My husband and I had a very decent massage only downfall I would have to report is after service when it was time to pay. This reason I am about to explain has resulted in me giving this massage spa a 2 star. I informed the lady ahead of time I paid through groupon and showed them the bar code, the lady who gave my husband a massage asked for a tip. I then told her I would give the man who performed services for me would receive $20 tip and I would give her 10$. She then said,” I didn’t do a get job ?” I said you did but this is how much I’m tipping 30$ total. As she put it in the system she said she wanted 20$ I told her no!!!! I’m only tipping a total of 30 not 40. Once she printed out my receipt she tried to cover up the amount she charged my card with her finger, I grabbed the receipt from my her and seen she charged me 42$. I was so upset and asked her why would she do that when I’ve already said no. She pretended to not understand English anymore. My husband told me not to worry about it but I couldn’t because that’s so wrong. It’s actually stealing. I refuse to return no matter how wonderful my massage was.

The massage was horrible because they never asked me what my target areas were, the person was sloppy, felt like didn’t know what they were doing. They were never on both sides and the pressure was high even after I asked them to give me a low pressure massage. They were rough, not gentle and not skilled. Do not recommend at all as it’s a waste of your time and money. I left with a back ache

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! We went for a couples massage and left beyond satisfy. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and service are all top tier. The massage therapists are real professionals. Our bodies left feeling like jello and our minds completely relaxed. You get more than you pay for. You also get the full amount of time you pay for. We will definitely return!

We did a couple massage and we are so happy with the service that we received. My back has been aching and he targeted those stiff muscles and they are really knowledgeable and have the skills. We highly recommend them and definitely we will come back.

The message was good but she kept leaving out to greet other customers she left out 3 times so I technically didn’t get the full hour experience once the message was done we was damn near forced to TIP she asked so many times it felt obligated I didn’t like that especially when she kept leaving out during my massage

The massage itself was (mostly) good. I appreciated the deep pressure and focus on areas of need. I did not appreciate the repeated "grazing" of sensitive areas/parts of my body. It was too frequent to be accidental. I came in for a therapeutic massage--not a different type. I had initially left my underwear on but was told it was required that I remove them. One of the several times she left the room (often with the door half open) I realized the sheet wasn't appropriately covering me and I was exposed to whoever might walk by. Afterwards, feeling violated, I was informed that she expected a minimum 25% tip. The first half of the massage was GREAT. Had that been what continued, I would definitely return (even after being strong-armed to pay a bigger tip). But I would feel uncomfortable ever seeing foot in there again.

I had a Groupon for a 60 min couples massage and to say the least it was the best massage I’ve ever had i will most definitely be coming back i loved the ambience and they were all very nice and did a good job at having us feel welcomed they were very attentive with our schedule and made sure we got the time that we paid for

Omg 🙏 !! Just had a 40 min massage for $40 by Lisa and I think I went to HEAVEN !!!!! Got and upper massage & Feet she got every part of my body that needed help !!! Thank you will start coming here ones a month we DESERVE to be pampered !!!!

The storefront may be small, but this is a hidden gem for a hood massage! I did a couple massage with my partner and it was bliss. The staff are respectful and professional and good at their job. The hot rocks and massage oil were lovely, and we both felt very good afterwards. I'll be recommending this place!

I found this gem on Groupon trying to find a good deal & I got that plus more. It was clean inside, sheets were also clean. SAM was awesome! I didn’t even have to tell him where I was most tense he just went straight to it. I like the pressure so I don’t mind that but If you don’t like deep massages this might not be for you. My husband & I just got back from Jamaica for our wedding anniversary & we both work at a desk so we definitely needed this! Thank you.m for your service. We will be back :)

Absolute loved this place. Went for a couples massage and left feeling great . Very clean , very relaxing and very good customer service. Of course I tipped but they did not pressure you for a tip. I definitely will be going back .

Amazing!! Not only are they excellent in massage therapies but they listen and go above and beyond!! I had an injury on my wrist and went in for a massage after a long week… the lady working in me offered to help my injury and I said ok… the way she worked on my wrist not only healed it SO fast but when it should’ve turned black and blue it BARELY bruised a little yellow and my wrist mobility is back fully! I went in to have session with the gentleman there for my headaches (his scalp & neck massages are AMAZING and so healing!) I got to thank and hug her for healing my wrist, too! 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!! Hidden gem of White Rock/East Dallas!!!
