I seen hairstylist Bettie Martinez a few times. The first time was good, then she started messing up. I told her I would give her another try. I told her what I did not like ,what I wanted again. Last time I was only in there for a trim again,she knew I was trying to grow my hair back out longer. She cut 4 inches off total! She did not listen to me and just do a trim and not loose my length. I am very disgusted. The salon is very clean. The other hairdressers are very positive, Very polite, and make you feel welcome. The salon has a happy atmosphere, very clean. Whenever I would walk in for my appointment, the other stylist would greet me and say hello, Bettie never did. I would recommend the salon to anyone with any other hairdresser that works there would probably Pretty good job, but I do not ever recommend Bettie. I give it a three star because of my bad experience with Bettie. I let Betty know through text she never replied she was Sorry, no reply.Yes hair will grow back but it takes time especially 4 inches! Parking is terribly packed unless it’s after 2:30 PM. I was never warned about that in the beginning when I made my first appointment.

The atmosphere is super relaxed and all the staff are wonderfully friendly.
