I dont know what I paid for, but I swear Shawna was having a conversation with my body. Most the places I took a look at seemed sexist, I got an unbias and helpful vibe from Earthbody. Looking forward to visiting again.

Consistently the best massages I’ve ever had, no matter who the staff - I’ve recently been served by Jimmie and Kristin and they’re both superb. Personalized, thoughtful, skilled. Great atmosphere and vibe too - peaceful with a little bit of woo-woo, but not too much.

Shauna was excellent. I came in for a prenatal massage and she put me in the land of bliss and relaxation. The whole place looks cute! Second visit wasn't as great. My massage was cut short and receptionist wasn't nice about it

Avoid at all costs - horrible customer service!! I made my first appt but had to cancel due to a family emergency (my dad got last minute surgery). As soon as I found out, I called to cancel 3x, noone picked up, so I left 2 voicemails the day before and also texted 23 hrs in advance. Despite all of this, they CHARGED ME for the FULL SESSION. I was, and still am, shocked and extremely disappointed. I will never go - do yourselves a favor and avoid at all costs. There are too many spas in SF to deal with such horrible customer service.

Earthbody is amazing! Everyone was so calm and welcoming. I had a wonderful afternoon there and left feeling more relaxed than I have in years. I'm only here visiting but if I lived in the area I'd be here once a week! Absolutely recommend.

I received a gift certificate to Earthbody and went in for a massage. I was kind of skeptical about the price point but wow, it was so worth it. I worked with Margaret and she was an amazing massage therapist. Overall ambiance is also lovely. Highly recommend!

Last minute appointment was available. I will be back as a repeat client. Very welcoming and friendly. Released long term work tension in 2 hours. Perfect setting as soon as you walk in the door. Aroma therapy to start relaxing before your session, tea and water to start hydrating properly. They take care of each step to total wellness.

Massage was so light I could barely feel it and also started 10 minutes late (even though I got there 15m early) so it was only 50 minutes instead of an hour. They count the intake time where you fill out a bunch of forms as part of your massage. Not only that, I told her not to get oil in my hair and she forgot and rubbed a bunch oil in it☹️there are much cheaper places that are also more professional. I suspect a lot of the high reviews are from friends of the owner

Tammy does my massages! I can easily book my appointment online and have twice. I always see Tammy and she proves to be focused, strong, attentive, and efficient at her work. The balms and oils she used were so desirable that I purchased several of them before leaving Earthbody. This particular spa also helped my father who passed away from stage 4 liver cancer. His massage therapist required a letter from the oncologist stating it would be appropriate and it was! A healing massage really helped my dad live out the rest of his life with more quality and comfort.

The moment you enter the spa you start to feel calm. You are greeted with tea to settle in. The massage was amazing and absolutely tailored to my needs. I can recommend this place.
