Always an amazing experience. I have been so grateful to Khristine for managing my hair every time. What takes me 3 hours at home with subpar results, she does in 45 minutes with my hair looking far healthier than it deserves to be. I’m lucky I found her!

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Absolutely atrocious customer service by Kristine if that’s her name. She rudely stated her name started with a K to make sure I got it right. I tried scheduling an appt for 11:30 and for some reason it didn’t go through. I then tried again for 12pm. I successfully booked and was on my way to my appt. 6 min before my arrival Kristine calls me and tells me they are taking a party before me and can no longer see me until after 1. I told her I was already almost there and finalized my appt online and needed to be to work. She kept telling me she couldn’t take me, after going back and forth, my last statement was that this was unfair and with an attitude she said with a horrible attitude “FINE we’ll take you at 12” and hung up. I tried calling back to cancel because who wants services done from someone who isn’t trying to accommodate you to begin with and then has an attitude. When I came in I told her in person, I did not like the way I was spoken too so please cancel my appt and give to the next person as I was not comfortable getting services there now. She then kept on with the attitude as if she tried to help me and then said well I moved everything around to get you in. That should have been done in the first place. Don’t make me feel bad when I scheduled an appt and was already on my way but wanted to get a whole party in before me when I told you I was 6 min away and needed to go to work. And then to continue to talk with the attitude. Very poor customer service. Learn how to navigate a situation and deescalate if you want to work with the public.

Yessie gave me my first blowout and it was such an incredible experience. She was so friendly and really good at conversation. Everyone there was so nice and took great care of me and my friend.

I heard really great things about Dry Bar and wanted to try it out for an event I had coming up. I booked a blowout with Eliana and had an amazing experience. Really professional, and did exactly what I wanted!!! Definitely reccomend.

Khristine is a dream 💛 she’s super professional, keeps it real & leaves your hair feeling like a million $ every time. I’d recommend booking in advance but there are other stylists available for walk in services too.

I’ve had my hair done at this location twice. Both times I was greeted in a kind manner and seated for my appointment on time. I had a friendly stylist both times, and my hair turned out beautifully.

My mom and I walked in and Kristine accommodated us so quickly offering us an appointment in an hour. We went to a store down the way and then came back and everyone was super sweet. KJ TOUCHED MY HAIR WITH LOVE. She worked diligently and helped enhance my layers with the blowout. Totally recommend these gals, my hair smells, looks, and feels awesome!
