Employees attitudes are disgusting! I called multiple times just to be hung up on before someone answered. When someone finally picked up, they stayed silent. I said “hello is this the salon” and an attitude stained voice said “hurry up, im waiting on you to talk!” I definitely would not like anyone with that energy to do my HAIR.

Personally if I could provide zero stars I would. I don’t recommend going here. The salon owner is nice and I appreciate her allowing me to come in last minute but I still had to go back and have a friend wash and do my hair. The stylist was out of practice but stated she had been doing hair for 25yrs. But I had to explain to her I had thick hair and needed to be dried in sections. In addition I told her for my blow out or silk press DO NOT put oil on my hair. She insisted and still put oil on my hair which weighed me hair down. My hair wasn’t fully flat ironed in some spots. Then I was charged $74 for a hairstyle I did not like and had to rewash my hair a hour have a friend flat iron my hair which I could have done to start. The owner asked if I was ok while I was paying but at that point I was tooo angry to even provide actual feedback. Also I didn’t want anyone else touching my hair. I don’t plan on returning ever. That was my first and last time.

I am not going back here! The manager must think I was stupid, but no ma’m never again! My stylist left relaxer in my hair, then went to wash someone else out! The manager slapped the rest of it on herself, then I heard her say to the stylist I must have put in a box perm before…. Ummm no I was there 8 weeks earlier at Dudley and had a relaxer in! I haven’t used boxed perms in years! She charged me a few dollars extra and I laughed it off and didn’t say anything. I’m never in my life going back there! And the stylist did not clip my ends right. I went to another stylist just yesterday for a protein treatment she said “ what the h did they do to your hair honey?” And shook her head. Never again. It’s cheap, but service is just what it is. Cheap.

They did a great job on my daughter's hair. She has very dry scalp and they worked miracles and made her hair look brand new!! First time coming here. Will come back for sure

Will never be back again. Unprofessional at its finest. The stylist half did my hair because she was busy and overbooked herself. Then she asked me at the end was I going to tip her. You don’t ask your customers that. I was already offended by her and another customer bashing me for my own personal decisions and questioning me of why I want my hair style a certain way.

I haven't used them, but I know that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My first impression of the Salon was a simple phone call. my daughter left the salon and stated that the entire time she was in there the only conversation she could hear was what was going on in the life of one of the Hairstylist. Whatever happen to giving the clients an experience that they could enjoy and bring you other clients. It's so sad to know that this empire (Dudley's) that was built by hard work and dedication has resulted to this type of service. It's horrible service.

I've gone to this hair salon, and the stylists are undertrained, and it seems as though they don't know how to do natural hair. I've seen where the owner had to show the stylist how to do the styles on the clients. Is this a salon or a beauty college? It seems that they just hire anyone with a cosmology license; They never provide what service you paid for on the receipt. DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIR SALON!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WILL DESTROY YOUR HAIR!!

I appreciate the staff's patience with my family member who suffers from dementia. Very friendly when walking in the door and took our temperature. Unfortunately the visit goes down hill from there...the appointments for all three of us took over 3 hours and for me I expected that but for my other two family members who were getting haircuts on short natural hair and washes seems excessive. Really disappointed that the "home of the roller set" had no clue on how to curl my hair. After sitting under the dryer for 2 hours and paying over $70 for a simple style, my hair has a film of stickiness and white flaky product and no curl definition at all. Total waste of time and money.

My service was great, stylist made me feel at home (laughter), and service was on a discounted day. The stylist did such a awesome job of "finding" my problem, that I gave the difference of the price as a tip to her. I was very pleased and will return again. I was glad she found them!😁
