Will continue to visit this shop. I love how fast, neat, and cheap she is! She does alot of great hair styles, and they are reasonably priced since this post, thier prices keep going up, so I stopped going.

Dynaproduction Hair Braiding is the best in Town. The place is clean, professional, organized and comfortable. The People are nice, talented, fast and friendly...Place is a Vibe!!! Definitely see myself going back!!! Update: My second time at this salon and it was almost a shock at how much of a 180 this place has done. I got the same style just a different color and the same braider(the owner I believe). She was deliberately ripping my hair out of my head at the root and braided it so tight that it caused headaches. This was not the case at all the first time(no rough combing and no tightness). Also my head was being bobbed all over the place(also not the case, the first time). I got my hair done on 08/02/24 and took it down on 08/08/24. I believe she took a bribe to ruin my hair on purpose and you also have to watch out who you get to do your hair; voodoo is a real thing!!! It is 08/09/24 and I am preparing to shave my Bra Stap length hair and start over!!! Also no grease as they mention, just tons of Gel!!!

Customer Service is EXTREMELY rude. I called to reschedule an appointment and she was yelling and screaming at me. She asked me why do I keep doing this when I’ve never been to the shop before, so maybe she was confused thinking I was a different person. This is the MOST unprofessional place I have every called. Needless to say I was unable to reschedule or get a refund.

Attached pics of what I asked for vs what I got. The blue&pink pics are examples what I requested. The white is what I got. (I wanted thick feed in Dutch braids that went straight back on head and I got braids that went around the outside of my head that were not as thick as the pictures I had shown) Look how uneven they were!!! When I got there, no one communicated with me. I wasn’t asked how long I wanted my braids or how thick I wanted it. I showed them multiple pics before booking then more pics when I got there. I was facing a wall so I couldn’t see what was happening or I would’ve stopped her. I did not feel very welcomed. No one said hello or how are you. I had to go to another braider immediately after to have the braids corrected to what I wanted. I went to legacy braiding and she was VERY communicative and was sure to give me exactly what I want. I wish I could recommend this place but I can’t. Sadly, It wasn’t a good experience. ALSO- they did have me look in the mirror before I left but what am I supposed to do? Say “actually no I hate it . Redo the entire thing”??? They should let you watch what’s happening so you know if it’s going wrong and can correct them immediately. I paid for a 30 min slot and did not feel comfortable having them spend an extra 30 mins redoing what they did wrong when I was very clear from the beginning.

Did not get the length that I booked! I was offered to pay the regular price without the “waist length” addition that I asked for. I was told at the end of the service that the wrong length was done. Braids are thin as hell. Service should have been free. Very disappointed to pay good money and leave with something I did not ask for. Done going here!

I am Highly disappointed in the service I received and no one has reached out to me this place came highly recommended but I guess when you are new they don't care to provide good service I did not get the style that I booked there was some confusion in the beginning but I 100 percent clarified that I wanted the EXACT style that I booked and did not receive that! And yes they made me pay before looking in the mirror as well The bad part is I really wanted to book my daughter's as well and now I have to find someone else to provide the service! I've had my braids done twice at this salon. The first time I received Bohemian goddess braids that lasted only two months due to the hair tangling. Recently, I had small box braids done. NOT small at all. I paid $410 to have them done and after only a month, there is new growth showing, and it is time to get them done again. I would recommend not getting "expensive" hair styles done here. They are professional and fast in terms of their services, however the quality is NOT worth the prices that they charge. ****This is in response to the owner; I paid a $76 dollar deposit in addition to $310 after the service was done. TOTALING $410. It seems that because I was 30 minutes late, you decided to give me MEDIUM sized braids instead of the small sized that I paid for. The service was done on July 15th, new growth doesn't grow that fast. There was and is a significant gap between the braids and my hair. That shouldn't be there. As I stated before, the scheduling is convenient, and their service is fast, HOWEVER the quality is Mediocre at best.

I’ve been getting my hair done with them for a few years now. They are fast, nice, also good about working you into their schedules. They have went up in price which is understandable. Ive always gotten medium size box braids (which are the perfect size)for 180 I recently went on 1/5 & paid 200 for medium box braids which are a lot bigger than before, they did not tie the ends so my braids are unraveling, they are different sizes & my braids are very stiff(although she did dip them) I am very dissatisfied with the service I received & will not be returning ever again!! Because how you go up in price & services are worse! I do not recommend! For my 200 I do not expect to receive a rush job

Very rough with my daughter hair. Very rude and hair didn't come out anything like the picture. I think it wasn't her work on pictures but I she never said she couldn't do it. Would not recommend.

Excellent experience I got blonde knotless small waistlength braids. Total time 2.5 hours max! I will definitely refer and return.
