My first massage with DUMBO Wellness and I’m very impressed. Casandra is very sweet and was able to focus in on my trouble areas so well. I appreciate the type of massage where portions of the focus were on pressure points and alignment. The atmosphere was calming and I felt very comfortable throughout. My neck, shoulders, back, and feet are feeling incredible and I’m looking forward to another session in the near future :) The only con (and really it wasn’t even a true con) I would note is phone communication with the office. I wanted to be able to call and speak with the office via phone regarding little things such as how to use giftcards or letting the team know my ETA, but honestly they are quick to return calls or respond to texts so it really didn’t bother me much. Just something to note.

100% recommend going to Dumbo Wellness for your massage! My husband and I both booked massages, and Dumbo Wellness was very easy to work with and within a days notice were able to accommodate both of us coming in at the same time. Ruby and Siobham were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and amazing at their job. We both left feeling completely relaxed and stress free! The facility is also easy to locate, clean, and comfortable!

Lovely practice! The space is calming & quiet…very private. Great massages and great energy! Siobhan is the best. Most recently, I have been going for prenatal massage. I always leave feeling a release of tension and aches, and overall feeling great!

Siobhan is truly the best masseuse. It’s more than that she gives excellent massages but she has a way of putting you at ease and really listening to what’s ailing you and providing total calmness. The space is beautiful too!!

I absolutely love Dumbo Wellness and have been coming here for years. All of their massage therapists are excellent but I’ve seen Siobhan the most frequently. She’s attentive, listens to your needs, and goes deep on the areas she finds are holding tension. She also talks to you about suggestions like posture, therapy ball exercises, self massage, acupuncture referrals, etc. to correct long term pain. She’s also done cupping for me and prenatal massages!

Siobhan is wonderful at what she does! We went through in detail before she began the massage any issues I may be having and what I wanted to focus on. She checked in with me on pressure etc. while she was working on me and had some great advice at the end. Starting with a plan we had talked through ended with a great massage. I left feeling so much better and even better the next day. The facilities are clean and modern and calming.

The healing starts at Dumbo Wellness as soon as you walk in the door. The energy in this place is calming and centered. From the amazing wood-worked front room to the massage suites, serenity is everywhere. It’s easy to relax and really let go and enjoy a massage. The therapists are excellent! My favorite place in New York to get a massage.

Access to the studio is slightly confusing on weekends, but overall I was impressed with the thought they put into making clients feel safe and comfortable. Casandra asked thoughtful questions and customized the experience to my injury history and health needs, and she was thorough and professional. I fully intend to return.
