If you have an important event, please don't rely on Dry Bar Raleigh Midtown for timely service. Here's my experience: I scheduled a blowout a month in advance for my son’s graduation and confirmed twice before the appointment. I arrived at 9 a.m. on the day of, only to find every stylist busy. Despite assurances a stylist was coming, no one was available by 9:15, so I had to leave. They still attempted to charge me for the missed appointment—plan elsewhere for critical occasions to ensure reliability.

This has to be the worst blow out I’ve ever received. Once I was in my car I noticed a huge chunk of hair that wasn’t curled - thank god they put me with someone who could fix it. $70 down the drain when I could have done a better job at home. Gave this place a chance when my other go to places are closed on Sundays. Now I’m still trying to do damage control on my hair before our family pictures later this afternoon. Beyond annoyed.

Changed age range for children blow outs to under 7. We booked and had no warning ahead of time. I took my 9 year old daughter to only have her hair washed and blow dryed and was charged $60. No warning of the age limit change ahead of time. I would have done it myself given she was not getting a full blow out / style. Other than this hiccup - there are some great stylist at this location.

Kallie was amazing! Shampoo was so relaxing and she worked magic on my crazy thick hair getting my curls perfect. She will definitely be my go to from now on

I love this Drybar! Everyone is always very friendly and I always am happy with my hair. I also love that I can use my visits at other Drybars which is very convenient

First time ever visiting Drybar and I'm from out of town but needed a little self care before returning home. Tiffany was nothing short of amazing and unfortunately I won't be able to take her to ATL with me but I will visit a location out there next time!

If you need an up do or blow out Erica is your girl!! She was so kind and detail oriented while doing my hair. She asked lots of questions to make sure she got it right! Will definitely be going back for any up dos!

Oh my gosh Brianna is amazing!!! My hair is thick and textured and she did an incredible job getting it to cooperate. My curls are soft and bouncy, perfectly executed vision ❤️ The whole experience was wonderful-it was my first time and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the whole team!! 10/10 💕

I absolutely love the Drybar. Shania did a fantastic job on my hair. She was very professional, sweet, and very detailed. My hair turned out so soft and styled so beautifully. This is definitely my go to place for a fabulous blowout and hang out with the friendliest staff.

I flew into town for a wedding and made an appointment at Drybar because I didn’t want to pack a ton of items to do my hair and I’m not great at it. Drybar midtown was in a great location, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the stylist who did my hair and braid did a great job! I think I will treat myself to a blowout at Drybar more often because my hair look great for days after!

I have been there quite a few times but on September 23, 2023 was my worst experience. I wanted to cancel my appt due to heavy pouring rain but the receptionist wouldnt cancel it, so I drove down and the staff was extremely rude. I asked the stylist I dont want a blowout and just dry style but she started arguing and raised her voice. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I ended up filing a claim against them. Horrible experience and will never step inside that place again.

I have been to many Dry Bar locations and this was the worst experience I had. She pretty much sprayed the entire can of dry shampoo on my head. I never use dry shampoo and she should’ve asked if I wanted it in my hair. Also the style was like I was a little kid with too curly hair. She wasn’t very good. I would not recommend this location.

Shocked at how well they’re set up to accommodate small children. My kid is 3’ 10” they had step stools, booster seats, and the bowl tilted so she didn’t have to do awkward acrobatics during her wash. Kallie was awesome.

10/10 recommend. Dry Bar has become the place where I always leave feeling my best. From the amazing stylists and concierge team, to the complimentary glass of champagne and the ambiance! I could not be more impressed. I have always struggled to get my hair just the way they like it and this place has truly saved me for my most special occasions and celebrations! Will forever support this business and the people who make it what it is <3 !
