I have gone here a few times and have given them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for a very basic manicure and it turned out horrible. Tommy’s sister asked if I could come in the next day for her to fix it. Why not just do it right the first time?

My nails were done in a rush. Uneven shape and file of my toenails and finger nails with a sloppy paint job. I asked for an almond shape nail with a white French tip design. Instead I got a pointy looking cat nail shape with 4/10 of my nails being crooked. The French tip design was so awful that I did not pay the extra design fee they tried giving me. When I showed an example of what I wanted she told me “not every hand is the same” ? which was the first red flag because what I asked for was simple. The person who did my finances pedicure was very sweet and so was most of the staff besides the woman who did my nails. With these nails being what I was suppose to take my engagement photos in, Iam highly disappointed. Don’t waist your time or money at this place.

Great nail salon!!!! I took both of my daughters to get their nails done (dip nails) for their Homecoming dance two weekends ago (I took them the day of the dance). I was able to get them in with no problems. Very friendly, professional and great prices! My daughter said it was her favorite place to get her nails done, ever!!! We have been to four different nail salons in the Saginaw/Lake Worth/FW area and this place is by far our favorite place! We will definitely be back!

Would give 0 stars if possible. It costed 55 dollars and they made my girlfriend cry. She has never cried after a nail appointment before. They gave her the wrong color. One thumb nail looks like a bubble on her thumb and she asked for coffin nails. She winced every time they filed her nails and kept going hard. One hand's nails were crooked. The grinding on her nails got super hot. She was scared to say anything because she didn't want them to keep hurting her to fix it.

The people were nice and honestly it was my favorite ombre I ever had done. However my thumb nail came out crooked and a tip came off in 3 days. I liked the outcome and will come back, I will probably get acrylic instead of dip though, because that broke faster than stick on nails I will use when lazy.

Went early on a Thursday so it was quiet. We were able to do a fill and nail art. Took great care in cuticle prep- didn't end up getting cut or sanded to bleed. Took care in filing the extra acrylic from underneath the nail edge. Will be back!

I had dip done on my nails and gel done on my toes 3 weeks ago. Tommy did my dip and Roxanne did the gel on my toes. I have gone to about 10 different nail salons in my life. I have never found a salon that was worth going back to except this one and one other. I typically don't enjoy getting my nails done, because it ends up being expensive, not of good quality, and unpleasant customer service. This salon did not disappoint. I waited to do my review because I wanted to see how long my mani/pedi would last. After 3 weeks, I still have a perfect mani/pedi. I cannot believe they've lasted this long. Tommy and Roxanne were so nice and thorough working on my nails. The 2 little dogs of Tommy's were there too. They were absolutely adorable and so entertaining! I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning!

Excellent and fast service. I was greeted by multiple staff members upon entering, there was barely a wait for the services I needed (Brow Wax) and they had the most adorable dog, Coco, who greeted me and made my day with her cuteness overload. The payment process was quick & the fee was about average.

I really wanted to like this place but Tina hurt my big toe bad and told me I had an ingrown toe nail but I definitely did not. She cut a huge Chunk of my skin off my toe and it burns all the time now!!! She also clipped my nails way too short. I was in pain the entire time I was in her chair. I will never come back unfortunately pain is where I draw the line. It’s doesn’t look as bad as it feels but she did cut a huge chunk of my skin off.

I got a milk/honey pedicure. The massage was good, but felt like I got jipped on the hot stone part of it. There wasn’t any milk or honey used.. I plan to go back and try it again.

I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and I googled places near me and ran across Eagle Nails & Spa. Decided to give it a try. Made an appointment and Tommy did my nails for the first time. He assured me that he would do an awesome job and I would be back. Well after I left I received so many compliments on my nails. The new set I got was actually one of the best. I waited 3 weeks and went back for a fill. They still look amazing. I’m happy and will continue to go back to him.

I’ve been going here for a couple years now and I will not go anywhere else to have my nails done. Tommy always does my nails and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I never leave this nails salon disappointed.

My favorite nail place! Tommy doesn’t miss. Perfection every time on my acrylic and gel. Tons of colors. Call ahead to reserve a spot at your convenience but walk ins are available too.

I just moved to the area and after trying 3 other nail salons nearby that ended up being awful I came across Eagle Nails & Spa. This place is absolutely amazing! Everyone that works there is family and they do such a great job. My dip nails done by Tommy usually last 3-4 weeks where other salons are lucky to have it last 1-2 weeks without cracking. The attention to detail is wonderful and the spa is very clean. I'm so glad I found my new nail salon!

The staff was nice, I give them that. But the quality of the work is close to zero. And only because my manicure is still all on 2 weeks later. I am attaching my pedicure pic…this is within 6 hrs of the actual paint drying. 😐 They did fix it after I called them that week. I do not recommend this place at all.
