This hair salon completely ruined my moms hair she was already blonde, they bleached her entire head and than the roots turned out orange even after the toner, the hair is very damage and now starting to fall. Will not go here ever again. Be careful with coloring a lot of people say they know but in real life the font

Whoever answers the phone is bad service doesn’t know how to talk can’t even book over the phone cause she just keeps saying hello and if she hears u don’t speak Spanish she keeps saying hello like she can’t hear until she hangs up

The lady that did my hair absolutely DAMAGED my hair. She did not put any heat-protectant spray. Even when she was flat-ironing my hair I could smell it. So now I have been struggling with the loss of my curls and almost three months later strands of my hair is STILL coming out. Now I have to get all the heat damaged hair cut off.

Been wanting to try this salon for quite some time. Today was a first and did not disappoint. I get my hair blown out 1-3x a year (natural curly) and I went in because it was open on a Monday. Ingrid deep conditioned, blow dried and flat ironed. I walked feeling 100% new. Will definitely return and on a Monday, was in and out in 1.5hrs. 🇩🇴 🇩🇴 🇩🇴💙

I was in and out. Got my ends trimmed, deep conditioning, wash and of course a blow out. I only gave a 4 because of the roughness and excess heat but it is part of the process though soooooo……..

They ask you to comb your own hair. They are not gentle with Afro texture hair. I had to sit up in the chair to have my hair rinsed. There was no hair treatment and they seemed unhappy to do my hair. I asked her to curl my hair before wrapping it,she never did. My hair was fried and smelt that way even after getting it wet at the beach. I was so disappointed with the experience and outcome. My hair didn't look silky at all. They charged $120 for the service, which apparently is based on the length of your hair. I hadn't done this since 2012 and was excited because this was for a wedding. It's the first and last time I will get my hair done here.

the worst place EVER. My first time here and I wanted to get my hair blowed out never would i know that they put RELAXER in their products as soon as i washed it (expecting my hair to go back curly ) my ends were DEAD had to cut almost all of my hair. If I had to rate it a zero I will NEVER GO TO THIS BUT PLACE IF UR HAIR IS 4c/4b etc this place is not for black people at all please never come back here.

I would like to thank Mrs. Florangel for a job well done. I came in to do a Keratin treatment, but decided to get a wash/blow dry instead. I walked in upset and hair soaked from a terrible service at another salon. By the time I walked out of E & J Dominican Hair Salon, it was as if I had a keratin treatment. I loved the finished result! Thank you for saving the day! I would come back next time I am in the Brandon area. I would recommend this salon!

This Place Is Horrible I have 4b hair and Dominicans normally know how to do my hair with ROLLERSET the hair stylist was combing through my hair with a fine tooth comb . I had to tell her to use a bigger comb then she did not roller set me hair right at all . Then I get home and realize there’s a huge chunk of my hair missing from my nape which I’m pretty sure it’s because she was tugging on my hair with the fine tooth comb . I’m so mad because I have really long hair and the left side of my hair is now about 1 inch long ! Don’t go here they’re terrible !

Today was my first time at this salon and I'm more than pleased with my hair. The service was great. My wait wasn't too bad either... I arrived by 10:20ish got my hair washed at 10:50a.m.btw the hair massage was the bomb!!! Experienced the normal start and stop between clients but I was out by 12:30p.m. The trim and deep conditioner I could've done myself but paid for it today... Good experience overall...
