Blowout and scalp massage before work. Felt relaxed and left pretty 😁 I was taken before my appt time. Thank you Nina! The front desk lady was also very welcoming! I desperately needed a lint roller due to a previous vet appointment, and she brought me one! Great customer service.

I had an appointment on 12/30. When I got there, I waited 20-25 min for a stylist. I finally sat down and asked for curls. After the appointment when I got home (10 minutes later), the curls had fallen. I called the salon twice and left messages both times asking for it to get fixed for free. When I didn’t hear back, I booked another appointment for the following morning anticipating them to fix it for free. The next morning (12/31). Before my appointment I called again so they knew, still no answer. I then went to the salon and the same receptionist was there. She talked to the manager and said she would not comp the fix because it was a holiday and they don’t get paid for comps. I was shocked. However, I needed my hair done so I took the appointment. The new stylist was so much better! After the appointment, I asked to speak to the manager directly. She said she couldn’t comp it because I didn’t come back the previous day. I showed her my call history — I had called twice and no one answered. She then said they called me back but there is no clear record of it. She lied. She also said that the weather was to blame the day before because it was raining. It was NOT raining — she lied again. She said she would give me 20% off so I took it, but I shared that I would reach out to corporate to fix the issue. She said “there is no corporate”. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and have never experienced this horrible service. I basically paid twice for one service.

Absolutely love Drybar River North! I’ve been coming here for years, and Kiki is simply the best. She always knows exactly how to give me the perfect blowout that lasts for days, and her attention to detail is unmatched. The atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming, and the service is consistently five-star. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair – thank you, Kiki, for always making me feel fabulous!
