Have had the best experience with Shannon. From hair color to cut to making my hair shine again like I never knew I had. I had been coloring my own hair for years. Was getting my product from Sally's Hair supplies. Never understood the damage I was doing to my hair. Shannon explained to me why my hair was not combing thru and explained why I was having much other issues besides this. She did amazing color and cut on my hair then had me return to do a clarifying process to remove my old color. My hair feels brand new and shiny and the best I have ever had it. She communicates very well and explains everything so well. I highly recommend her. I would give her 10 stars if I could! Please go see her you will not be disappointed.

My stylist Ryan was awesome! She was able to get me in early, during the appointment she was super friendly and attentive and my haircut turned out great! I had a great experience and I would highly recommend her!

I had the best salon experience with Ryan. She talked me through the coloring process and haircut and did an awesome job of explaining what she was doing, offering really helpful styling and haircare tips along the way. I felt like a new person when I left. Highly recommend!

Ryan is a fabulous stylist. She not only fixed a terrible haircut I'd had from someone in a different salon, but she gave me a great new look! She is the first stylist that has understood my hair and knew how to work with it instead of trying to make it do things it doesn't want to do. I have a new style that I am thrilled with. She listens really well and also taught me about my hair. And what a nice person as well. I highly recommend Ryan Douglas!!

I'm a guy who had a hair problem for years. I have several cowlicks that make getting a haircut that keeps looking good after a few days very hard. I started going to Dunn Up and Kim sorted out my problem in a couple cuts. Longtime friends and random folks on the street now complement me on my hair. That never happened before. I am a delighted and devoted customer.

RYAN cut my hair this morning!! She worked me in the same day, which was very convenient. RYAN did such a great job! My wife said this was my best cut in 40 years!! I have found my forever hair dresser! THANK YOU RYAN!!

I had my hair done by the fabulous Martell at Dunn up in sunriver. She made my hair a lovely gorgeous green color, styled it to look super stylish with the color job and it all flowed together wonderfully. Her services were impeccable, super friendly, warm and welcoming. If you ever need an amazing hair color job, cool hairstyles that's super trendy and in, go see Martell at Dunn up!! No regrets. We unfortunately won’t ever be back, my daughter had never been to a hair stylist before and was nervous and scared about getting her hair cut. While none of this was the stylist’s fault, the way she handled the situation it was clear she does not normally deal with cutting children’s hair and I’m not sure why she is offering this service at all. I still paid her for her time even though my daughter didn’t get her hair cut and we all pretty much left in tears. I won’t be back myself for any services because of the situation and how it was handled.

The first time in a long time that I was able to get a truly professional haircut!! It started with Kim's ability to listen to what I said and understand how to style my hair to achieve the look I wanted. And the shampoo, or should I say scalp massage, was amazing!! I highly recommend anyone who needs a pro to make an appointment at Dunn Up!!

Carly did such an awesome job on my Christmas nails yesterday, I can’t get over them!! Not only are the nails the perfect length and shape but the nail art she did is SO cute and she was more than happy to spend the time it took to do more intricate designs. Super personable ang friendly, great customer service! I’ll definitely be back!

Awful pedicure! We scheduled pedis for two, but there was only one person to do them. The salon only had one pedi chair, so I had to sit in a dining room style chair. We made two Spa Pedicure appointments, which were supposed to be for 1.5 hours, yet the lady did both of our pedicures in less than an hour total (switching between the two of us), but still charged us for two Spa Pedicures. It was the worst pedicure experience I have ever had!

Went in today Seana was amazing. Suggested a better cut that worked with both my facial structure and lack of will to actually do my hair! This place is awesome I wish we lived closer. Will definitely be back.
