I’ve been coming here now for almost 6 months since moving from NYC and I love it. As someone who has been getting Russian Manicures since 2018, this place is legit, and I always get compliments on my nails. They’re always consistent, even when I have different technicians. The price is a little more than I was paying in NYC for my Russian Manicures by ~$20 (not incl. tip), but I think it’s worth it because of how consistent they are—I highly recommend.

Decided to pamper myself with the six hand service since I get time off from work and have family in from Japan. The reviews and social media stories made this look like a great experience so I was very excited. It was hard to find since the address is different than what is listed. The selection for colors is minimal but there were a couple good options. I started with the pedicure which was more basic than I thought it would be, as in zero heel care or lotion. I expected dry but believed there was more than just the nail involved. Only cut and filed the toe nails which involves several cuts and bleeding and not all the toes were evened out in shape but half way through my lash tech had arrived so I couldn’t see what was going on. Color was applied well. Only felt and saw the aftermath since there was still bleeding throughout the appointment. The last tech asked if I wanted natural or curly and I requested natural to which she replied “all of the lashes are curly”…. The experience was good and she was kind. After I was moved to the regular table for the manicure. I got medium extensions since my nails are naturally short for work. There was more drilling on my nail bed than I would have liked since the main reason I went for a European manicure over acrylics was to preserve my natural nail bed health. Both of my thumbs cuticles were cut to where blood was drawn again which was frustrating at that point. One of the nails was applied crooked (ring finger in photo) and she tried to balance it out with gel but it still isn’t straight. The color looks great. Shape was also great. My nail tech was texting throughout the entire appointment which I understand to some degree, but it required her to stop a lot. My entire appointment was 4 hours. I was never offered any drinks or snacks as advertised but grabbed a granola bar on the way out since I was pretty hungry. Unfortunately within 5 days, my middle finger nail lifted. I was out of town so I glued it since I couldn’t make it to an appointment any time soon. Then just today, a week later, my thumb and middle finger nails completely popped off. I haven’t been doing any gardening or housework to make sure they last as long as possible so that was pretty frustrating. Hoping my nail glue will withhold but also bummed that I could have done my usual $10 press-ons for similar quality of a $300 service. The lack of actual “pampering” was a little disappointing since I have always had that included in my past manicures and pedicures. I got a baggies at the end with some cuticle oil and a lash brush. I would not recommend this particular location to my coworkers or friends but the space inside is cute. I gave an extra star because they did play The Office on their tv which made the appointment enjoyable for those 4 hours. Editing my review since 4 nails came off this weekend on top of the two I had glued back on myself. I have never had a manicure fall apart this quickly from one week to having four nails remaining by week 3. Wish I could get a refund.

It was my first time coming here and my nail tech was Olena. Olena did an amazing job with my nails. She left my nails so beautiful and her work is very precise. She made the whole experience great I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Olena!
