Dwell is a first class salon. I have been seeing Haley for years and she always does an A++ job. The new salon space is clean, all of the stylists are friendly, and the drinks are great too.

I got a haircut with Katherine, and she was amazing! I wanted a stylist who wouldn’t hesitate to make suggestions since I tend to play it safe and then get bored with my hair. She gave great input, and I absolutely loved the results. After washing my hair, she did a scalp massage that was so relaxing—honestly, if that were a standalone service, I’d book it all the time! She was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, and the pricing was very affordable. I’ll definitely be scheduling with her for other services, and I can’t wait!

Dwell has a fantastic team. I have been seeing Jenna for about 5 years now and I have seen Haley now a few times over the last year. I have never been disappointed. Jenna's cut and colors are gorgeous. Her balance of tones and depth in colors are chefs kiss. Haley has given me several beautiful haircuts and her shampoo and scalp massages are amazing.

I have been going to Jen for about 4 years now. She does a great job and I love the mood of the salon and how nice everyone is. She stays up to date on the latest styles, and is so personable. A Diet Coke for me while I am processing is something she always remembers.

Kinley is wonderful she listens to what I am wanting and will tell me if it is doable or not. I have dry, course thick natural frizzy/curly hair that i like to wear straight she covers my grays every 4 weeks my favorite time of the month is buy buy grays day and she styles it out perfectly my hair is in such better shape and healthier since I started going to her a few months ago. If you are looking for a great salon with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly people give Kinley a call!

I've been going to Jenn and Haley for 4 years now. I've gotten everything from a simple cut to keep ends healthy to balayage and my most recent appt was getting the scalp facial by Haley. It was the most relaxing amazing thing I've ever experienced! The service and their attention to detail is world class. They're professionals all the way and usually, a few days after my last appointment, I'm dreaming/planning/budgeting for my next visit. 100/10 recommend!

Just finished my ~3 hour appointment with Haley and I loved the experience! I loved my appointment was customized to what my concern was to address multiple issues - blotchy/uneven/brassy highlights with gray roots. The glass of wine, snacks, and super relaxing scalp massage was a nice touch. Overall very happy with my experience and look forward to seeing Haley again in future for my touch ups.

I had to cancel an appointment due to an unforeseen medical appointment and missed their cancellation cutoff by literally 4 minutes. Yet, they still charged me 50% of the hair service I didn’t even receive. And just for understanding, my son was injured over the weekend and we were waiting on a call to schedule our referral appointment. I could not predict my son was going to get injured or when the orthopedic doctor would have availability. We found out his appointment time this morning (11/5) at 9am and I texted at 9:04 to cancel my hair appointment scheduled for 11/7 at 9am. I missed their 48 hour cutoff by 4 minutes. I get it, policies are in place for a reason, but four minutes? That’s hardly a reasonable basis for charging someone half the cost. A business that prioritizes rigid rules over understanding its customers isn’t one I can recommend.

I love DWELL and their hairstylists!! I have been going to get my hair done with Jenna for a little over 2 years now and she and her team never disappoint! First of all you feel so safe and loved in that chair, you will have the absolute best time, with a yummy coffee in your hand, a good chat and few more laugh lines along the way and her work is just phenomenal 😍 she loves hair and getting her education in and you can tell! I also had to reschedule one time due to a family emergency out of country and she was so accommodating and tried her best to fit me back in as soon as it was possible for her. Very demure, very mindful ✨ Love this place and the people ❤️❤️

Jenna provides the ULTIMATE luxury experience. If you want a pampering experience that is personalized to you, while walking out feeling like a million bucks, this is your place. I cannot rave enough over each experience and have referred family and friends her way. Not to mention the signature head massage and incredible assistants and other stylists. This salon is a MUST.

Moving from ATL to Greenville I searched high and low to for someone to fill the place of my beloved Atlanta stylist and Jen (and her fabulous salon experience) beyond check the box- her balayage skills are unmatched. I always look forward to salon visits- it’s a mini vacation!

I have been seeing Jenn for 5 years and cannot tell you how amazing this girl is at what she does! She has me looking like a natural blonde with such a subtle grow out keeping it low maintenance. My hair still looks great even when I am going in after 3 months. Jenna is one of the most admirable, savvy and driven business owners I have ever met and worked with. She is a go-getter, a learner, a teacher and won’t stop growing because of her love for her clients and beauty! And now the hair wizard is doing extensions! I couldn’t be happier! Her team is also quite amazing- excellent client services, great atmosphere and yummy drinks. And you’ll always walk out HAPPY!

I went to Katherine yesterday for a good chop. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted but she talked me through it and I left with the cutest cut I’ve ever had! I had never met her before this, but she was so sweet and easy to talk to. The scalp massage was top tier as well. I’ll definitely be going back to her & would recommend her to anyone!

LOVE my haircut! I gave Haley a few ideas of what I was envisioning and she worked up the perfect cut that is versatile for my mom life style. She really did hit the nail on the head with a relaxing experience (complimentary drink & head massage) and I felt so refreshed today. I will not be waiting 8 months for my next hair cut. 🫶🏼

The atmosphere here is always so welcoming and friendly. Jenna and Haley are both excellent stylists; they care about each client and their needs. They provide drinks and snacks for clients’ enjoyment. I love their personalities and their work. I’ve never gotten my hair colored; I always just get it cut, washed, and styled. Both stylists do an excellent job. I highly recommend. If anyone asks about a salon/stylist recommendation, I always recommend them.
