extensions. I wasted my morning going there just to be told they do not wash extensions anymore :( There was no confusion. The policy does not state that extensions are not done. It states the business is not responsible for them which is understandable.

The stylist was very polite, but my blow out looked more like a mai tai than a cosmo and fell out before I even got home (it was done with a flat iron and nothing secured it). I have naturally wavy hair that can generally hold curl. Really unhappy that I spent 60 dollars only to have to redo my hair myself.

Was able to get an appointment last minute which I appreciate. Place was upbeat, cute- and clean. Enjoyed my experience. Relaxing shampoo and my hair looked really great! Love to go back in the future.
