I can’t say enough good things about Juliana! She’s so friendly, fun to talk to, and does a perfect job with my nails. She takes her time to make sure they’re prepped for no chip correctly and doesn’t rush through the manicure or pedicure. I appreciate her attention to detail and overall professionalism. Definitely a customer for life!

I love manicures and pedicures with Juliana. She's the only nail tech I've experienced here, so I can't vouch for any others, but it's hands down the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had. Aside from looking great, my feet feel soft and hydrated for at least a week after, whereas mine normally are dry and callused (TMI?) If yours are like mine, I highly recommend adding the callus treatment. Bonus: On Tuesdays & Wednesdays it's only $50 for a mani and pedi.

Melissa is very sweet but I asked her to “clean” up previously cut bangs and specified I wanted them longer and wispy. I got very boxy and straight cut bangs instead. I’m very upset and disappointed. I’m embarrassed by how poorly cut these bangs are. Wish I would’ve just fixed them myself or not asked to have her trim them. First picture is before she trimmed them and second is after. I mentioned I had curly hair and would want the bangs to stay longer so when I wore my hair curly they still looked good. She cut them straight across (super short) then tried making them “wispy” which led to super in even choppiness. I’d also like to add that my birthday is next week and because I’m so uncomfortable with my hair (bangs) I will be “rescheduling” all celebrations until this is fixed and I feel confident with my hair. Super disappointing

Cozy, relaxing space with an excellent selection of nail colors. Jessica and Julianna are both precise nail techs. I really enjoy going here and they are always accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Got a haircut here in December. Service is very overpriced. They wanted to charge $70.00 for my haircut even they only dried my hair at the end. Then, they offered a "seasonal discount". Despite price, I was expecting some decent haircut but they left my hair uneven (right side was longer than left side) and my bangs came way too short and uneven as well. I had to go back to my original hair salon which is really far from home now and ask my hairstylist to fix that mess. He did a wonderful job but my bangs still need to grow. I will never return to Dynamic Salon Spa again. Some people have talent and passion for their job and others just mess up with your hair and earn money for free.

I absolutely loved my experience with Ana today. She styled my hair for a wedding tonight with beach waves and nailed it. My hair is so fine, it’s tough to get volume out of it, but she was successful! If you are needing a professional blowout, Ana is your girl! You won’t be disappointed.

I never write reviews, but I had to on this one. It was the worst nail appointment I have ever been to! First I didn’t receive a hand massage or even lotion after she finished my nails. Then my pedicure chair had no armrest on either side of the chair and the massage chair had very jerky movements. When I told the tech who was doing my pedicure what the chair was doing, she said “sorry I don’t know how to work the chair.” I would Not recommend anyone to go here. Maybe they do hair better.

tried to call several times to make an appointment, no one ever answers. Finally get a hold of someone, was running 10 minutes late and she calls to cancel, granted it's Friday rush hour & I told her when accepting this last minute appointment I'll get there as quickly as I can. I offered to paid for the following appointments services if they wouldn't mind waiting 10 extra minutes since that was my delay, I got hung up on! Absolutely appalled by their customer service.
