Annie is the best. Consistently happy with my haircuts for the last 2 years. Affordable enough for me to get a trim every two weeks. Location is great too - good breakfast burritos right next door.

Annie jacked my hair up so bad. I ask for shoulder length hair and she cut it at jaw length also I specifically told her not to use a straightener on my hair because I have extremely curly hair and she did it anyway. Horrible service and communication, her sister is much better.

Before E Spa & Salon: I would get my hair cut at a couple of other places in the area. No matter who would cut my hair or how I try to explain how I want my hair cut, the result would be ‘just OK’ or ‘just good enough’. After E Spa & Salon: Then one day, several years ago, I was driving down Saratoga Avenue, saw E Spa & Salon, and remembered how I needed a haircut……so I decided to stop in, although I had never been there before or had never heard of E Spa. I told the stylist how I wanted my hair cut (nothing fancy) and I noticed that my haircut was a lot better than ‘just OK’ or ‘just good enough’. The stylist’s name was Annie, and so I’ve been going to E Spa & Salon (and nowhere else) ever since that time, I always ask for Annie, and my haircuts are consistently very, very good! Annie is meticulous, is a good listener, offers good suggestions, and knows what she is doing.

I have been going to e spa and salon for a hair cut and usually ask for Annie. I call ahead to see if she is available. The hair cut is quick but thorough and very accommodating for any touch up at the end. Always leaving with a nice fresh look. Thank you!!

I’ve been going to eSpa Salon for over ten years, and Annie who cuts my hair is awesome! She always gives me the best cut each and every time. I highly recommend Annie. She will listen to you, might give you a suggestion or two and her finished product is always perfect! I’ve leave that place feeling great. Super affordable for the amazing cuts she does. All the other girls at the salon are super nice and friendly as well.

Would give zero star if possible. I can’t describe how much I hate my hair right now. Had a hair cut yesterday, can’t get myself to look in the mirror till now. The lady that gave me my hair cut didn’t listen to what i said and cut my hair very short saying it was damaged. The minute I sat down at the chair I told her I don’t want my hair to be short. I didn’t care if my hair was damaged I just didn’t want it to be short. That’s what I said and she didn’t listen. She kept on denying saying it’s not short well it was short for me. Also she was pulling my hair so bad it hurt. Avoid at all cost!! Horrible place ☹️

Overall, this place is good for a quick cut. Small wait but not too long. Staff is friendly. Talkative while your getting a cut. They also accept venmo which can come in a clutch when you don't have cash or forget.

Be wary. This was my first time back since spring 2020. Prices have apparently jumped 30%. Worse is what she did to my hair. I have long, somewhat wavy curly hair; I asked for a trim. I was surprised she didn’t wet it to straighten it for cutting. Instead, at a certain point, I realized she was literally ironing my hair straight with a hand-held heater. I am afraid she has ruined the texture of my hair because its natural wave is not coming back, even after wetting. On the upside, no waiting.

I been here a few times & honestly hate their hair cuts every time. The women don't listen or try to do the best job they can. Only one woman is good. The others are horrible. I seriously wanted to have a good experience with them, but sadly every time I leave disappointed. Don't waste money here unless you get the most basic hair cut ever.

So you won't find a high class environment with soft music, champagne and high prices here.....what you will find is an amazing hair cut at a very fair price. Annie is my preferred, go-to stylist and does a very good job. Highly reccomend for reasonable, no appointment, walk in service.

Been coming here off and on for many years. Two or three of the women are good, which isn't difficult, because I get just a number 1 and number 2 with the electric sheers. Today though (01/07/20) there was a new woman, Tin, who's incredibly bad. All uneven, with very visible random spots that aren't smooth. Don't let Tin be the one to do your hair. Tomorrow I need to go back to have it fixed, hopefully.

Worst hair treatment experience. I usually go with Annie, who is great, but she was busy and I had to settle for someone else in the room. She had no idea how to use the flat iron or curling iron. I left the store looking like this and my husband had a big laugh as he took my photo from the back.

I sure will refer my family's and friends to this salon as they did a good job on cutting my son and my hairs. They did their job right as i sat there for about 10min, i saw everyone's walked out with a smiley on their face..Thank you ! Totally recommend it as a 5 stars salon but the main thing is their prices are just as 2 stars...Come and see it for yourself.
