Cynthia was amazing and the receptionist and all of the staff was absolutely amazing! We were here for our best friends bachelorette and they accommodated us and made our day truly special! Would highly recommend this spa to everyone in the area 😊

An oasis in Miami and unique, in my experience. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a sacred and grounding palo santo smudge, instantly taking you into an elevated mental and physical space. The massage I received was heavenly. I highly recommend Ciel Spa.

Beautiful spa facilities and very friendly staff ! We had a large party to schedule and the spa team were very helpful in coordinating everything. Olena, the manager, was very welcoming when we arrived and helped our group get started with relaxation and healing.

DIVINE! A conscious woman's dream spa and community. I had the honor of attending a beautiful and empowering evening with a group of women at the SLS Ciel Spa by K'alma at Brickell. The owner is one of the kindest and conscious women in Miami. I highly recommend treating yourself to this divine spa.

Had an amazing date with my gf in Ciel spa with special surrender ceremony and my gf absolutely loved it, Masaage was super relaxing and it was nice to have glass of champagne after our treatment in the balcony with the great city view!

The kindness of the staff. So pleasant. Calm, Tranquil, extremely enjoyable experience. My masseuse was wonderful. I had a sugar scrub and a couples massage with my wife.
