Katie was very informative before and after the treatment. Was a fantastic experience and recommend for anyone wanting to look and feel better. After the treatment have been unable to get a call back to set up further sessions included in my package.

Mackenzie was amazing! My first facial in a while and Mackenzie did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very calming, warm, & inviting. Mackenzie allowed me the time to relax and enjoy my treatment. Can’t wait to come back!!

I will never be going to this spa again. I went to relax and have an enjoyable time and my experience was far from that. I had a wonderful facial and then was told to wait to talk to somebody for after care instructions. A man came and got me to give me instructions and told me it would take 1 minute. He proceeded to try and sell me a 2500$ red light that came with a few products. He was def trying to be pushy in his tactic and took 15 minutes of my time not 1 and ruined the whole experience by pressuring me to buy the gizmo. It was awful and he told me not to leave yet because my face would look like lopsided! How rude!!! Don’t waste your time on this places. I have already not recommended this place to so many people in my friends and family. As an Aesthetician myself, their sales tactic is completely atrocious and ruins the whole spa experience. Your zero down today ain’t fooling anybody!

Excellent and professional facial care and shoulder massage,.Katie made me feel at ease and was gentle and comforting! Answered my questions about black heads . And provided after care treatment hand out to take home. Itay also very professional and friendly and he explained all skin care products , , skin peel, moisturizer s, and light therapy machines. Thanks for positive experience!

I had booked through an AD that was advertising Radio Frequency & my facial did not come with RF. I went to San Antonio location. That was a little disappointing because that was what got me to book the facial. Other than that, staff was friendly & esthetician was nice & informative. I reached out via Email to question why the RF was not included & haven’t heard back.

I was gifted a facial to this day spa and had a fabulous experience. The lady that performed my facial was Haley! She was so sweet and kind and asked great questions to make sure I had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this spa and Haley for anyone looking for a wonderful experience.

It was a great experience. I didn't feel rushed to. The esthetician was very calming. She ensured the products used didn't have tea tree, in which I'm allergic. I was very impressed by the products used. I'm coming back to continue the pampering.

The spa from the moment I walked in was great. I was greeted and treated with a drink of choice off their complementary menu. Katie, my esthetician took great care and time to explain the process of what she was using and what each product did. I walked out with a great deal on some product and would highly recommend coming here.
