The best massage I had in a very long time. I had the 90minute full body massage. My masseuse, Jack did an amazing job and paid attention to my indications and to what I wanted. I’ll definitely recommend him to everyone I know. This place is the cleanest and relaxing place I’ve ever been to. I will definitely return! Thank you, Jack!

I had a great massage with Sharon, my only recommendation would be to ask the client before the massage about any pain or injuries or preferences. I felt like she deserved a good tip so that wasn’t a concern of mine.

Incredible. First, I wanna say that my partner and I had to push our appt last minute and they were so so nice about this and still took us. The masseuses were just incredible, they really took their time and got every pain I didn’t even know I had. I had a male masseuse and he was so respectful. The only thing is that they did request a minimum $15 tip in the end (not the masseuse, the front desk woman). We were more than happy to give as they did such a wonderful job however I did see a previous review say this to which the owner responded that they do not. So I guess my review is they do ask for a 20% tip but in my opinion, absolutely worth it. We will be going back.

I’ve lived in Vegas for 6 years, Durango Massage is the only massage place I ever go to. Clean, quiet, professional. My last visit for a 90 min massage Jack was my masseur. He had the perfect amount of pressure; I never had to tell him to change up anything. Highly recommend!

5 Star massage! I visited this massage place based on an ad I saw while driving past. Luckily I didn’t check the reviews because I had a great experience for a great price! My masseuse did a great job with the perfect amount of pressure and time. I literally wanted to go back the next day! I was surprised to see all the bad reviews on here. Going back tomorrow hopefully I have the same masseuse and quality care 🙌🏾 Update: I lowered it from 5 stars to 3 stars! I decided to treat my mom to a massage here. I wanted the same masseuse but he was busy so I tried someone new. She did a wonderful job. They both did really. Unfortunately I did have to remove a star because as everyone else mentioned they are very tacky when it comes to tipping. Upon exiting the massage we were greeted with bottles of water. The woman at the counter says “should I put the tip on your card?” I said that’s fine. She asked how much.. I said 10 each, so $20. She responds, “it was a 90 min massage” I responded yes i’m aware. She responds, “didn’t it feel good?” I responded yes it was great however that’s all I have. She said something to the two masseuse in another language and they rolled their eyes and walked off. Keep in mind this is my second visit and due to chronic pain I was cconsiderin making this my weekly spot. Now i’ll have to reconsider because that pressure makes me very uncomfortable. I wanted to take the whole tip back.. 🤦🏾‍♀️ smh

Had a great massage from Sharon. Got the 90-minute foot and body massage for $65, and the first half was a relaxing massage from head to feet with a focus on the feet, and the second half of massage was a vigorous, back-fixing massage. Overall, great massage!

I am upset because I was harassed about tips. Never in my life living in the USA that I have heard staff harassing or confronting customers about tips. Usually, it is behind the scenes among the staff themselves. These Chinese people do not seem to understand it is a luxury and not a right. Also, only the Chinese people have been confrontational about tips. I paid for my services and I tipped the best I could when I can. The front desk dared to say to me, "You said that last time." I did not go into the facility take advantage and benefit myself. In China, there are no tips. The ones who felt and act as is a right are just exploiting the tips custom in the US.

I definitely go there with my boyfriend once a week. Sheeran also greets me in Korean and always greets me brightly. Most importantly, I like the massage more in uncomfortable places, and the pressure is really cool and accurate, so I don't always waste a lot of tips!!

Stop coming here because my previous massage girl had left. After trying other places I started feeling like my time was being taken advantage of. Finally decided to come back and try them again and I'm so glad I did. My therapist Sonny was the absolute best! She paid attention to my instructions and did above the expected. It's hard to get good service here in Vegas but I finally got what I paid for... Thanks for actually listening and doing a great job. Highly recommend!

my master did not ask me a single question before the massage, maybe I have a pain somewhere or a pull in my muscles, in order to devote more time to sore spots. Girls may like this, but obviously not men. Out of 90 minutes, they stroked me for 20 minutes, then she massaged my heels for 40 minutes, why take so long? And they did back massage for 15 minutes. No one even touched my hips, that is, most of the muscles didn't really do massage. I'm not coming here anymore!!! Although I didn't really like the massage, I left a tip of $ 5, but the administrator started telling me that it was not enough and they recommend leaving a minimum of $ 15 tip. It was unacceptable, it looked like begging. And the master yawned every 5 minutes, go get some sleep and then work.

Decided to come for Mother’s Day - party of 3. They were able to get us in instantly upon walk-in! Very very friendly service and AMAZING massages. Highly recommend and definitely coming back - my therapist was Iwa (please forgive me if I misspelled) she was phenomenal!

First and last time getting a massage here! First of all I didn't get my full 60 mins, the lady massaged my feet for like 2 minutes literally, and I felt worse when I got up then I did when I laid down. She was massaging my back so hard I was so uncomfortable! My body is in so much more pain and on top of that as I was leaving the lady in the front was pressuring me to leave a tip even tho I was very unsatisfied with the service. Worst experience! Would not recommend!

RUDE and INSENSITIVE! After receiving our massage, staff stops you at the door demanding a tip. After giving the tip staff laughed like it was mandatory! Will definitely be finding another venue!

First time here with my Sis. We were greeted with a smile. The guys that massaged us were awesome. Reed was the guy that massaged me, and he was wonderful. 90 mins for $65 & it was not that far from us. Great and clean place. We will be back. Thank you!

Update: The new management has things corrected now! I had Sharon and she was amazing and the massage was excellent! I now recommend this place it's definitely worth it. Went to this place for the massage for $69 dollars for 90 min and at first I had one lady start on me and within 10 minutes she left the room and then another lady came in and finished the massage very strange they just rub you don't massage you they need better training. This is the worst part for 90min I got a below average massage yet I tipped $25 dollars and she rolled her eyes like that's not good enough are you serious?!! A $15 dollar tip is what I should have given because of the below average massage! I think it's ridiculous she would expect more than a $25 dollar tip at the real massage places like massage envy and elements that's where you tip like this I was very generous for the type of massage I received. Tell your employees to be grateful for any tips they get especially when the tip is excellent. I would not recommend this place don't be fooled by the low price like I did.
