Abby totally understood the vision and did an incredible job with partial highlights and gloss, transforming my dull winter hair into a fresher, brighter, better version of itself!

Abby turned me back into a Barbie doll once again. I’m so in love with my new blond. She took care of me each step of the way. The studio is so cozy and accommodating. My hair hasn’t been this silky and smooth and perfect blond in a while so I definitely feel the makeover for myself. I was so happy with the results and my time spend there, the studio is so pretty and Abby is literally the best at making sure you have a good time while perfecting the color!! Attention to all the details, precision to everything and after care for my hair, styling.. I am so happy with how my hair turned out 💛

I have been going to Yulia for a few years now and she is truly the best! Not only does she know what she is talking about and do a great job, she makes the entire appointment enjoyable and makes you feel your best inside and out! She takes the extra time to help you figure out what is going to be best for what you want, your hair and your goals. Always a great time when I am in her chair! I have never been happier with how my hair has come out!

LOVE Yulia! She is the best- so kind and really takes the time to listen to your goals and what you want with your hair so that you leave beyond happy. I followed her here from another studio, because once you find someone who you love and who can do your blonde well, you hold onto her!! She is an absolutely gem and I could not recommend enough.

I had such an amazing experience with Abby, as she listened to my hair concerns and cut my hair exactly how I envisioned! Also loved the way she styled it with extra volume and shine and gave advice as to how to maintain hair health- a very positive hair appointment and I will for sure be coming back!! :) @abbyamparannyc on Instagram!

I've been going to Brianne since I moved to NYC—around seven years! I was initially drawn to her for her precision cuts and wanted to chop my hair off; I wouldn't trust anyone else to perfect my bob. I'm so glad she opened her own place! It’s chic, and the experience is exceptional; They treat you amazing :)

I’m so happy I found Dubé in a city of a 1,000 other hair salons. Brianne and Shawn are both fab! I got the Pura Luxe defrizz treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. For years I’ve gotten the Brazilian Blowout and started to shy away from it when my hair wasn’t getting any healthier and less manageable. My hair is soft and frizz free now. It’s amazing because the treatment can be customized unlike keratins treatments. Booking my appointment was a breeze, my appointment ran on time, the salon is gorg and very clean. I’ll be back— thanks, ladies. 💕

Anthony is the best hair stylist I have ever had, and I always know that when I see him, I will leave my appointment feeling confident and pretty. He has a gift for vision, always picking the best cut and color to suit my face shape, style, and skin tone. I have had other stylists do color and cuts that are great on their own but weren’t necessarily the proper fit for me. This is where Anthony really stands out. I know I can trust him with my hair. Not only do I always leave his chair looking great, but I also can trust Anthony with the health of my hair. He’s done multiple lightening services on me, and he always does so without compromising the integrity of my hair. I could never be blonde and grow long hair until I started seeing Anthony. Lastly—I know this is a long review—I genuinely appreciate Anthony’s personality. I hate using the word authentic, but he is authentic. He’s easy to talk to, and he’s real. I can easily be myself during my appointments, which is underrated and much appreciated.

Yulia just did the sharpest angled bob I've ever had this weekend--she is so talented! She listens, looks at how hair falls naturally, and then shares constructive feedback on your hair based on how much time you can give to its maintenance and how you actually wear it. She greeted me with a freshly made coffee and got to work--I appreciate that she takes her time to guarantee a precision cut.

Yulia is the best! Loyal customer of over a year, and when she transferred salons I had to follow her. She is the only person I will let touch my hair - it feels like my blond lasts for ever. Dubé is a great studio, it’s so nice and open inside.

Anthony has been cutting and coloring my hair for nearly 5 years - I couldn’t trust anyone more with my hair! When he told me about Dube opening, there was no question I’d follow him to the new salon. The salon is a relaxing environment and is located in Chelsea, a great neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Anthony has been cutting my hair for over fifteen years. I have long, curly hair, and finding someone who understands the texture of your hair and framing your face can be difficult. I have followed him all over New York City and will continue to follow him to any location. He is a freaking genius with scissors. He not only addresses all my concerns but also cares about the overall health of my hair. He takes his time and makes sure to explain what he is doing. I recently visited him at the DUBE NY salon. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is warm and inviting. The salon is clean and spacious. There are appointments late enough in the evening that work best with my busy schedule. The location is very near transit.

Bri Dube is an incredible colorist. I was always terrified of coloring my hair. She took such good care of me, we discussed my desired outcomes and then she talked me through what she thought would work best. She didn’t “oversell” at all, rather she listened, understood and respected what I wanted. So fun to work with and I could not be more thrilled with the results. People often compliment my hair, and the amazingly natural highlights. She is an absolute gem of a human and a highly skilled and experience colorist. If you’re on the fence go and talk to her. She will steer you right.

Brianne is truly a gem. The talent is unbelievable and worth a 6 hour flight from Paris to see her - I would know, I’ve done it more than once. She is beyond talent and is able to execute perfectly your wishes and still constantly goes beyond your expectations. I go to Angela here and she is an absolute GEM! She’s been doing my hair for 10 years at this point and has taken me every color of the rainbow (red, blonde, pink, blue, green, etc.) while keeping my hair healthy & strong - it’s actually miraculous. On a personal level, she’s one of the funniest, most genuine people in New York and even a long session of foils goes by quickly just chatting away with her. I feel so grateful to have a hairstylist like this that I can really trust because it allows me to fully relax and know my hair is going to come out amazing every time.

I have been seeing Angela for almost 12 years now and she is AMAZING!! She gives you a haircut that everyone compliments and that actually looks even better once your hair grows. I've honestly never had anyone cut and style my hair as well as she does. Angela is also fantastic at color and blow outs; I would follow her anywhere. I hit the hair jackpot when I moved to NYC 7 years ago and first found Bri. I have followed her ever since and would never dream of letting anyone else touch my hair. She is absolutely meticulous in her work and I trust her completely. I’ve never seen anyone spend the time and attention to detail she does to ensure your hair is truly perfect - and that it grows out beautifully. For most of my life I felt worse after getting a haircut, but it’s now when I feel my most beautiful and confident. Beyond her obvious skill, I love the time I spend in the chair with her - she makes you feel welcome, relaxed, and like you’re catching up with an old friend whether it’s your first appt or you’ve known her for years. She’s just the best.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair colored and cut by Angela and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. She has impeccable attention to detail and lightened my hair to the perfect shade that would complement my olive complexion. Additionally, I wanted to venture out and try extensions again and she curated such a natural look that blended so well with my hair. I recently visited Dubé for a balayage with Bri, and I was very impressed. Bri is meticulous and extremely detailed in applying lightener to achieve a perfect balayage. The end result is absolutely breathtaking and far exceeded my expectations. The salon has such a cool vibe too and the lighting is so incredibly flattering for taking before and after pics. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a skilled and attentive stylist in a truly stunning location.

Madam Dubé was my hairdresser for 7 solid years before she moved to New York. She is an artist with scissors, understands how hair falls on the scalp and is a cutting wizard. I'm a very minimal "wash and go" virgin hair colour with the occasional blow-out type of girl-- so the quality of my haircuts mattered. Bri's haircuts stood the ultimate test of time as my hair would grow out so well and stay "fresh". I was heavily focused on my hair health and embracing my natural texture. Her understanding of my needs were met everytime I sat in her chair. She made useful product suggestions and always triple checked how much length to cut off my ends. Looking back, it's the smallest of things that make me feel her absence the most. It's been a very long time since I've had the pleasure of a glorious head massage, and 90s layered cut and blowout with Bri. I miss her haircuts tremendously. If you're on the hunt for a new hairdresser or need a trim, I'd definitely try out Dubé New York; she'll make sure you're taken care of.

Not only is Brianne a master at what she does (nobody else will ever touch my hair) but she is also a warm and wonderful human being. I look forward to getting my hair done with her as well as catching up on all things life! She also really just understands and listens to what you want. I am a cancer survivor and have obvious sensitivities around cutting my hair and she always delivers exactly what I ask for, no shorter. She is the BEST in New York. You can’t convince me otherwise. Exciting news! My hairdresser ANTHONY is changing location! The new Salon Dubé Located in Chelsea is very convenient close to the subway and all my favorite things to do! While getting pampered by my talented hairstylist Anthony, not only my hair look flawless but the vibe and atmosphere was really relaxing. The owner Brianne was really sweet and makes feel at home! I get my color and haircut with Anthony, for now about 6 years. He just started to work at this location and I followed him. I couldn't be any happier, the location is so much easier to go to. And I love the ambiance and style of this hair salon. I recommend it 100%

I've been seeing Brianne for eight years now and she always leaves me looking and feeling my absolute best! Before her, I hopped around so many different salons/stylists and she was the first to make me want to come back even for the second time -- much less EVERY time. We've played around with so many different styles of haircuts over the years and she always knows exactly what questions to ask me to narrow down the specifics of what I want while also considering how my hair lays and grows out, the density/texture, how I prefer to style it, etc. She also happens to be a wonderful and compassionate human who knows how to make her clients feel at ease the second they walk through the door. It's a constant struggle of whether to sing her praises from the rooftops or gatekeep her to myself LOL ♾️/10 will return time and time again!!
