A very great experience. Customer service was amazing, they were very kind. The couples massage was great for both. Very good hand work, the hot stones were an amazing touch. We went through Groupon for the couples 50 minute special and got 50 minutes for each person. Overall a very good, clean and safe experience. I would highly recommend to anyone inquiring!

Very kind and caring, will continue going back well worth it. I could barely move my neck I was about to go to the ER but wanted to try this and it helped a lot. Going for another one in the morning to see if we can get it almost completely better.

My experience at Easy Garden Relaxation was incredibly disappointing due to misleading communication, poor service, and unprofessional behavior. Here’s what happened: I found a Groupon advertised for a 50-minute couples massage for $65. I called the establishment directly to inquire about the deal and offered to pay in cash instead of purchasing through Groupon. The owner, using Google Translate to communicate via text, told me that paying in cash would get us a 90-minute couples massage for $65. I repeatedly asked to confirm this, and at no point was it mentioned that the 90 minutes would be split between the two of us. We discovered that the "90 minutes" was not per person, but instead 45 minutes each—a blatant bait-and-switch. All this after the massage was done and we realized it ended way shorter than it was supposed to. We were tricked and deceived into thinking we were each getting a full 90-minute massage, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the massage itself was far from relaxing. The staff were talking non-stop while giving us massages, which completely ruined the ambiance and made it impossible to unwind. This experience felt like a total scam. Misleading customers, failing to communicate clearly, and providing unprofessional service are unacceptable in any business. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and strongly urge others to avoid it.

My husband and I just had an amazing couples massage from here! They were super professional, and very thorough. The man was able to really get into my husbands neck and release a ton of tension. I feel like I have a new body afterwards. The hot stones were perfect, so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

These masseuse's are great. The treatment they provided was very good. I got a couples massage for 50 minutes, they did warm oil, hot stones and heat packs. The pressure they applied was perfect. They asked in the beginning if we liked easy, medium or a lot of pressure, I chose medium and I have no complaints at all. When I pointed to my neck/shoulder and my lower back she understood what I needed and definitely delivered. I usually dont like my feet touched by others either because I'm sensitive and when they started that portion of the service it wasnt uncomfortable. They did a great job, I felt so relaxed. There was some running around upstairs and I could hear stomping above us during the massage. They can't speak English very well but I could tell they were annoyed by this too. We understood it was out of their control and they were extremely nice. Will definitely be back, I've tried a good 5 or 6 in the Columbus area and this is my favorite so far. The Groupon was a bargain and worth way more than what I paid. Next time I'll see if they have a longer service because when it was over I didn't want to leave! 😆
