My wife and I bought a spa around 2 years ago from Dublin Spa. Unfortunately the heating element broke - it was shorting out. I called them on Monday, I got in touch with their service person on Tuesday, and a very nice gentleman came today and replaced it (Wednesday). Its a shame it broke, but it was under warranty and replaced with no hassle or cost.

I recently bought a nice Spa from this business. I got a great deal on what has been so far, an awesome spa. I’m very happy with the price and the negotiation process my wife and I experienced. They didn’t push me which gave me the confidence I needed to move forward with the purchase. After purchase, the site visit and prep went smoothly. On install/delivery day, a small logistical problem bubbled up and we got a little stressed, but the team handled the issue with complete professionalism and took care of the problem. Everyone I dealt with was 100%. Solid business, solid people!

Worker in the large pickup truck tried to hit me while I was riding to work on my bike. Needs to be reevaluated at the dmv. Wouldn't let a blind person install my hot tub.

I think this is THE BEST place to buy a spa. Been dealing with them for 25 years. Appreciate their honestly and helpful tips they’ve provided over the years. I’ve referred my friends and neighbors who purchased spas from them and not one had a bad experience.

Needed to replace hot tub cover, David told me how to measure it exactly for the correct fit. When his delivery person brought the new cover (and removed and took away the old one), he was unable to re-in stall the hydraulic cover lift. David came to my home the next morning and fixed it for no charge. David goes above and beyond delivering service.

Nate and the team at Dublin spa center have been a joy to work with, even during covid, in ordering, delivering and installing my swim spa. They have been prompt with updates and the install team was extremely quick on getting the job completed. Will continue to use them in th future for supplies and service and would consider them again if there is a future spa purchase.

I don’t regularly rate purchases, but David’s friendly style and approach to finding my family a hot tub made this purchase and the delivery experience extra special. David, thank you for your help - we will recommend Dublin Spa to friends for sure.

My wife and I bought an Artisian spa from Dublin spa Center back in March . I am the kind of guy that over researches especially for a spa that Im going to built into a deck . I called a few spa repair businesses and asked which spa gave them the “ least “ amount of problems, they said Artisian. The quality doesn’t stop with the spa. The customer service is outstanding ! This is a family business. Nate and David never pressured us , they just answered our questions and gave us all the info we wanted. It’s been four months and being new to spa ownership they are always available to answer my questions and I never feel rushed. The customer service doesn’t stop there either. Al and John performed a difficult installation with total professionalism. This is a business with integrity. They do still exist. Thanks guys !! Bob and Kristie Schrick

So we went to check this place out last minute as we were contemplating buying a spa from Costco since we'd been to 3 stores already and we weren't super happy with the price and felt somewhat uncomfortable with the sales people. We walked into the store and we were acknowledged and left alone to browse without any pressure. It was a very nice experience. I didn't get the name of the guy who helped us but he was super nice AND gave us a great vibe and felt pretty honest (based on our previous experiences and research). So we're going back to wet test next week and will likely purchase a tub. Hopefully their service is as great as their sales and even more hopefully I won't need it. Update 8/2020 we love our spa so much!!!!!

Dublin Spa Center is who you need to visit if you are even thinking of getting a hot tub. I was sure I knew what I wanted until I went in and saw the amazing variations and options at Dublin Spa Center. Nate was patient, informative, and helpful in making my decision. Both he and David quickly responded to questions in the weeks between ordering and delivery. And when the tub was delivered and installed, there was a lovely gift bag with items to enhance our enjoyment. A delightful, unexpected, and classy gesture. Check them out!

12 weeks and still waiting on our spa...twice we have called and been told it's a truck delivery issue...i called B.S. in the store. Only good to come out of it is we did get our deposit back... horrid customer service...buyer beware!

These guys are incredible, I have only my hot tub for three years and they are still helping me with any questions I have or any issues with the hot tub. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and the service is beyond what you might ever expect.
