My experience was disappointing from the start. My stylist was 15 min late. The hair wash was terrible, the “styling” was subpar, and she struggled to manage even simple tasks like styling my curtain bangs. Unfortunately, the result was the worst blowout I’ve ever had. It was clear my stylist lacked the experience and confidence to handle a $59 blowout. I strongly feel management should better train their stylists before having them take on clients. I won’t be returning as I feel it was a waste of money.

Honestly, I will never be back again. As a hairstylist myself and a blowout artist, do not spend your money here. My hair was still dry in spots after my shampoo, the shampoo was rushed, the stylist was acting like she was in such a rush to be done. I know my hair, I know a blowout will last me days. I woke up the next day and my hair was as flat as a board. No curls, no body. Not worth the time or money.

I walked in on short notice and would have understood if they could not accommodate me. They did not answer my call. When I came in I was told by a stylist to sit and wait, no problem. I assumed I was getting my hair done if they told me to wait. 32 minutes later they come out and say they don’t have time for a basic blowout. It was a waste of my time and had they initially communicated this when I walked in I would have been able to get it done elsewhere in time for my event. I was planning on signing up for a membership but I have decided to look into a different blowout membership because of my poor experience at drybar

I booked a blowout the afternoon of my engagement picture session. My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 pm and I did not get in the chair until 3:15. I even went to the desk after waiting 15 minutes to see if I would be taken back soon, and was told my stylist was about to come get me, another 10 minutes went by before that happened. I had a makeup appointment scheduled at 4:00 pm so I was already behind schedule for all of my appointments. I showed a picture of the style I wanted which was a classic "blowout" look -- sleek hair with rounded ends. My hair looked nothing like I wanted by the end of it. I had to fix my part and give instruction during the entire hair styling process. I am very disappointed with how my hair turned out, especially since I had my engagement pictures scheduled for this evening. I could've done a better job at home and saved the money. Will not be returning.

Such a great trendy place! All the stylist are so fun and great at their crafts 🫶🏼 Have gotten a blow out and a dry style and my hair lasted up to 3 days later!!! Highly recommend! Great before an event or weekend out of town.

This was the perfect place to start our girls day out. Very friendly and welcoming staff and the overall outcome was well worth it .. Definitely going back our next visit.

I had my rehearsal dinner today and nobody showed up for my appointment. It was early in the morning at 7 am and was going to be my first time at DryBar and nobody showed up, the doors were locked and it was raining. Don’t recommend if you are looking for something dependable.

I'll give it 5 starts because they have great availability. I needed to get a book out at 8 am on a Monday to make it on time to an appointment and they had a stylist available. Other places I called didn't open until later. My stylist was very nice and did my hair just right. I went with a friend on a different occasion and I didn't think paying extra for the scalp massage was worth it though.

I enjoy the conversations with some of the stylists; some of which who are very kind. But the management is terrible.I’ve been around for awhile and seen people come and go so there’s that. But overall you can come in and get a pretty good blowout with most. Now call and ask for someone for a stylist good with curly hair because not everyone can do it .

I absolutely adore this place! I had an amazing experience with my stylist Alex. I did a Mai-Tai & she did a perfect job. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs their hair washed, blow dried & styled!

I would not recommend this place to anyone with textured hair. The employees they have do not know what they’re doing and will just mess your hair up. They also treat their employees terribly, made an excuse and fired my stylist who was loved by her coworkers and clients, since then I’ve had terrible service. I will never step foot into that horrendous place ever again.

Loved getting my blowout done here! I believe my stylists name was Brooklyn/Brooke. She was so kind and made me feel so fabulous. Highly recommend if you want your hair to feel, look, and smell amazing all day!

My hair turned out great. A little more expensive than I was anticipating but you get what you pay for. The stylist wasn’t afraid to ask for a little help to make sure my hair turned out how I wanted. Overall great experience.

We came for a girls day before a concert and had a wonderful experience. Jacquavious was my stylist and had me laughing throughout my time. Highly recommend when you are looking for a way to treat yourself!
