This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. And I’ve given them a couple chances. I hate to do this, but I don’t think that anyone should go through what I went through. I came here for my birthday, and I wish I never came. I got a manicure, with a full set. And a pedicure. All I wanted was to have a relaxing day on my birthday. They literally did the BARE minimum, if that. I could go on about the whole experience being crappy, and witnessing other customers being treated poorly as well, but the main thing I do want to point out is the fact that my toe got really infected. The lady was really rough with me when she was scraping the edges of my big toe, and cut me a couple times. Obviously, either the tools or the tub or both were not disinfected properly because I have never had this happen to me in my life. I don’t even know what to do. I tried to be Nice, and I didn’t even want my money back or anything, I just wanted some help in fixing the issues. They were really rude to me. This was the worst experience ever. And I love to support little businesses and these nail salons but this is the exact reason why I’m not going to be doing that anymore. I actually went to “Gelish” and they were amazing. I highly recommend going there. It is a bit pricey, but I would rather pay $15 extra to have wonderful service where I am treated like a person and the quality of service is just excellent. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, and I hope that they get it together over here so that this doesn’t ruin their business.

Definitely the fastest full set of acrylic nails that I've ever had done.. & not the worst. I like the acrylic thicker & he sure does have his own way of putting them on (not sure if thats good or bad) will update if anything happens 2 em.. but sure look pretty, so far..

Don’t come here, unless you want to get turned away. All I wanted was a pedi and she said “no pedis right now,come back at 5:30”mind you they were only helping two other people. Unprofessional.

This is the most unprofessional nail salon. I have ever been too I came in last Friday for pedi which costed me 55.00 plus 3.00 tip that lasted maybe 15 min plus callus remover the women never lined the foot tub with a liner but I said okay maybe she sanitized before I got there. Fast forward a week later I have noticed dark spots on my nails which were not there before I called the salon to talk about my issue the woman proceeded to tell me it is impossible to have nail fungus after a week I tried to discuss how to fix it instead of going straight to their reviews the lady hung up in my face very rude. DO not come here for your nail services. If you do it is at your own risk.

I came here to have my daughters nails painted and the owner or guy there totally declined service to us. He said I had to have an appt. When it clearly said on his door walk-ins available . I have gotten my done here before and have gone on a Saturday at the same time and was never told this. The only time I went and they did my nails they weren’t even that great . Horrible customer service . He didn’t even offer to set an appt for later time that day when they close until 5:00 pm I was there at 1:30 or even another day he just did not want to provide service. I would say to change his sign on the door if he only does by appt. Or simply don’t even work there if he can offer service to everybody who needs it .

I request full set and there was a young girl that only had one person she was attending She was very rude had horrible customer service for information I asked about nail set she did it fast and sloppy I told her the mistakes she had done need to be fixed she said that all she can do it was my first and last time I will never come back to this place this person was very unprofessional nail tech this place don't even deserve not even one star

Very friendly. Do amazing work. Was super happy with the service. I would recommend making an appt as sometimes they do get super busy and wait time is long but well worth it. Very nice staff and very clean! Highly recommend!

When I came to this nail place the lady was sitting watching tv and wasn't very friendly. i told her i wanted gel on my toes and she told me what i should get very annoying then the man who did my nails did it fast but very sloppy. he wasn't talkative and when he filed my nails he left the dust on my fingers and didnt bother to clean them off before applying the acrylic. and the lady told me the atm did not charge but when i looked at my bank statement i was charged $6. Overall i will never go back there!!

went there to have some ME time and it didn't happen. one employee and she was busy so l waited 30 minutes for her to finish the customer she was working on, right before she took me another customer walked in and the employee told her it was me then her and the new customer said ok (she will wait) so l was done in like 12 minutes since there was someone else waiting and a new customer walked in.. my ME time was rushed in and put on a station to dry my feet. wow a quick way to spend 50 dollars. Never coming back

I went in to get a fill,and they did s horrible job my fill was not done right on one nail and the gel polish was awful it chipped an hour after I left this is the second time I've tried this place and they do a horrible job I would strongly recommend not going here...

Ok, so it's not TOP quality place for most of you, but it works for me. Li is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with and always treats people with respect. I've gone in there for mani/pedi and am pleased with her work. She knows I don't like to get my finger nails drilled because of my sensitivity and she's always very careful when removing the gel. After COVID, they opened their shop and it's just her and her husband, so if you only see one person in there and they tell you they don't have time it may be because of appointments that will be showing up. I get there 5-15 minutes before my appointment and they're ready for me on time!
