I can’t recommend Veronica enough. Her skills as a stylist are unmatched!! I’ve been getting my hair cut and often colored by her for years and she always makes me look like a rockstar. I can trust her for truthful feedback about my hair and always get a crazy amount of compliments when she cuts it. I’ve started carrying some of her business cards so I can pass them out when people ask about hair; that’s how much people recognize her skill! She is DevaCurl cut and Color certified as well as Rezo Curl Cut and Rezo lite certified on top of her other training. So if you’ve got curly hair, no matter what type, she’s got you covered. For those of you who, like me, want a stylist you can develop a relationship with and go to for years who is an excellent hang as well as an excellent stylist, Veronica’s that one in a million.

Veronica was such an amazing and caring hairstylist! She was able to rescue my curls after a long hiatus from haircuts. She patiently listened to my concerns and history and then talked me through the steps of care for my curls since I only recently started wearing my hair long and curly. I am looking forward to going back to Duality to get some highlights in the future. Update: Veronica absolutely knocked it out of the park with this Pintura highlight! If you're looking to add some dimension to your curls or just want a sun-kissed look for summer, this is the place!

I have curly hair that I've never really accepted. It's been straightened for 2 decades, creating a ton of damage. When I started the curly hair journey 1.5 years ago, I went to another stylist, who continued to give me a normal haircut, even though I had explained I was wanting a curly cut and to embrace my curls. She even styled it straight afterwards. She hadn't listened at all. I waited a year for my hair to grow again before booking an appointment with Veronica at Duality. Veronica asked what my normal routine was and how much time I wanted to put into my style before walking me through cut options. She listened to me and gave me a curly cut that makes me proud of my bouncy curls. Veronica even walked me through step by step how she was styling it, the products she recommended, and what to look for at each stage of the styling process so I could recreate the look on my own at home. My hair finally looks healthy and, for the first time in my life, people are complimenting my hair! I already have a follow-up with Veronica and trust her 100% with my locks! Duality was referred to me by a client and I'm so glad I listened!

I have pretty much loved Lindsey from the moment she worked her magic on my hair ~5 years ago. I followed her from a previous salon when she opened Duality Salon and I have never been happier with my hair. She does such an amazing job with curly hair and helping me to better understand my hair & work with products so I can achieve the same results at home. I knew that wearing my hair with my natural curl pattern was a top priority for my wedding so hiring Duality Salon for Hair & Make-up was an absolute no brainer. Lindsey, Vanessa & Veronica worked some serious glow-up magic and did such a fabulous job. They did hair and make-up for almost all of my bridesmaids and my mom. They worked efficiently through the schedule that Lindsey had created keeping things fun and light hearted. This really helped to keep any stress of time management off of my plate so I could just enjoy myself with all of my people!! They did a great job of taking each person's requests to create a gorgeous look. My hair turned out exactly as I hoped!! It was my hair with my natural curls highlighted. My make-up was gorgeous using relatively neutral colors to keep a very natural look. I never wear make-up so I was worried I wouldn't look like myself, but I never should have worried because of course Lindsey nailed it. My hair stayed in place throughout the night, even surviving my wild dancing so our send-off pictures were just as gorgeous as the ceremony pictures. I could go on and on forever about how much I appreciate this group. If you're looking for hair & makeup for an event or a new hairstylist you cannot go wrong with this group. I have pretty much referred every person I know to Lindsey including my mother, sister & husband!!

The cut was beautiful they did a good job on curly hair. Color experience is lacking I wanted to go salt and pepper and left as a blonde which I was not happy about.

Joe Herrera is amazing. He was highly reccomended by a friend. He did not disappoint! Cut and Color are perfect. My son also tried Joe out and..... He loves his cut as well. Joe listens and is very interactive through out the process. Give him a shot!

My hair was over processed & now won’t hold color. I asked for red hair, but ended up with shades of pink & purple...? Bleaching hair is a convoluted process with many factors, but I don’t believe enough steps were taken to protect the structure of my hair. Very hot water was used on my scalp after the bleach was used. I was left in excruciating pain & my scalp was sore for weeks.

To say I've been traumatized by terrible haircuts in the past is an understatement - before finding this salon I had gone 5 years without a professional cut and had pretty well given up. I had a great experience at Duality Salon. I called to make my appointment and was greeted with a kind, quick and easy process. During my appointment Lyndsey was great at listening to me about what I wanted and then executing the cut and blow dry gently and professionally. It turned out great! Definitely recommend. I also really liked their COVID rules.

I had very long and thick curly hair and did a deva cut with Veronica. I was nervous to get it cut but she did so good and I love it! My family was against me cutting my hair but they ended up liking it as well! Veronica was super sweet and very knowledgeable about curly hair. She gave me tips and tricks on how to manage my curls... I will be coming back to get my trims and color soon. Also, she was very good at washing my hair ( my favorite part about going to a salon) Thank you Veronica!
